Went in to upgrade phones for my parents. They didn't have the colors that we wanted so they called the other store locations and sent us there. That was very nice of them to do that instead of trying to convince us to go with that selection they had! We were greeted right away so I appreciate the service. read more

Thanks for helping, my customers and friends enjoy coming to here. Thanks for the dedicating services

Worst customer service! Employees are all so unmotivated to help people even though there were at least 6 employees there when I walked in. Only two were working and the rest were hovering around chit chatting or hiding in the back. There were 4 or 5 of us on the waiting list and one of them proceeded to help someone out of order. I sat there 30 mins watching them be rude, lazy and unproductive. One guy yelled at another customer to sit down and wait because they were busy. Then he proceeded to go back to the back room without helping anyone. I left without getting anything. read more

Here to pick up a freebie. They sure do their job and take it seriously. They got the phone number and checked the account to see what other stuff qualify for. They said i qualify for a free tablet or a watch. I just have to pay $20 a month to use the tablet or the watch. That took a good 8 min vs. 1 min at other stores. read more

I went to this store last week and I just want to say a huge thank you to the employee Alexis who helped me. DON'T GO TO RYAN , very poor customer service. During our transaction he assumed "I was down bad" because he questioned why I wanted a trade in for my phone to get a lower monthly payment on my new phone I was purchasing. Who treats their customers like this? As Barber in our community we never want to say things offensive to our clients and customers. No professionalism at all. How do you criticize and judge a person's situation or status based on a business transaction? Aren't we paying customers that support you? It's a shame how disrespectful workers can be. What's wrong with trying to keep cost down? Isn't that the goal to save money. This is prime example of a bad customer service by offending people , at the end of it all I still ended up buying a new phone , sometimes we have to separate the product from the service unfortunately. Customer service must be has exceptional , in this case it wasn't. But shout out to the manager JR for understanding my complaint. He's a good guy and runs the place. read more

After customer service told me to take my new phones in to a store to transfer my sim card and data, I went to the store on Capital and Kind Rd. I have never received such terrible service in the 20+ years I have had services. When I walked in 2 of the employees went to the back room. When one finally came out. I let him, Irving, know that I was instructed to bring my phones in and they would be happy to help me, however this was not the case. Irving stated to me that he would only be able to switch the sim card, that they do not do data any longer. I explained to him that customer service said they can. He then said well we close at 8 and we dont do data during the last hour of business. It was 6:45pm, well over an hour. I then asked if the manager was available and his reply was "no". I then requested another sales person. Irving then went in the back and returned 5 minutes later to inform me that someone will be coming out. At this time a young lady came out and instantly telling me what she can NOT do. I asked her why she stated that when I had yet to tell her what I need. When I tried to inform her she again said what she could not do. I then let her know that I was not asking for ANYTHING on he list of can not do. I requested a sim card change from one phone to my replacement phone. Once she completed that task, she tossed my phone on the desk and walked away saying nothing. Part of me was glad she didnt say anything because of how rude she was from the beginning of our contact. JR (store manager), I dont know if this is a training issue or a personality issue but their behavior reflects you. I hope this is not normal practice. I pay over $200 on T-Mobile services per month and would like to be treat with some form of respect and/or professionalism.... read more

Coming for the tuesday t-mobile. I brought 2 phones (mine and my mom's) to get the tmobile gift, and he said I can't. He only gave me one and said one per customer even though I had two phones with two different numbers. He kept repeating "one per customer" read more

I came in to this location after a bank visit. Upon walking there was a guy helping a customer and a girl sitting down. I didn't get greeted as I walked up she was looking straight ahead as I was right in front of her she didn't acknowledge me. How rude is that?? Then I tell her I am here because my screen protector is broken. She asked me for my number and she was not paying attention so she asked me again. She walked to the back didn't say be right back nothing. She comes back puts the screen protector on I asked if she needed to see my id she said no. She finished I said thank you she didn't say nothing. Very poor customer service from a sales person! As I get home I received a FaceTime call she put the wrong screen protector. Yea maybe I should have checked but the way she treated me I just wanted to leave and go about my day. No attention to detail and no customer service. I just called store to try and get a name because she was not wearing a name tag. And that was unsuccessful I spoke with Tran and she said JR is on (PTO) store manager and she said there is no supervisor. So I asked her who is in change there has to be someone she said Ray. Sheesh can't believe the level of incompetence and just over all unprofessionalism. Never again will I give this location my business. I been a customer since 2015. I am beyond disgusted. Wish I could give this store zero stars one star is way to much for the service I received. read more

