My cat keeps throwing my electronics on the ground I think in a jealous rage. This phone repair shop keeps fixing. My cat has lots problems. He likes to bite humans and throw their prized electronics on the ground. The more expensive the more he enjoys the destruction of that particular consumer good. I think he is jealous of this outdoor homeless cat family - The Meows - that I am slowly coming to love. My Apple Laptop and numerous phones all ruined. Filled with precious photos and videos all not backed up. My favorite Pig Pig video, my special friend dancing with Dr Dana in her living room cheek to cheek - not those cheeks - hot and steamy - bumping and grinding - all the best memories a person could have locked up in a phone with its guts spilling out. I love my little guy. I learned not to compare my new feline companion to Ms. Pig. She was perfect. No problems - just a companion that sat there and snoozed away and one had the feeling all was well in the world with her there. I tried to replace her with Rinks and Sweets - but that was a no go. Rinks - Ms Independent and Sweets - well, that was like no company at all. Enter Mr Moose - I invited pure chaos into my home. I'm so glad I have this business so near to my home. I don't think they can fix my cats biting or jealousy problems but they do know electronics. Watch out Mr Moose. I had slight water damage to my iPad Pro. I went to another shop first that wouldn't even try to work on my iPad because the screen was so large (12.9 in). I went to Phone Repair Pro and they were willing to look at it and even attempt to repair it. They let me know that it was a 50:50 chance that the iPad could be repaired but would give me a complete refund if it didn't work. I figured it was worth the chance and a few days later (they had to order the parts and it was the weekend) I have it back working. I really appreciated their honesty and their willingness to refund me if they couldn't get it to work. I highly recommend them and will return if I need anything else repaired. read more

It's been 2 years since I been here at Phone Repair Pros the first time I was here. Back then it was my iPhone 8 Plus battery replacement and to this day the battery still have 98% battery life. Just recently I purchased a refurbished iPhone 14 Promax and an Apple Watch Series 8. I wanted to replace both batteries with New Apple Authentic Battery. So once again I visit Phone Repair Pros. The only Hustle I had this time was the out of stock batteries I waited few weeks for the batteries. Also the repair took a bit longer 2.5 Hours. But overall I'm very satisfied with the service. When I got the refurbished Apple Watch Series 8 it's a bit laggy and the screen size is a bit out of place. But then after the battery replacement with Phone Repair Pros it's Surprisingly better than I first had it. So it's is true that when you bring it to Phone Repair Pros you will get it back better than new. This place is so shady! Do not come here! My phone would not turn on so I brought it here and he claimed he fixed it in less than a day. I went and it was on, but I got to my car and it turned off. This was after I paid and he put in a 5 star Google review for himself telling me that he would get a bonus from his boss. I'm pretty sure he is the boss! Anyway, he took the phone for more time and said he had to order parts but ended up screwing it up worse and disconnecting it from the network. I took it to Metro and they said they see that often with inexperienced techs and that it was a permanent problem that could not be reversed. He would not give me all of my money back, saying he spent too much time on it. He also took out the battery so I cannot recover some of my data I needed in order to give me some money back. read more

Helpful and honest service for the best price you can find in the Bay Area. I worked with Tony who was so kind and patient with helping me. I came in with a iPhone 12 that wouldn't turn on after dropping, he opened and diagnosed my phone then noticed water damage which he was absolutely right about (phone dropped in water just a few days ago). He was upfront that the cost to fix it was not worth it, gave an estimate, and I agreed. Luckily he had a new iPhone 12 for sale I was able to purchase and he helped me transfer my line and data to my new phone for free. A new phone12 with protector + phone case + help data transferring, all for $150..... you cant beat it. Plus he gave me tips on keeping my battery in good shape and offers great phone service options too (AT&T , etc) this is a one stop shop for all you electronic needs! Highly recommand. My iPhone screen is dim at all time. I got the screen and proximity sensor replaced on the iPhone. He looked at the phone and know right away there was water damage and the sensors are done. He KNOWs the face ID is not working either! proximity replacement would solve the problem. However, he found the screen will be at risk of water damage if not replaced and showed me where. Very experienced guy. read more

I yelped IPhone screen replacement and up popped Phone Repair Pros! I called and talked to Ali. He told me he could do it in 1-1 1/2 hours. I brought it in and his technician, a guy in a room in the back with special light, magnifying glasses, and he looked at my phone. The was a bit of damage on the side he was examining then shock his head yes. Ali brought my phone back out, said it could be done, so I left it. Exactly 1-1/12 later I was picking up my phone, good as new! I could have gone with a warranty replacement but that is a hassle. This place is not!
