We had a phone repaired here today and it went really fast and smooth. It was a Phone that was a little older and I had to reach out to several repair places to see if anybody had a screen for it. Not only did he have it, but he was able to repair it under an hour.very greatful and reasonably priced!! read more

Fred did an amazing job swapping the original control boards on my 3 Emotorwerks / EnelX JuiceBox EV chargers with OpenEVSE boards, as well as a relay on the older unit. He did so for an extremely reasonable price, and very quickly. I could not recommend him more highly. I will be using his services in the future to repair the many other electronics I own that are not working properly. read more

Absolutely top drawer service!! I had dropped my cell phone and the battery would no longer charge, despite trying all the standard reboots, different cords, wireless charging, etc. Fred, the shop owner diagnosed it rapidly and since I was fortunate that he had the parts on hand, was able to repair it the same day. This business owner is SO kind and great to work with! Also, where others may have just said the motherboard is shot, he was able to find the problem IN the motherboard and micro-solder the replacement for that specific part, saving me quite a bit of money, I'm sure. I wholeheartedly recommend Fred and now consider myself his long term customer. read more

Greedy owner,5/20/2026 I was repair my iPhone 11 front and back. After finish, he took my slack for install the SIM card I go back and ask him he not give me back he want five dollars if I want it back. Everybody beware of this place don't go there if not necessary.. read more

Don't let the negative reviews prevent you from giving this place a chance. After finding out from the Apple Store that it would cost me $500+ to fix my cracked MacBook screen, I decided to look at other options. Fred responded with a quote within minutes that was cheaper than anyone else. They were also able to repair my cracked MacBook Air screen in less than an hour that same day, and the quality of repair was absolutely flawless. Super thankful and would highly recommend. read more

Sold me a stolen iPad Mini. Tucked away in a rather odd shopping center with no direct access is a little strip mall with a rather nondescript phone shop not visible from the street, the perfect place to sell fenced goods to. So a friend of mine was developing an app, needed his friends to use an apple device to test it with. I saw an ad for an iPad mini on Facebook. Called the ad, drove down to the shop, got it home and started trying to use it. "Blocked by MDM" I looked at the MDM and it was owned by Comcast. This iPad mini had been likely stolen from an Xfinity store, or truck, and ended up being resold by Fred. I wanted my money back, but the owner insisted on selling me a "New" iPad 9. I put "New" in quotes because there wasn't even a box. WTF? I was just in a bad situation, the only way I was going to get anything out of this would be to pay Fred's extortion. While talking to owner he knew a company he could send the iPad off to remove the MDM. So I guess this wasn't his first time running into this scenario. read more

Outstanding service. Had a cracked LCD display on my Mac and got in contact with them online - they were able to order the part I needed and have it the very next day itself (and this was an Apple part not just a cheap knockoff), and did the repair in about an hour - repair was perfect, couldn't detect a single thing off with my screen or laptop after I received it. The price was very fair - more affordable than most other shops I called actually - and the people there were very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall I would definitely recommend coming here for repairs - had a great experience with them. read more

This rating is for their quote responsiveness. I called around and a couple other local places gave quotes that are about the same price or a little higher. These guys actually gave me the best price but I opted to not fixing it because I can simply put a screen protector for my iPad damage. I know you're probably wondering what iPad damage? Well I have an iPad Pro 12.6" generation 2. A few years ago the screen cracked. We were ok for another year or so but then small pieces of glass started to fall. This may cut my kids' fingers so I figured it's time to get fixed. The iPad is still fully functional. Screen and digitizer fix for this iPad model is $550. This place quoted me the same as another repair shop. However when I simply asked to do just the screen only, they offered me $400. I almost pulled the trigger, but it's still too pricey compared to getting a newer model iPad. I talked to them on the phone to get the quote. Yelp also automatically created a project quote and sent it to a few places. I got a bunch of long template responses on what I have to do to get a quote, but this place responded with a simple phone number which I preferred. Their messaging on Yelp was straight to the point asking me for make/model which I also appreciate. Next time I have a broken digital device I'll give this place a shot. read more

I'm new in town and happened to stay close by. A few weeks after my stay my apple laptop fell down and had problems with screen picture a few days after the incident. I was looking for a place to fix my laptop for affordable price and this place was the only one who gave me a better deal. They order the part needed to fix the problem. Once they received the part, they called me to come in and on the same day, the staff fixed my laptop in less than 2 hours and got my laptop back. My laptop is back to normal and working great. I'm very pleased and satisfied with the service I received from this place. All the staff were helpful, nice, and professional. I highly recommend this place for computer and cellphone repairs to anyone. You will not be disappointed. read more

Very fast, very nice and very convenient service! Love the helpful customer service! I been coming here for years!

