    Need to find more knowledgeable and engaging employees. "I don't know, I don't know" is not the answer. Worst than call center or chat bot

The price cannot be beat, and the performance has been excellent. Our installer Jeff M was smart, efficient, and ran the cabling in a very neat fashion. We went from paying hundreds of dollars with Big Cable to only $65/month for their 500mbps plan. The support over phone is also local and responsive. Our household has plenty of bandwidth, and with my wife and I working from home, we are able to do so in an effective manner. No longer do we have to do the dance with Comcast each year to plea for a better rate. And the best part? No data caps to worry about. Twist will also give you an Eero router (or two) for WiFi if you need it. They are super easy to manage and set up, our wifi coverage is on point across both floors of our house. If you work from home, stream a lot, or have a gamer in your household, Twist Broadband is the way to go.

Sail Internet/Twist Broadband, with only a $5 upcharge compared to ATT, provides a reliable 500Mbs connection. Installation included two eero 6+ mesh routers, which provide strong coverage throughout our house. The eero app must be installed on your phone for the installer to proceed. Maybe Sail Internet limits the available options on the eero app. Because of limit control options, it took hours to successfully add some old devices, particularly my Sangean and Auna Internet radios, to the network. TIP: For those who are not network experts, I recommend asking in advance if the installer can verify the network connections for all devices (robovacs, alarm devices, streaming boxes, TVs, printers, etc.) before departure or that you have a tech-savvy friend to help with connection issues after installation. TIP: Changing the router's network password to the same as your old router's password will make the changeover much easier.

    BEWARE THIS store will scam you. I came because I needed my SIM card to work on a different phone…read morebecause the original one was water damaged and i could not log into my account to do it myself. I walk into the completely empty store where both associates are talking on the phone and tell me to wait 5 minutes. They tell me it's going to cost me between $25 and $85 depending on the phone to activate the new phone since I can't login to my account. They then tell me I need a new SIM card because mine has a blue dot and the new one has a purple dot and they have to change it because 5g and there are ESIMs now. Ok??? Then he finishes and says it's $95.84. Before he gives me the receipt he says do you want a free speaker, you can have a free speaker or not it's $95.84. So I'm like sure. I ask for the receipt and the activation fee is $26.14 and the speaker is $69.70. So I tell him I want to return the speaker and he says no you can't do that. And this stupid speaker is being sold by the manufacturer for $49.99. Wtf eff this store and it's scams

They kept poking their heads out...I was in the store probably an hour. Guess it was take ur kid to work day...crazy!

My husband and I were helped by Jesus and Octavio and let me tell you they have the best customer service. Did not hesitate to help us with any question or request that we had and always with a great attitude even after we had multiple requests or questions.     Worst experience ever - Three of our family members ordered three iPhones, two iPhone 13's and one…read moreiPhone 13 Pro. It has been a big mess with problems one after another since the order was made: 1) the first iPhone was shipped to a wrong location instead of the store, 2) the store mistakenly explained unavailability of pink colored iPhone 13 when the second black iPhone 13 arrived, 3) the third iPhone, pink iPhone 13, arrived at the store 10 days later but the ordered iPhone 13 Pro never arrived. Yet, the store staff, Erica, didn't apologize a bit. Instead, she pointed fingers to T-Mobile backend operations, asked me to pay the pink iPhone return insurance ($127), and threatened me to go to other T-Mobile stores if I don't take care of the pink iPhone return with my credit card and if I want to re-order the iPhone 13 Pro. Erica was rude and unprofessional. Now I have to wait for the third iPhone, iPhone 13 Pro, for another month. We'll never come back to this store (2200 Eastridge Loop Suite 2054, San Jose).

She was unprofessional and could tell wasn't pleasant with my visit. Definitely don't recommend coming to this store.

Walked in with a very unwelcoming greeting as if they didn't wanna work at all…read more I went to upgrade my phone and both employees were acting extremely confused on how to upgrade a phone. Probably hire more certified experts that know what they're doing rather than somebody who just seemed like they're confused and doesn't want to work. And to top things off, what seem to be, the manager spiked an attitude with me stating that people don't come into upgrade their phones every month, and when I confronted him about what he had just stated saying am I really getting attitude from the manager right now?, He began to fire back attitude towards me and mind you this is an older man. His name is Brett. You guys should immediately let this person go as he has the worst customer service I've ever seen inside of a T-Mobile. I told him that this doesn't seem that hard of a thing to do. I'm just simply trying to upgrade my phone. I actually was going to do this online. He interrupted me and said "why don't I just go do it online then". That's something I would never want one of my employees to say to a customer that is just absolutely super unprofessional and I would really recommend you guys look into this.

Lower than downhill like beyond the grave site. I've only been to this location for any verizon issues and they sold me and my family our phones for at least 2 decades. I walked in and wanted to look at more samsung phones, guy whoever worked monday morning, February 16, 2026, was very rude, unprofessional, and 0 social skills and manners. I asked if they had more phones in the back (being the only 1 there at 10am), and he sassily told me he needs my phone number if he's gonna sell me a phone. I gave him it anyway, and he just walked off into the back, comes out and says this should be all we have in the front. 2 out of 3 samsungs were working and I was uninterested in them both. His response "hmmm is don't know what to do now" was pathetic, like dude sell me something or offer to order online a phone I want. It didn't matter he had his earpods on nor his name tag (hence specific time of encounter mentioned), but that encounter sucked. Don't waste your time here. I left and randomly went on a whim to the Los gatos location and got what I needed with ease and a positive experience. "Boo, Verizon at Eastridge!" You get all the thumbs down.

I have priorly made online store appointments a point of time when needing assistance of account statement billing. I would normally receive my statements in mail or being able to self print at home Appartment office in San Jose, CA at The Woods Appartments had service interruptions in June 2023-June 2025 that has not yet been resolved repaired or restored per self request that disruptions had not been of my calling. I would normally be able to print my statements from home safely when having need need of statements on document paper. But my access had been disrupted which had been unable to have the ability to. I don't feel safe or comfortable having send any local printing shop my account details information which is of private confidentiality of. So in store appointments are made to being able to retrieve information that I need. I Christina do not have a personal assistant assigned to myself, nor have I authorized of a personnel of being authorized to answering of any type of calls or placement calls of serving or emergency calls in my name per location of Appartment residence spaces. In Verizon Store at Eastridge mall customer services representatives are very kind, helpful, attentive to customer needs. I come here sometimes as well to charge up when I am in the area needing to recharge which location has plenty of in store accessories to choose from for purchase and customer seating waiting area that's very comfortable. I have not made store recommendations to anyone. But every time I come here customer services had been far most great for myself. -Christina (updated on 6/02/2025)
