I went to Itech N Talk because the charging port on my IPhone was not working. Wade quickly diagnosed the problem with a microscope and cleaned out the port, restoring the phone's ability to charge. He went out of his way to identify the most cost-effective solution and charged us very little for his services. (Another repair shop was going to charge a large flat fee just to look at the phone). He also replaced cracked screen protectors on two phones. Wade was pleasant, fair, honest and gave the impression of having his customer's best interests at heart. I came to this place with a friend who lives nearby. New screen was done very quickly. Itech N Talk was recommended by my neighbor's brother. His brother told him Wade was a lifesaver. His guy's wife's phone got a little bit of water on it at the water park and went into the green screen of death last night. Wade had her taken care of in 45 minutes. She referred to him as such a polite guy. I highly recommend Itech N Talk for cell phone repairs. Cconvenient hours and location, and friendly guy.The place does deserve a 5-star rating. read more

I brought in my phone because it had charger issues and paid $250 for charging port replacement. They then said the battery also had to be replaced so I paid another $100 for it. While driving I found out that my phone had the actual screen coming off so I want back and they fixed it free of charge. Now I am at home and my phone can't charge, connect to internet, and keeps on crashing. This place broke my phone. I had a spare phone that just had charging issues and thought (Hey, why don't I go to repair it and let my son use it?). well I went to repair it, lost $350 and came out with a broken phone. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN read more

I found this place when my iPhone needed a new battery. Wade promptly fit me in that day and then talked to me while fixing my phone. He was also considerate enough to notice that the screen protector needed to be replaced and installed a new one on the spot. I highly recommend this place and will return when and if I need further tech support. read more

Stay away from this shop and this guy. He has solid anger issues and have no idea how to deal with customers who MAY not be happy with his service. So, I went to this guy to get my iPhone screen repaired, he quoted $179.. I proposed to give $150.. to which he said ok but only if I give cash. I did not have cash at hand so he asked me to go to ATM and come back in 30 mins. I came back and got the phone.. But when I took the phone to t-mobile to trade-in against my previously upgraded phone, they checked the phone and said - you got robbed as the person might have stolen the parts of the phone and the screen was badly fixed as it was protuting from one of the side of the phone. I came back to him and asked that why the screen is like that and I should get the refund. I agree my voice would have sounded bit agitated obviously because of the service - however, instead of listening to me and my concerns, he lost temper on me and asked me to leave the shop and became very rude. This went to a level that I had to call 911. The cops later called me and suggested to take action through Better Business Bureau (BBB) and asked me if they should come to that shop to help me with the refund. But by that time I was already home and had meetings. The cops also recorded this shop name and asked me to call 911 right away if he mistreats again while requesting for the refund. I'm sure this person might have felt offended with my questions but hey.. you need to understand why your customer is reacting like that.. there must be a reason.. help your customer rather than cutting him off.. Cops also asked me to leave a detailed review so that other people can learn and stay away from this shop. PS: I took the phone to another shop, and the phone was fixed in right manner, no protuting screen nothing.. T-mobile accepted the phone.. So, little introspection for the shop owner here if you are willing to.. if not then God bless you.. hope you do well in your life with this kind of attitude!! read more

Nobody in the store during store hour. It says to ring bell but no answer after 5 minutes.

my daughter's iPhone screen was not evenly installed and her phone went to black screen in the first week after repair. I would not recommend to go to this shop, think twice before you go to uncertified iPhone repair store by apple and take your own risk. Bad customer experience and we ended up going back to Apple Store to fix iPhone screen again. waste a lot of money and time. read more

Very happy with my experience. I've never gone to a phone repair service so I was a bit nervous. The owner was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He was able to repair my phone that had gone through a full cycle in my washing machine! It was cheaper than buying a new phone. I now have a phone repair service that I can trust should I need assistance.. They replace batteries too. read more

This guy has anger issues. Never ever I will recommend this shop to anyone. I've requested to reschedule it and missed to be on time. It was my mistake. Missing appointment doesn't give you a privilege to be rude to a person. The first time he ignored my call and then he picked the second time. The very first question he asked was "What do you want?". And he wants to fight me after knowing my ethnicity. Such a racist!! This guy needs a lesson on how to value people/customers. This was my only 1* review and I am never gonna change it. P.s: And I got my work done in an other shop(HOOKUPS) who was welcoming, very friendly and professional. This guy was explaining how the entire process works and followed up promptly. read more

Itech N Talk - The owner claims it's a fake review but he indeed responded to my review in Google. Intriguing!! - Mobile Phones Near Me - Fremont, California

Very unprofessional telling a potential customer they were lying. I asked how much it would be for a "used" screen which he clearly did not fully read my original text. I would highly not recommend doing business with this type of owner. There are plenty of other cell phone repair shops locally. I did not ask for a new screen but to price match a used. read more