Fred is the best !! He's super responsive as well. He fixed my iPhone 11 Pro in 20 mins !! Other places take 1-3 hours. After I paid I thought he was trying to sell me a kick stand but he actually gave it to me. Thanks so much !!! (I called around to get other quotes and other places cost significantly more. This location is hidden behind Carl's Jr on Tully Road. It is a a little difficult to find but once you're able to locate this establishment, I promise that you'll be a happy and satisfied customer. My husband broke his iPhone screen about few months back and went somewhere to get his screen replaced. It cost him way more and it ended up having issues. I introduced him to Computer Iphone Repair and his phone has been in good condition since. He's one happy camper. I don't trust anywhere when it comes to replacing my iPhone screen. I'm an iPhone person and I've gone so many iPhones. It is inevitable that my phones drop and crack. When this happens, I know exactly where to go. I go see Fred at Computer Cellphone Repair. He's very friendly, provides good service, and no long wait. I went to replace my iPhone screen today. Fred wasn't there in but Admit was there to help take care of my situation. He told me it'll take about an hour but within less than 30 minutes, I got a call from him to let me know my phone is done. That was awesome! My phone feels brand new again. Yay! TIP: Remember to check in to get 5% off for all repairs over $50 or ask about $10 off $20 deal. read more

The Store Manager Fred Gave my package to a stranger . he claims she had a a passport with my picture on it. Which i highly doubt . Now im stuck dealing with UPS to file a claim which they dont even have actual customer service its just an automated call to get it resolved. This is not a small mistake. This was a careless transaction that took place. I hope to never deal with a UPS PICKUp Location here ever again. read more

My iPhone 11 Pro was blacklisted because the previous person who sold it to me scammed me. Everywhere I went I was turned away and told that nothing could be done. I dropped my phone off at CCR and they assured me that they would be able to find a solution. They did mention it would take some time but they kept me updated through the process. Although. I called them every few days to check in, they were extremely patient with me, answered every call and every question. Once my phone was repaired and ready for pick up they installed a glass protector for both my 11 as well as my SE on the spot. I was going to leave but realized I had not brought my case. They let me pick a case and although they normally charge 10 dollars they threw it in for free. Often business overlook giving their customers the care and support they deserve. CCR is different, they are approachable and kind people. They answer your questions and when you show your loyalty to them, they give you deals on what they offer. I know moving forward they CCR is the only place I will go to and is the only cell phone repair place I will suggest to any other person. Their prices are competitive, there turnaround is quick and they are professional. They assured me that if my fix did not work that they will not charge me anything. How can it get any better than that? Thank you so much CCR, you saved me a ton of hassle and money and treated me with respect. Expect my business in the near future. read more

They are solid def experts with the cell phones, I went in to get a screen protector for my wife's phone and initially bought one with privacy however it ended up causing my wife's eyes to be strained so I went back without a receipt and the gentleman Nick kindly was about to help and exchange at no charge for a clear one. Def will come back for any cell phone needs read more

Fred and the Comp/Cell repair team are great. I have purchased electronic equipment there, requested repair of electrical equipment there and the quality and service is always top notch. I am only afraid that Fred is going to end up with a lot more of my money when I make purchases and request repairs in the future! (haha). I highly recommend this team for your electronic equipment needs. Jason. read more

