The next day Jan. 24th I went in person and apparently he remembered my device and said he sent me a text I mentioned I did not receive anything. He took my name and phone number and stated I'll send you a text with the quote in 15 minutes. Yet again I have not received any quote so I'm unable to provide my insurance with it and continue my claim. The repair cost would have been paid out of my pocket and I would have been reimbursed. They would not have to deal with my insurance so I'm not sure why they lied to me twice and didn't want to provide a quote. Oh well taking my business elsewhere.

Regardless, the damage appeared immediately after their service, and the phone was returned in a worse condition than when it was brought in. I came in for one repair and left with two problems. That is completely unacceptable. This shop damaged my phone during service and is refusing responsibility or any form of resolution. I would strongly advise against trusting them with any device you care about. I advise you to not trust those google reviews.
