This guy is amazing. I forgot my phone on top of my car and proceeded on the hwy. The last ping before it shut down was at the 280 on ramp in San Francisco. I went back and spent 2 hours digging in some big bushes on the side of the hwy from 7:oo am til about 9 am. Finally found it, and it was beat up bad. Crushed front screen, no back cover, ribbons and motherboard all exposed and suffered thru the elements overnight. It tried to come on several times when plugged in but took its final flicker. I called around near my home and found this place. I didn't have much hope but decided to go for it. He fixed it, totally looked like a brand new phone. I went to get my laptop battery replaced. For some strange reason he insisted on turning on the laptop and turned around so I could not see what he was doing. I asked him why he needed to turn on the laptop to simply replace the battery, he quickly wrapped up what he was doing and shut down the laptop and only then actually started replacing the battery. After it was replaced, the laptop is now incredibly slow, it has strange phantom like windows popup briefly and when I shut it down, it gets prevented from shutdown by unnamed software that blocks it. It looks like maybe some software or spyware got installed. Buyer beware! Do not allow your laptop to be turned on or leave your eyes for one second. Keyloggers can be installed in seconds with key fobs. PS the newly installed battery is barely better than the old one that didn't keep a charge anymore. read more

This place messed up my laptop!! I left it there for a day, paid a hundred bucks only for it to open again two months later. When it opened again, I brought it to another laptop repair center. They said it cant be done anymore because whoever did it last time decided to glue it and it glued the motherboard to the other parts of the laptop inside. SSSSooo I've been kind of holding off on this review for some time. I try to be fair with everything I post so here goes.... So I went there for a cracked screen - iphone 8+. Got the screen repaired but then the circle thingy where you can unlock your phone with your finger was not working....Whhhaattt. I go to get 1 thing fixed and then something else breaks...uuuggh. Yes I was pissed upset because I just spent $70 for 1 thing to get fixed now I'm dealing with another issue. So the owner and I texted back and fourth and he told me to come back and he would see what he could do. So after a week (holidays/not opened on Sundays) I brought it back. He re-installed the apple password button and it worked but the screen had a few chips in it. I can't remember what the screen had to do with the password button thingy not working but it was working again. Like I said... I try to be fair with my reviews. And though this started off shaky but all issues were rectified and I'm a happy customer. Now will I be coming back for service in the future... probably so. Especially since he didn't make me pay any additional money and the extra money needed for whatever he did - he took out of his own pocket. Now that's what I call customer service.! read more

I've checked several places and they want over $65- $180 and most places will take 10-15 days to get your phone unlocked. Be very wary about this guy. Asked him to replace my iphone battery and he gave it back to me with the screen popping out and with a non-standard battery. My phone has also lost its water-proofness which he failed to mention before taking my money. He was trying to rush me out of the store before I demanded he fix my newly broken screen. BEWARE! I had my screen replaced here back in Feb, and recently had it replaced again at an Office Depot where the technician said the display panel and a couple screws were missing inside - The only time my phone was handled before Office Depot was by at this store, and the Office Depot technician has to materials a to remedy the situation they they weren't even response for. As of now, neither of my cameras are able to function at all, along with a few other in-app/selection issues. I'd be happy if the owner would reach out to make amends.
