Went to Apple store and AT&T before coming here. They said i had fried my phone and would not help me at all. For $149 bucks they said i could get a new 3GS phone. My iPhone 6 was severely cracked and bent, so I took it here to get it repaired. The guys working were really friendly and charged less than other places that I've gotten quotes from. For a new LCD screen and housing, I paid $160. Took about almost 1.5 hours, but my phone looks (almost) brand new! They even gave me a free glass screen protector. My phone doesn't look extremely perfect like I just bought it from Apple, but it's good enough. Came in on a Monday 15 minutes after they opened and was helped by Jenny! She was so sweet and nice. I dropped my iphone 6+ causing the screen to flicker and freeze. Jenny opened up my phone and told me that one of the brackets for my screen was broken. She went ahead to change my LCD to a brand new one! My phone looks completely brand new and works wonderfully. Horrible service. I was helped by a older man who helped me with my Iphone.He charged me only 50$ I later, then came back for the same service and was helped by a younger male who claimed he was the nephew. I told him what I needed and he went on with helping me. It was then time to pay he said 125$. I explained that I had just came in a few days ago and was only charged 50$. He looked at me like "What are you talking about?" He insisted that I pay 125$. I asked him to see the older gentleman who helped me out a few days ago. This has to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a business. I found out about iMobile from a Craigslist ad and decided I would give this place a try. BIG mistake. I saw them the first time to get my iPhone 3GS battery changed (btw, it is not jail broken). It seemed to work fine for a few days, and the $40 price tag for parts and labor was very reasonable. I didn't get a receipt, but I guess the worker says he remembers all of his customers...lol whatever. Anyway, my phone starts acting up like crazy: the wifi shut off, the phone service kept turning on and off, I constantly received notices to activate my phone in iTunes again, it wouldn't even turn on unless it was plugged to an outlet, etc. All this had NEVER happened before I switched my battery, so I had a feeling it wasn't compatible. I came in the second time to see if there's anything they were able to do. I had to bring in my phone with its case charger connected (because it would have been dead otherwise), and they started to blame my phone's malfunction on the charger. The same worker started to take apart my phone and tell me it was completely fried (which is true), but then he started yelling very loudly at me, waving the battery around saying it had nothing to do with my phone acting up. WTF! He continued to blame it on my case charger because it wasn't an Apple product, and when I tried to explain that it was the only way I could show him all the malfunctions, he kept interrupting and talking over me! Disrespectful as hell. He finally noticed the wifi didn't work and continued ranting about how my phone had been broken before the battery change. I ended up getting my original battery put back in as well as my refund. When he gave my phone back, he waited for it to turn back on so he can show me the wifi still didn't work, but GUESS WHAT? It freaking works just fine. All he said was, "Ohh...the wifi is okay now. That's weird." Well, DUH. My phone battery is still crap, but since the original battery was put in, I don't have all the other frustrating problems. If you're getting your phone fixed here, I would say to be very careful. It might be a freak accident that my phone acted up so much, but I definitely think this place is a little sketchy (he talked about how non-Apple products were very bad for my phone, but I'm pretty damn positive that the replacement battery wasn't an Apple product either). This place gets 1 star from me because of the unsurpassed horrible customer service and added unnecessary rudeness. They're very happy and friendly when they take your money, but don't expect good service if anything goes wrong. Oh, and don't be surprised if they talk sh*t about you in Vietnamese too lol. read more

This place is very good. The service is exceptional; especially with the 2 main workers that goes by Minh and T-rung. They have many good deals here. If you were to want an iPhone; I highly recommend to go to iMobile. They know how to unlock regular phones, unlock and jailbreak iPhones. Don't go here if you plan on being lied to about prices. I called for a price to get my iPhone 4S' LCD screen fixed. Minh quoted 50. Came into find 2 workers who helped me. After they fixed it they told me 60. They thought I was lying so they called Minh who happens to be the owner and happened to not be there. So I hear him over the speaker saying "no its 60". I didn't want to cry over 10 bucks and ended up paying the rest. First and last time! Will never go here again! This place needs to get their shit together if they want business read more

Yeah, these Guys are con artists. I call them to get an estimate since I had tried to repair the glass on my iphone. I came in. They told me right away my LCD was cracked upon opening it. I told them it didn't look cracked. Whatever, was desperate for a repair since I was expecting important phonecalls. Was told by Tom it'd be $120 out the door!!! Right then I should've stopped and paused but was in a rush. Tom said he'd have to use one of his parts, that's the reason why so expensive. Also, cash only. Another warning light blared but I ignored it like an idiot. The little midget Fob guy working the counter was yapping about 'folks shouldn't repair on their own'. Think of him as the con artist's roper. 10 min later, I returned. Phone was fixed BUT Tom told me he couldn't give me the parts that were broken since they were attached somehow. Wtf? Ok. Gave him the cash, which he promptly shoved into his pocket. Not a cash register but his pocket. No receipt or anything. You decide. For all I know, I paid $120 to have my own part reinstalled into my phone. I shouldve known better to trust strip mall vietnamese joints. Im vietnamese by the way. Oh and I had to repost. This is a bitter sweet review. I cracked my front screen on my iPhone 4S and needed it replaced ASAP. So I found iMobile on Yelp and decided to go with them because they were only charging $60 for a screen replacement. They replaced it within a good 2 hours or so which was pretty fast. After a good two weeks I had complications with the screen. The camera which I had no problem with when the screen was cracked. I brought it back and they fixed it. Another 2 weeks later, my screen starts turning greenish and screen starts shaking on its own. I don't recommend this place as it just made my phone worse with a new screen which I have to pay even MORE money to replace AGAIN. read more
