Man who is working there quoted me a price for repairing my phone and required a deposit to order the necessary parts. I paid the deposit, and he promised that the parts would arrive by Friday, September 18, and that he would call me. Friday came, but I received no call. I messaged him through Yelp and received no response. I then drove there in person, but the shop was closed. A sign said he would return in 15 minutes, so I waited for an entire hour--and no one showed up. When I finally reached him by phone a few days later, he claimed the parts had not arrived and promised they would arrive on Monday. Monday came, and once again, there was no call, no reply to my messages, and now he is not answering my phone calls at all. He took my deposit, never repaired my phone, and has not returned my money. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I wasted my time, made multiple attempts to contact him, and received nothing but broken promises and silence. Based on the serial number he was able to tell if my warranty was still valid. He took time out to assist as well as was possible over the phone. He checked it over and quickly determined that it was something simple having to do with not having completed some updates. it's a mystery to me how he knew all this, but he is the expert after all. It turned out to be a quick fix. Obviously that may not always be in the cards but it was this time. Eduardo and Jesus (and others in their crew) are always polite, personable and super smart. Their rates are fair and I will always go to them for repairs. By the way, Eduardo mentioned that he and his team opened another shop, this one in downtown Saratoga on Big Basin Way. It has a different name... It's called YeaMac. I don't hope for more problems with my laptop, iPhone etc. but if a problem arises I know exactly where to go to get resolution.

Also, they promised a date when the fan would be available, and I believed it. However, when the day came, they said they would need another few days. Using the computer was very important to me, so I got annoyed and switched to another place. At the new place, I was told the issue with my computer was because of a completely different reason, and they helped me repair it smoothly. Glad that the delay helped me avoid further loss with this unreliable KY electronics. Unfortunately, although the diagnosis result was a complete error. I was not refunded for the diagnosis fee. Edit: The business owner replied saying that my job was on May 29, 2024, which is completely false. I wasn't even at the Bay Area during that time. Either he intentionally mixed me up with someone else or simply made up the story. Apparently, I have no point of making up a negative review if being satisfied as the customer, but the business owner has full motivation to respond to negative reviews by making up stories when he cannot reasonably dispute it, and it seems he has been doing it for many other reviews as well.

I received "No" after "No", but Ray reached out and said he had an idea. My gaming laptop was no longer powering on and due to its model, essentially every repair shop said they couldn't handle it. I was able to come by and drop off my laptop for a diagnostic check. An hour later Ray was done and sent me a highly detailed Diagnostic report with findings, causes, and recommendations. My issue required a full motherboard replacement so we weren't able to proceed with any fixes. Regardless, I am grateful to the expertise and support Ray has given me for the laptop. I called them at 5:50pm and spoke with Ray "I think he is the owner" anyway I told him what was going on and he said to come on down and that he would wait for me. When I arrived I noticed that they have a big Yelp banner on the window, I walked in and spoke with Ray about the problem and showed him a picture of what the error was, he was up front with me and explained that if the hard drive was bad that he would not be able to save my data. I told him to do his best to save my data. The next day he texted me with a quote and said that he would be able to fix it and save my data. I told him to fix it. About 3 hours later he texted me again and said to come on by and pick it up. Now when I arrived he didn't just give me my computer and send me on my way, he sat me down and explained that I have 3 different options to save my data just in case the hard drive or computer crashes in the future. He also said that if I'm not sure how to back up the hard drive or need help with anything to call him and he would walk me through it.
