Amazon returns are the lowest level of priority for the front end associate as they DO NOT generate ANY revenue for the store whatsoever. Other reviewers complaining about slow Amazon, here's your reason. Amazon does not pay staples, especially not on a per-return basis. Labor hours for staff are strictly regulated and cut increasingly each week, hence other reviews regarding lack of staffing. To be clear; the location is staffed.