This place is crazy sketchy. I never write reviews on Yelp and only have it as an app to find places. Going through my Yelp profile for the first time in years I see a review under my profile for this spot, the only review, which I used to get a battery replaced. The service was bad as the replacement left my screen on my iPhone messed up with offcoloring and light issues, more than likely due to tampering to get to the battery and also due to the screen being aftermarket. I didn't care as I figured that I pay cheap for cheap quality and left it at that. It really is screwed up however that this spot went through my phone to write a positive review, I only came to this store based off reviews on the first place. I've had a Yelp profile for nearly a decade, no reviews but this fake one that it took me 6 months to find. I'm not really satisfied with the battery replacement quality but that's entirely separate from the mass invasion of privacy and deceit this store does to have positive review. It's my fault for leaving my phone unlocked at the time of drop off though it doesn't give this establishment the right to pry around, who knows what else they do if they're willing to log in to their customers phones for bad purposes. TLDR: They went through my phone to leave a 5 star review and I didn't even notice til now. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

Found this shop on Google and went there first time. Called them beforehand and agreed on 15$ for screen protector if I reach by 6pm. I'm glad I paid attention to other good reviews and visited, they are stand-up people. read more

Honest Business..well I applaud your audacity to sell the product for 100$ extra on cash and cheat the customer and call your 'small' business HONEST. God Bless such honest businesses. This review was for my fellow friends who DON'T fall for so much HONESTY. Please read US law for business- you can not deny refund or exchange, it's a consumer's market- just for your knowledge MR HONEST, ohh but how would you know because you have no documentation, not even a receipt to give to customer so you would not be aware that there is paper work required to keep HONEST businesses working. Customers please BEWARE!! I also checked the price and the market price for A20S is 179$, please check Walmart or eBay. Can you please provide proof of the market price 299$ of A20S other than your own shop? Just because the customer didn't google the price at your shop and trusted your so called 'honesty' that time you fooled the customer. Please provide proof of documentation for 'no exchange' or 'no refund' or 'final sale' or even proof of the price you are selling the stuff at, not to mention that you are cheating on tax by accepting only cash. read more

WARNING. Complete waste of money. Spent $175 to have my screen repaired and it stopped working 5-days later. Returned to warranty their faulty screen and Wade used a magnifying glass to find a microscopic scratch on screen and voided warranty. Tried to charge additional money and I refused. Customer satisfaction means nothing to them. In addition to being cash only which is already suspicious. Should have known better. Bought the same screen for $20 on Amazon with tools and instructions and it works perfect. Easy job. Don't waste your hard earned money here. They will not take care of you. Do your research. I'm not the only one who had this experience. Positive reviews must be bots. read more

Nice little store next to a bunch of restaurants but very noticeable by the signs on the window. Great customer service, I don't know who helped me but he was very polite and answered all my questions. Got what I wanted quick and I will be going back for phone accessories. Three things I wish were different at the store: 1. Cannot use debit/credit, cash only store. 2. Little bit creepy, can't see inside store.(Took me two weeks to finally go in) 3. Not festive or decorated inside at all. Looks very sad. The three above are personal opinions but I would just love to spruce up the place because it'd be super easy to make it a bit more lively looking. read more

For those who don't want to read my whole review: 1. Didn't give final price in quote 2. Did not honor his warranty 3. Left screws screwed in incompletely and at an angle 4. Texted my phone without consent Over the phone he quoted me the $79 price to fix my iPhone 5S screen, but he charges tax. If you know you're gonna tax it, either say PLUS TAX or tell me the end price. He also told me flat out "There's a 30-day warranty if something happens with your screen", being that I'm within that 30 day period and the screen cracked, I went in to get it fixed again. Alas, despite his unspecific, and thus inclusive, description of the warranty, he turned me away saying it's only if the screen gets lines on it or something. From my experience in retail, you are to honor what is advertised even when it is incorrect because it's the fault of the business, not the consumer. Also, when I picked up my phone the screws by the microphone were screwed in at an angle and obviously not all the way in. Thankfully I had the screw driver to fix it with, but come on. Finally, about 20 minutes after I picked up my phone he texted me asking me to write a review (I'll post a picture). Since honesty and transparency are important in reviews, at that point I figured I shouldn't seeing as he hadn't paid the attention to detail that you'd want from someone performing such a service. Clearly I don't feel the need to extend that kindness anymore. I'm not sure how to respond to a comment on my own review so, Wade, here's my response: I have no issue with what your warranty is, the issue is that it was misrepresented and then not honored as such. Pretty much the definition of improper business practices. read more
