Jason helped me to unlock my old iphone 11 in just a blink. I didn't even need to go to the store. Simply provided him with the IMEI and it's done! Super fast and only cost me $40. Other place quoted me $150... ! Definitely recommend this place. read more

I meet him curbside and hand over my iPad for the broken screen replacement. Wow this is definitely the spot for a quick service. I cracked my iPhone 6 screen and I was in desperate need of a replacement. Thankfully, QuickStart was nearby and I was able to walk in. I was first greeted by a friendly employee and told them about my situation and he said that they would get right to it. I was so surprised that he came out with a brand new looking phone within 20 minutes. Best part was that I was able to get a free temper glass after checking in on Yelp (I know that at malls they charge $20-$40), what a steal! The new screen on my phone is perfect and I have absolutely no problems with it. I will definitely be here again for my repair needs. oh and they also do iPads! Thanks so much QuickStart! read more

Great job, price was very reasonable and cheaper than the 2 other places I called. Details: I broke the glass that covers the camera lens of my iPhone 6+. I called this store and they provided a quote that was cheaper by $20-30 than other places I called. The replacement was done in about 20-30 minutes and the service provided by Jason was great. As an added bonus, they offered a free tempered glass cover for my phone if I checked-in on Yelp. Thanks guys! read more

I cracked my screen and came here for a screen replacement. I chose this place thinking "oh they have 5 Star yelp reviews, I'll just go here" I made a HUGE mistake! They brought out my phone with a screen that made it look discolored AND they broke my home button which was originally working properly before I came in. How can a store claim to fix iPhones and end up breaking it even more!! I demanded for my money back and my cracked screen to be put back on. WASTED MY TIME HERE! Warning: DON'T BRING YOUR PHONES HERE Response back to Jason: That doesn't change the fact that you guys broke my home button and are unable to fix it. I wasted 3 days going back and forth to your store and came out with a phone that's in worse shape than when I had brought it in. read more

This place uses after market screens and cheap hardware from china to repair your iphone. I think they used apple certified hardware in the beginning to build up a high Yelp status and then tried to cut costs. Literally, my iPhone 7 is constantly tripping out - making calls to random people, opening random apps and the home button barely works. I went back and showed them the problems and they said "Wow, I've never seen this happen before and I've been working on iPhones for years, can we put back on your old cracked screen, try restarting the software and it should work (It didn't). Please BEWARE of this place, the good Yelp reviews are a thing of the past. I now have to take my phone to the Apple store because they screwed it up so much and they are telling me I may need to replace the entire phone.. DO NOT COME HERE! read more

I really recommend Jason. He fixed my 8th gen iPad screen as new. Also was flexible on even picking it up when I had work since my schedule was so busy. Definitely fast approachable, friendly and gets the job done. read more

If I ever break my phone screen again, I'm definitely coming back to Jason. Never have I ever shattered my iPhone screen until a month ago when I dropped it at the gym. The crack started at my home button and spread around the bottom half of my screen making it hard to type on the keyboard. Luckily my home button was still in one piece but barely hanging on to the rest of the phone. My brother-in-law recommended me to Jason and I came here right after work and it took him only 15 minutes to repair it. I was so amazed it's like my shattered screen never happened. He's very friendly and nice too! Even if you never had your phone repaired by Jason personally, I'd suggest recommending him to your friends if their phones need some repairs! Thank you Jason! Now I don't have to be afraid of losing my home button or cutting my fingers with glass shards. read more

Beware of the poor parts they use. My screen gave up within 6 months. What a waste of money. -- Edit after response from Jason Hi Appreciate your prompt response. I came to conclusion on the screen issue after replacing just the screen on my phone and reusing your screen on another phone. I am not trying to be harsh but want to provide feedback so that you may check and improve quality parts from your vendors. Don't take personal. Good luck read more

I only have good things to say. Brought in a phone with a cracked LCD. My phone screen was cracked so badly and this past weekend it finally gave out on me! The screen was completely not touchable, I couldn't even slide past the passcode. I needed a quick fix and luckily QuickStart Repair was there to save the day! The building is a bit hard to find as it's a part of many other office buildings, however if you drive all the way down to BUILDING 4, it will be noticeable with their "cell phone repair" signs and whatnot. Upon entering the building, you are asked to fill out a warranty form of some type. The actual replacement took about 20 minutes which isn't too bad at all. The people working there are very friendly and will answer all of your questions! The best part was the kind gentleman gave me a free tempered glass screen protector for my phone in exchange for a check-in on Yelp! Thank you so very much!!! read more

