Need to find more knowledgeable and engaging employees. "I don't know, I don't know" is not the answer. Worst than call center or chat bot

Please visit this Tmobile. This store has the best customer service. You might to wait a little…read morebecause the guys there always take their time to answer all the questions you have. My husband and I were helped by Jesus and Octavio and let me tell you they have the best customer service. Did not hesitate to help us with any question or request that we had and always with a great attitude even after we had multiple requests or questions. Great job guys, will definitely be coming back to your store. :)

Worst experience ever - Three of our family members ordered three iPhones, two iPhone 13's and one…read moreiPhone 13 Pro. It has been a big mess with problems one after another since the order was made: 1) the first iPhone was shipped to a wrong location instead of the store, 2) the store mistakenly explained unavailability of pink colored iPhone 13 when the second black iPhone 13 arrived, 3) the third iPhone, pink iPhone 13, arrived at the store 10 days later but the ordered iPhone 13 Pro never arrived. Yet, the store staff, Erica, didn't apologize a bit. Instead, she pointed fingers to T-Mobile backend operations, asked me to pay the pink iPhone return insurance ($127), and threatened me to go to other T-Mobile stores if I don't take care of the pink iPhone return with my credit card and if I want to re-order the iPhone 13 Pro. Erica was rude and unprofessional. Now I have to wait for the third iPhone, iPhone 13 Pro, for another month. We'll never come back to this store (2200 Eastridge Loop Suite 2054, San Jose).

Jessica was able to go through all my transactions the experience better than expected. Thank you jessica for making my wife and I like family ,jessica professionalism was upstanding ,the patience of her was amazing. I have three little kids they come and go everywhere and she had the patient and understanding of Dealing with them. Her vision as AT&T team goes beyond by providing everyone a great service and professionalism. One thing I would like to mention was that she went out of her way to talk to my wife about importan detail in our family plan wow thank you . Is really rare to see people like her managing every little things and every aspect on her store. I just want to thanks AT&T for having people like her. First time I was told or yelled at by an ATT customer service from this store to "DON'T EVER COME…read moreBACK HERE!' On 3/16/26 I went to ATT. I asked Lee for the same wallpaper another ATT guy helped me on 3/15 but the photo I used on 3/15 was the wrong 1. I'm always thankful, always saying please, please I need 1 quick ask for help. This guy Lee's not really wanting to help or he works for all these ATT products & told me he doesn't know anything about iphone. His tone of voice is impatient, makes me feel I'm stupid No one's there@AT&T. It's hopeless. I walked away. Lee screamed at me (behind my back) & said loudly, 'DON'T EVER COME BACK HERE!" I asked for the manager but waiting & waiting so I just decided to leave telling him I'll call to file a complaint. I can't find file a complaint at ATT website. So here I'm at Yelp I've always done a quick visit for help w/my iphone. I've always have ATT customer svc ready to help in whatever they can do. NO ONE ever told me to never come back@ ATT store capitol expwy. I've been a client of ATT for at least 25 yrs (w/my husband now ex husband). I'm always fair if one deserves it, you'll see some of my positive reviews
