So far so good! I found Allen online when I went to change the battery in my daughter's iPhone 7 and made things worse. He contacted me back and was only 5 minutes from my work. I called him and he was able to take the phone in immediately. I brought in the phone and he gave me a quick jab about trying to fix the phone myself, which I can appreciate, and had it done in about 1 hour. Price was reasonable. I would go back for sure. I will update review if anything changes. read more

I had an amazing experiencing repair broken screen of iPad Air 2. I talked to 10+ local places and Allen and his company was the best. He price was the best, service was top notch ie. he went above & beyond to fix the bend issues which wasn't part of the scope. Response was prompt. Behavior was amazing. I work with many service technicians and no doubt Allen and his company is the best when it comes to iPad/iPhone/Mac etc repairs. 5-Star Rating for Allen and company read more

This guys scammed me twice earlier this year. Don't go here if you got a complicated problem. The first time I came in I brought in my iPhone w a charging problem and I told him to fix it. I come back later pay him the money go back to find out the charging issue is still happening. He tells me that the charging port all of sudden needs to be replaced and he wanted to charge me like 150. I thought that was too much so I ask for my money 50 back because it was agreed that I was paying for him to fix which he didn't and he refused. So I took my loss and continued with my off and on charging port. Later my phone needs to be restored. I come in to restore my iPhone he charges me 220 which I agreed too. He tells it's gonna take 2 days but it was 3. When I come to pick it up I'm using the phone trying to see if everything is working and he rushes me saying 220 now so I couldn't tell wat was wrong in the shop. I go home to set it up and half the screen is untouchable I can't swipe barely type it's unusable when before I gave it to him I had no issues like that. So I go back thinking he's gonna fix the issue he caused but he's telling me bs that my screen was damaged before I gave it to him and then dares to try n sell me the service to fix it. I would recommend phone hut cell phone repair just down from them near target at capitol theyre much cheaper and reliable. read more

I brought my iPhone 11 to repair cracked screen and paid $100. I didn't use it right away because I was saving it to give to my daughter for Christmas. When I gave it to her, it malfunctioned badly (text threads jump around). I did not have this problem before. I brought it back and Allen said it's out of the 30 day warranty and I'd have to pay for another screen. Now I don't know how to get it fixed (if he is capable of fixing it or if I will waste more money). I don't think I should have to pay again. (He is blaming me for dropping the phone!! I never dropped it! It was in a box waiting to be gifted for Christmas. What a disappointing Christmas gift. And what a terrible response when going back to get it redone! The screen replacement was never done correctly) read more

I took my iPad Mini 4 to get a cracked screen replaced for $130. When I came back to pick it up and pay for it, he gave it back with a good display BUT the lock button did not work and the home button was jammed and that is not how I left it with him. I kindly requested for him to fix the buttons and the worker told me it is not his problem because he said he doesn't even touch those components. After a bit of difficult negotiation he was willing to fix the half job he did and I was willing to throw in $20. I came back to pick it up again and brought a $20 yet he was requesting $35 for something that he left wrong in the first half done job. He agreed to just take the $20 tip and I LEFT WITH A BAD DISPLAY. read more

I went there and Sam greeted me with a smile and answered all my questions. I left my phone and was called in one day that my phone was done and I paid a fraction than most places. My IPhone 6 screen cracked/shattered last weekend and right away I was on the hunt to find the best deal to get it fixed fast. First I checked with my carriers insurance coverage but the deductible would still cost me over $145 just to fix/replace plus the time to send it in and get it back. No thanks. So then I resorted to phone repair shops/kiosk and the fees ranged from $135 - $110 but could be done within an hour or less. Ok cool but then I didn't want to stop my search until I found a place I thought was reasonable and in my budget. Thank goodness for Yelp and their reviews tho because I was able to find this spot. I called and the gentleman (forgot his name) who said they can fix it in 20-25 mins for $100. YESS. I stopped by there after work but there was one person ahead of me. So getting it fixed took a little longer than expected but that was understandable. However, i'm not complaining because I was still able to get my phone done the same day for the best price. The guy even sent me home with a free new screen protector on the house. Thanks for the friendly and quick service! read more