My friend recommended this place so I came in here yesterday to fix my iPhone 8 Plus's earspeaker. It took them an about an hour to fix my phone & the price was perfect for me! But overall, it was a good experience for me. Fred, if you're reading this, can you message me? I have a question about my phone. One of the guy tried his best to help me answer my question. it is not possible to give zero stars hence the one star. I took my Pixel 4 XL for a simple repair. About a month ago the back glass of the phone broke after an item fell on it. The phone had been working fine until yesterday when the screen was no longer operational. I brought it in for a screen repair since its most likely the LCD or backlight faulted. The shop claimed they replaced the screen and the phone was still wasn't working. They instead were going to check the motherboard for damage. At the end of the day they made the outlandish claim that it was the CPU that is malfunctioning. Completely bogus. The CPU is not the chip for the LCD and second when a cpu malfunctions it overheats from the excess energy it draws. This individual does not know what he is doing or he is scamming people into paying more for repairs he will never do. Don't waste your time and effort with this scammer. Also, I had to pay a $15 dollar fee for the "analysis". They guy never even took the phone apart. I sent my phone in for repair to google repair center. They changed the screen, back cover and battery due to some issues with the Pixel 4's battery. I paid 100 less than what i was quoted for the " CPU" issue i was quoted. read more

I wouldnt even give these guys a 1 Star. Brought my phone to be fixed. Had to come back 4 times and than they woukdnt even fix it. The same problem repeated itself 4 times. Took it to a different store and it works without any problem. There a joke and dont even stand behind there work. The problem was these idiots forget to install one of the braces that holds the chips in place(idiots). All this happened within 2 weeks of when they first fixed. What happened to your 30 day warranty on your work? Liars and fraud. They'll get whats coming to them. See you in small claims court to get my money back. 100% CRIMINALS HERE Spoke to them inappropriately because you guys are thieves... And your not gonna get away with this, you bet on that read more

Quick response for an estimate and really good price for a screen replacement. Drop the phone and got it done in 3 hours. Highly recommend their services read more

I came here to replace my Samsung s21+ screen since they were the closest one that had it in stock even though there were other stores with more reputable reviews. After the experience I had I wish I would had went somewhere else. I had to visit this place a total of 3 times. I came back after the first time because my screen would turn solid white after turning on the battery saver and they did a poor job wiping down the inside of the front camera that showed visible dust which made it blurry. I had to come back the third time because they did an extremely poor job putting the screen and back cover on. As of right now my screen is not aligned correctly and my back cover has gaps. The lense for the flash was also missing. Any water that would get in would immediately damage my phone. I would highly advise taking your business to the many other reputable phone repair stores. read more

the day after i was home and typing and I heard clicks every time I wrote something so when I turned it off and pushed down in the bottom it felt like the screen protector was coming off same thing happens to a friend and had to come in twice for something that was the stores fault so I don't recommend but if you desperate, I still don't recommend this place today. I was trying to see the clock timer and my phone wouldn't turn on so I had to look up what is wrong with it and it told me that I had to do a bunch of Sam's just to turn it on before I went to repair it. It was fine after that a lot of issues started to occur.overall don't recommend read more

I was having issues with charging my iPhone and wanted to get it fixed right away. I was able to get estimates from various places but Computer Cellphone Repair had the most reasonable price - including the parts and the labor. Fred was a quick responder and very helpful. The phone needed the charger port to be replaced and it was done within 30 minutes. There was a person there that was able to help me out and gave me recommendations on how to avoid the c-port to burn out again. I went home with my phone charging normally - not needing to stress over it! They do have an ATM machine inside as well. The shop is located within a plaza so parking isn't hard to find but is located in a pretty busy street. The shop itself had various cases going back to the Nokia's and different phones on display. I would recommend this place for fast and reliable repair. Thank you for helping me out! read more

Got my iphone7 plus screen fix here, fast services and reasonable price. I came here right when it opened at 10AM on Tuesday. I was expecting a pick up package from UPS at this location but it wasn't there so I decide to have my phone fix. The screen was crack. They quoted me for $90 and promised it will be ready in 30 minutes. So I drop it there and went to buy something to eat. As promised, less than 3O minutes, I came back to pick up my phone and it was ready. Very fast services and the phone was all new again. As the reason it wasn't 5 stars because at first he thought I was just picking up a package from UPS, but after realized I needed my phone fix, his service was better. Overall, quick service and reasonable price if you ever looking for a place to fix your phone. read more
