Zencom was recommended by my security camera company to come in and replace the fiber so I could get my cameras back up and running. Adam came out from Zencom and quickly assessed the situation, spoke the language of my security company and developed a plan to replace the fire damaged cabling. Within a very short time, he obtained the necessary supplies and had the replacement installed in less than a day. More impressively, he came back and spent hours making sure all the cameras were back up, correcting minor issues he came across with my initial installation and left me in a much better situation than I was in even before the fire. The vendors have a lot of bright lights and a lot of different cases for iPhone 3,4,5 and other smartphones. So I kept asking the different vendors and some offer different prices. I bought a case today and there was a very nice man (the one near express) that said that just for me the case was $10. I went to a different vendor and they tried to sell me the same case for $15. Obviously I went back to the other vendor and bought it for $10. I like the variety of cases that they have. One thing though is that sometimes, when you try to ask someone for the price, they might not even be sitting there! Overall, I had a good experience here and I would definitely buy another case :)

Xfinity kept telling me the "new" box was going to easily pump wifi through my whole house. It never worked and we had multiple dead spots in our house, where wifi never reached. We ended up trying several things, included a second network setup using Google Nest routers. That also didn't work great and we suffered for years. So finally got fed up, and I called BATH and told Ari what the issue was. He gave me a budget, which I bristled at, at first. Then he walked me through a likely fix, which involved a couple routers networked so that I had independent wifi running on both floors of the house but on the same network. The tech came by and was super nice, and walked me through what they were going to do. I was cautiously optimistic. When they were done? I almost cried at how well everything ran through my house. They even set me up so I had ethernet directly to my gaming PC, and direct into my TV and Xbox. I have not had a single issue since (beside Comcast caused outages), and have blazing fast wifi throughout the house (I pay for the gigaspeed Xfinity). I'm finally utilizing the speed as sold to me by Xfinity. Thanks so much BATH. I really appreciate it. I was super impressed with the emails, the invoices, techs being on time, and just the overall professionalism. It was worth the extra few bucks.

As such, I was looking for a phone system that did the following: a) Had full PBX functionality (voicemail, auto attendant, hunt groups, acd queues, voicemail to email, call forwarding, etc.) b) Was cost effective (therefore, i was most interested in VoIP / IPPBX solutions) c) Was easy to manage On top of that, as the CEO I have 20 other things I need to deal with, and I've NEVER installed a PBX before, so I needed some handholding along the way. I'm not a tech neophyte, but I didn't even know what a SIP trunk was before speaking with Shawn. In any case, I spoke to a number of potential telco integrators. Shawn (the owner for 15+ years) of IP PBX Support was by far the best. He was detailed, he was honest (telling me where I didn't need to spend money) and not pushy at all . . . and of course, knowledgable. I highly recommend Shawn for small business owners looking to set up or change their telco setup. Whether it's helping with buying the PBX itself, running the necessary wiring, running ethernat cat5, cat5e, cat6, fiber or copper, buying the switches/routers necessary for a VOIP implementation, Shawn personally walked me through all of it. He spent countless amount of time even prior to the sale with no promise of making it. Kudos to Shawn. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Tiara was quite helpful with my phone predicament, as my prior Samsung Galaxy A15 5G mobile phone…read moremodel was causing SIM card connection troubles, preventing me from making and receiving phone calls or even sending and receiving text messages. Personally, I found all of this as an unusual phone ownership experience. Tiara verified to make sure it wasn't my T-Mobile phone monthly plan causing the problems, and she was correct. She went above and beyond to guarantee that my dilemma had nothing to do with my mobile provider. It turns out that my Samsung phone was defective. Tiara had to go out of her way to insert my physical SIM card into another of the store's phone models on display during my in-person visit with her. She was a really patient staff member with me. She then had to explain to me about what could be my possible next steps. I was eventually persuaded to activate an IPhone 17e phone model through their store location because I previously purchased my Samsung mobile phone from a different T-Mobile store location in the local San Jose city area (which I am now realizing I have very strange suspicions about other T-Mobile locations when compared to this dependable Milpitas Great Mall location). I had to return another day to get my recently purchased IPhone and have the eSIM for it to be activated in-person at their store. Aaron handled everything for me and made the activation process go smoothly. Of course, my authorized user/owner for the family plan under which I am enrolled had to be present in person. During my second visit in the store with Aaron, my owner asked Aaron questions unrelated to my IPhone activation process, and Aaron was incredibly informed and prepared to answer them all. Aaron made sure I was in and out of the store quickly. Thank you again Tiara and Aaron.
