This place is just outright horrible, if you have a problem with your repair, come back immediately. The people here that you have to deal with are ridiculous. I was always told to come back the next day, or sometimes even next week. Every time I dropped off my iPad mini to receive it fixed again because they didn't do it right the first time, the person in the front was always very mouthy. I came here to fix my cracked iPhone 6 screen. Everything went well, however about 1-2 months later the top my screen separated from my phone. I didn't drop it whatsoever... I had to come back for them to fix it. After that it came apart AGAIN 2-2.5 months later. I have a busy schedule so I couldn't find time to come back. Whenever I did the store was closed during their break. I recently came back to try to fix it, but they wouldn't fix the gap on my phone. It should be an easy fix, and there's no cracks or dings on my phone to show if I even dropped it. I wouldn't mind a small charge of $5-$10, but they just offered a new screen... Skip the headache and get your phones fixed at Apple, it's $10 cheaper now ($109). You can also buy tempered glass screen protecters for 2 for $6 online. So while nice, don't let the offer sway your choice. EDIT: Had my phone fixed by a mutual friend that worked with Apple. He commented how shitty the screen from this place was. A+ for customer service. My iPhone had a cracked screen that made it unusable. I had to get it replaced right away. Even though I arrived late and the store was near closing, Dana was able to accommodate my requests and was able to replace my screen in a timely manner. I also picked up some great deals on a better case as well as an external USB battery pack. This store has many neat gadgets. I will probably go back and browse and possibly purchase more. I did a bit of research and the prices are spot on competitive. Glad that this place is nearby. I would highly recommend to friends to check it out. Recently we changed our windows and Lost all the alarm system. We do need to have a Watch Dog nowadays to stop theft/robberies! And I heard about this new store"iHealth" and found a great deal for iSmart and iCamera for our house! It's really cool to watch inside your house on the road, during your dinner! Went there 2 times to try to fix a broken screen. First time waited 10 minutes and was told there were no parts for an iPhone. 2nd time came in at 10 when store was supposed to be open. Wait until 10:20 then was told to pick phone in 30 minutes. Went back and no repair was done. Again no parts. Always told to come back next week. Guess what, not coming back. I checked all over San Jose to fix my S7 Edge cracked screen ... not a cheap and repair but these guys (CJ & John) came through!!! They were courteous and realistic about what I should expect and when they performed the repairs, they exceeded my expectations. Very accommodating and reasonable cost for repairs ... This might be the best store for cellular phone repair in the South (SF, CA) Bay Area. I got a quote from John in a timely manner in regards with a battery replacement. I dropped by the store and he was able to replace my battery in 20min! Unfortunately, the battery quality is extremely bad. Worse than the original OEM battery that I've had since I've had the phone. It drained from 100% to 75% in 10 min of light usage and died. Currently, it's dying at 90%. I tried getting a replacement battery from Apple themselves or from authorised Apple service repairs only to be turned down because the battery is not an OEM part. Save your time and get your phone repaired by Apple, it'll save you a lot of trouble. 2 stars for a reasonable quote time frame and service. read more

Super good service, very honest and helpful people. My daughter's iPhone was dropped on floor, they replaced the screen with different color options, the new iPhone is even more prettier after the fix, she was so happy. To prevent my own phone from any accident, I got the glass screen protector there, it is super good and the price is very reasonable, it is about half of the amount that you could pay in shopping mall. Worst service from John. So unprofessional when he told my cracked iPad screen would take an hour and a half to fix, when after 2 hours I came back and he convinced me he could fix it if he had more time so I left it overnight. Since it is a company iPad I told him I needed it right at opening. I called John at 5pm an hour and a half prior to closing to check in and he said everything was going well and he was charging the iPad. When I arrived at 10AM he hands back the iPad with the screen in worse condition then when I had given to him yesterday. It was also turned off. I was so upset that he didn't communicate that this issue could not be fixed by him or the company. I took the iPad and left. Now after trying to charge it, it does not turn on. This was never an issue prior to being in Johns possession. I am extremely disappointed at this company's lack of communication and professionalism.
