I asked if I could be provided a quote via text or email so I could provide the quote to my insurance for approval and they said yes I'll text it to you...I did not receive any text. The next day Jan. 24th I went in person and apparently he remembered my device and said he sent me a text I mentioned I did not receive anything. He took my name and phone number and stated I'll send you a text with the quote in 15 minutes. Yet again I have not received any quote so I'm unable to provide my insurance with it and continue my claim. The repair cost would have been paid out of my pocket and I would have been reimbursed. They would not have to deal with my insurance so I'm not sure why they lied to me twice and didn't want to provide a quote. Oh well taking my business elsewhere.

He graciously took it back after finding out it was a faulty replacement part and its been working flawlessly ever since! My Samsung ZFlip 5 foldable screen also took a crap at the same time, and Serkan was well aware of the problem as a common issue, so he was able to replace it with a new screen, which was very costly. Very happy with his work and his customer service. His prices are very reasonable as well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him if you're in the South Bay and need one of your devices repaired!