ELIZABETH WAS AMAZING! After having a horrible experience at t-mobile off of Tully we came back here and spoke with Elizabeth who did her best with switching over our phones that was once Sprint to T-Mobile 100%. She was very kind hearted, spoke with a lot of empathy and helped broke down all of the prices with us. Also with transferring everything off of iPhones to the other iPhones is incredible! All of my apps, note, photos, and contracts were transferred over in less than 5 minutes! Once again Elizabeth helped us out and was very kind with my parents regardless of my mom asking her many questions, she still treated her with many respect and answered all of her questions. Thank you so much Elizabeth you deserve more than 5 stars! read more

Not bad nor good location. Came by yesterday to look for the Pixel 3 XL and the XS. Store is very well kept. Limited parking spaces that's close by. The store surprisingly was quite considering how there were only two customers. Employees don't really help you, they point at the section of the store and then continues to gossip with their co workers. Also didn't have the PIXEL to compare with the XS, so didn't make a purchase. read more

If what you need has absolutely nothing to do with sales and the associates making commission, don't even bother coming here because they will never help you. I came in wanting to just return a trade-in device. That's all. I was waiting for 45 minutes because they kept bumping customers ahead of me who would give them sales. I was told about 3 times that I was first in line, and I never made it to an actual person because I left after feeling discriminated. I never raised my voice at the employees despite this treatment and the manager gave me major attitude and was happy I was leaving. I ended up going to another t-mobile who's employees actually treat all customers fairly. read more

Don't know where to start..Since this should be a local platform, I will begin by warning anyone who might find themselves in the Scotts Valley branch of T Mobile. There is a salesperson named Rebecca who is not exactly an asset for T Mobile. I had an issue that T Mobile could not rectify over the phone since I didn't have my pin... I get rid of passwords and pins when I no longer do business with a company. In this case, I never used the equipment so there was no account set up. The reps over the phone insisted that I go into one of their stores to show my ID and then they could get into my account. Being disabled, I don't just drive an hour one way unless it is for a very good reason. BOTH local stores told me they can only help when people have purchased their equipment at the store. I was not only being charged for a hotspot and sim card ( I NEVER used since it did not get a signal) that I sent back right away, they also sent their made up bill to a debt collector!! I NEVER got a bill until they sent a FINAL bill, which was in the same day's mail as a notice it was going to a collection agency. Back to the Scotts Valley store; Rebecca was rude, mocking and deliberately trying to antagonize me. Try ANY carrier before trying T Mobile. My ATT was out for 9 days ("busy network") so I thought I would try T Mobile.. That was the first week of December. Despite having every possible number from the 3 emails I received, it just didn't matter.. It's been a very long time since I've had this much trouble with a company.. I finally remembered my PIN and when I called back, the woman did not believe a word I said. Nothing like having stranger think everything you are saying is a lie..She told me they do not use collection companies, (LIE!!) but I called this agency (Alliance) and yes; it was a T Mobile bill. I received about calls from them a day. The T Mobile rep did not believe me. She had to put me on hold for EVERY number I gave her and she had to check on everything I said. I actually had to give her the tracking number of the return despite the fact that I had 3 emails indicating that they received it! Good thing I took a pic of me putting it in the UPS drop box. Horrible company, horrible people and since I did not get a signal, I can't even say if there would have been any service where I live. Stay away from the Scotts Valley location and Rebecca.. read more

I do not recommend the store very rude and unknowledgeable just because he wasn't clocked in. Didn't wanna even talk to me about phone service. Been a T-mobile customer for over 10 years. Never had problems with T-mobile so never had the need to go into a T-mobile store. Today marked the first time I had to go into a T-mobile store because I needed to upgrade my 5 yrs old cell phone to an i-Phone, given to me by a friend. I needed different size of SIM card. I want to thank Jeren & his patience because I did not know the iPhone was locked, so I was embarrassed that I wasted Jeren's time. After my friend contacted AT&T to unlock the iPhone, I went back to this store. This time I was helped by Elizabeth. Elizabeth was patient, courteous, & helpful. So I want to express my appreciation to Jeren & Elizabeth. And, I will continue to stay as T-mobile customer. read more

Bought a phone from them and the manager tried to sell me a charger block for 20$ when an old charger block is fine to use too. He had the nerves to tell me it's just 20$. I just didn't like how he said it, sounded too pushy and degrading. read more