Great customer service. I think the man that greeted/helped me might have been the owner; he was very nice and friendly. I paid $70 to repair the cracked screen on my iPhone 6 Plus, super affordable while other places in the area quoted me over $120. I went on Friday around 10:30am. It took less than 30 mins to fix AND they even placed a tempered glass on my screen for free! I did make sure I checked my front facing camera right then and there and it's just as good as new! No problemo! Overall the whole experience was good, quick and easy! :) Side note: They are located at Building 4 with their front door facing REAR of the complex. Also, you have to ring their doorbell to gain access. read more

Got an appointment and get my screen fixed in 10 minutes！ Highly recommend if you need repair ur iphones!

Very responsive and answers questions to make sure we were on the same page. Very quick with their work. I came in to replace my battery and got out in less than 30 minutes. I will update later if there may be any problems. Thank you very much! Update - 9-2-17 I want to think it was a simple mistake that is why i am lowering it from a 5 to a 3 and not a 2. My phone today stopped working and when I was trying quick fixes it won't turn on. Went to a repair shop and they told me the battery was loose and there was no adhesive tape to keep the battery down. So just a heads up. Do a bit of research on how some fixes work and ask if they do such and such. I naturally assumed someone knowledgeable wouldn't forget to place adhesive tape on the battery. read more

Wow! I went here today because I cracked my screen and seeing the good reviews I decided to come here. It was honestly the best choice I could make as he said it would take him only 30 minutes for me to have a new screen. It turns out however that my screen wasn't broken at ALL!! LOL, I had a tempered glass screen cover and that was what was cracked! He could've just lied and charged me but he didn't!! He was super honest and he even gave me a free tempered screen cover!! I really recommend him as he's very polite and honest! read more

Man I really wanted to like this place. I'm from the East Coast but was in San Jose for business. My iPhone 6 had a cracked screen so I did some research and came here because of the good reviews and the price was cheaper than most other places in SJ. They replaced the screen while I waited (20 minutes or so). They were friendly and professional and I was impressed with the result...AT THE TIME. Fast forward a month later, the touchscreen starts to lose sensitivity and stops working all together. I'm half way across the country and SOL. I understand this may be an isolated incident, but just be aware this may happen to you as well. Lesson learned for me though, fix at Apple or get a new phone. read more

I don't know how they receive 5 star reviews, but it's probably because they offer you a free tempered glass cover so you can instantly give them a 5 star review after seeing how perfect your phone looks once repaired. However, the reviews are terribly deceiving. If you want to preserve your phone life, do not come here. They don't offer you an original guerilla glass screen replacement, but instead a fragile, crappy plastic cover. That's why they offer you the tempered glass screen cover... Without it, your phone cannot withstand any minor falls. I came here to get my phone repaired because I was being cheap and did not want to spend an extra $40 at Apple.... Big mistake. After a few days of getting my phone fixed here, my phone face planted, and the tempered glass wasn't even cracked! The screen itself did... Then I went in to see what the warranty could offer me: the guy charged me $60 for another screen replacement! If I went to Apple, this problem wouldn't have occurred. Lesson Learned! They do quick repairs though! read more

I have been hold off to write this review after my iPhone 7 has been repaired for ~half a year, to ensure it still function properly. My phone screen was cracked and unfortunately Apple store couldn't accept it, as it's slightly bent. It blowed my mind because my phone wasn't noticeably bent. I wouldn't know until he put it on the table and slide a piece of paper through the couple millimeters gap. Yup, that tiny gap. Anyway, that's how I found QuickStart. The owner responded to my Yelp message instantly and the rate was one of the lowest with 5 stars Yelp review. I stopped by during lunch time and the technician repaired it pretty quickly as I recalled. Maybe 1-20 minutes. The whole process was very professional, friendly and quick. To avoid cracking the screen again, he installed tamper glass as another layer of protection. I tried to be careful with my phone, but still accidentally drop it a couple times. I'm pretty satisfied that it has been over half a year and my phone still works very well. I would definitely recommend Quickstart. read more
