The few times we've needed to make changes or get new phones, this is the location we haven't had any problems at. Been to the Fremont location at the hub several years ago and the guy had no idea how to even activate a new phone. After 4 years one of us dropped a phone in water (oopsies) and needed a new phone. So, we came to this location this past Tuesday after looking online to see what was available at a low cost. They are limiting the number of people inside and take your name and phone number to call you to come back when someone is available. It was less than a 10 minute wait the first day and no wait the next day. Inside there's hand sanitizer at each table and plexiglass on the tables between the customers and employee for COVID safety. Also more hand sanitizer by the door. We were helped by Brandon who was friendly and helpful. He explained that switching to unlimited data was actually less than what we were paying for 30gb and by switching we could actually get a better phone for cheaper than the one we were planning to get. We weren't sure if we wanted to switch and asked if we could come back the next day. He said sure and wasn't pushy about selling anything. After going home and discussing with the family, 3 of us decided to get phone upgrades and we added a line since by switching to unlimited everyone could get a new phone with a discount. Brandon explained all the options we had to add on such as hotspots, phone insurance, etc but wasn't pushy about selling extras. He also helped set up 2 of the new phones including putting the glass shields on with no air bubbles. He also ordered the 2 phones they didn't have in stock. The 2 out of stock phones were delivered 2 days later at home and were easy to activate online since everything was already in the account. Seems a lot easier to get information transferred to new phones these days, although trying to remember all the passwords for each app is a whole different story.     They took over a well-oiled machine from Paxio and turned it into a fickle jalopy of internet…read moreservice. I never had this much downtime and maintenance from Paxio. The disruptions are frequent and too many times have made my home server unreachable while traveling. Most of the time the service resumes, but on occasion I've had to have a neighbor or relative enter my home and reset the connection for me. Super effing inconvenient! Also, there is no roadmap for connections faster than 1 Gigabit, even while even more worthless competitors like Xfinity and AT&T offer 2.5 and even 5 Gigabit. And lastly, they increased their rates a few months ago. They offered a discount if you paid for a year in advance, but offered no way to do that online. It wasn't until I contacted customer service, that they gave me the details of how to do so: by writing a physical check and sending it to a physical address, no ACH or Credit Card options (which are available to those who pay monthly). Like, I'm boomer AF, so I still have a few checks laying around, but who else in 2025 still has a checkbook? When it works, I'm grateful, but internet service is binary. I just need it to work. Always. And it doesn't. End of story.

They do…read morescheduled maintenance once in a while, but it's very late night and hasn't been a big deal. I kept hoping one of those updates would mean a speed bump, but not yet. I did see another review where someone mentioned almost 1 Gbps up and down -- guessing that's not residential. Would be nice if those speeds made it over here.