I've come here twice in the last year. One time for a new iPhone purchase and the other time for a trade in. The associates and manager had no problem with my first visit to purchase a new phone to make the sale and apparently broke protocol since the primary account user wasn't present. Today when I went, I wanted to trade my phone in and it was a problem all of a sudden due to the account user not present. The associates themselves didn't follow protocol and the manager himself said it wasn't their fault. They wanted us to make the calls to fix their mistake. This location had no problem selling a phone and making money, but when I wanted to trade my old one in they all of a sudden wanted to follow protocol. No one took accountability and the so called manager of only two months being there wasn't very helpful. he forgets he is the one that helped us a year ago. I will gladly go to another location. read more

The customer service here is phenomenal! Went into the store with a billing problem yesterday. I tried to call into the corporate number to figure out what's going on, but I couldn't get it resolved since I'm no longer a t-mobile customer. (I cancelled my line in December, yet I still received a bill.) Daniel and Jeren went above and beyond to help me get this resolved by contacting t-mobile's customer line on my behalf. They were both calm, patient, and professional throughout the whole process and were easy to talk to. If they're reading this: Thanks again for helping me. I really appreciate it, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! read more

Even though the store was bustling when I stepped in, Tuan and Mario both provided thoughtful and patient answers as I collected costs for adding a line to our family plan. All the staff was very professional and knowledgable, overall AMAZING. Answered all my questions, helped me make the switch to Tmobile.

If you are over 55 STAY AWAY from THIS location. The "manager" Ton does not know how to deal with older folks. Background music is too loud. Receipts come out with tiny print that are hard to read if you don't have a magnifying glass. Have been a very satisfied T-Mobile customer for many years. The experiences I have had with my new iPhone SE and with this location this past week are causing me to part ways with T-Mobile, the ONLY cell provider I have ever had. I HAVE NEVER BEEN INSULTED by ANY company's representative like this before. After reading all the other one star reviews, my sage advice is to stay from this location no matter what your age is. The customer service issues have been ongoing for a long time. To those who have customer service issues I suggest notifying the T-Mobile Customer Relations Dept. in Albuquerque, NM read more

Came here to get a screen protector and the guy was really lazy with it and left me a whole bunch of bubbles under the screen protector. Came here with my family to open 5 new lines along with 5 orders of new iPhone 6s Albert-- the employee who assisted us and made our order-- didn't advise us to separate our orders (which he is suppose to) so now 3 of my Iphones 6s are ready but CAN'T be shipped until the remaining 2 is ready-- which is not until 3-4 weeks later. I tried calling customer services to change my shipment method but they said there's absolutely nothing they can do. Only way is to cancel my order and reorder them again as separate orders. Now if I do that the order date will restart and ship date will postpone even further. I talked to a friend who works at a different T-Mobile later about this and she said employees are SUPPOSE to advise you about making orders separately to minimize the wait time. Well, clearly he didn't. Thanks a lot, Albert. Now my family and I don't have a phone to use for 3-4 weeks until they ship my stuff all together because he didn't do what he was SUPPOSED to do. read more

I went into the store to buy a case, which I found immediately without needing any assistance. I asked the rep if I could pay, and he said I would have to write my name on the list. I was number 15. Many of the people ahead of me wanted to discuss rate plans, billing issues, technical issues, etc. It didn't make sense for me to wait over an hour when paying for my phone case would probably take less than a minute. I asked the manager if they had an express line- Nope. Several of us got really frustrated, and left our single items on their desk. Wish they had some type of payment kiosk or express line! Then I went straight to the AT&T store, which was equally busy. I called ahead to ask their rep if they had any iPhone cases, which they did. When I went into the store, she had the appropriate cases set aside at her station. Even though she was helping a customer, I picked one of those cases, and she let me pay for them right away. I was literally in and out of the AT&T store within 2-3 minutes. read more

I've been here several times and continued to receive the worst service despite who I came in contact with. This extended out to the service department I was forced to call because of their inadequate service and false promises. I have very fair standards for c.s. I've been there in the past having worked retail, but this place just cares about sales and sales only. That's their agenda and everything else comes last in my experience. If I had a problem with my phone I'd drive out of my way before I came back to this store. read more

Have to say I'm really upset right now just bought a phone here. Samsung site is selling the A51 for $100 less then T-Mobile. T-Mobile does not honor or do price match and if you return your phone the restocking fee is $75 so crazy! Talk about ripping you a new one. read more
