Adam came out from Zencom and quickly assessed the situation, spoke the language of my security company and developed a plan to replace the fire damaged cabling. Within a very short time, he obtained the necessary supplies and had the replacement installed in less than a day. More impressively, he came back and spent hours making sure all the cameras were back up, correcting minor issues he came across with my initial installation and left me in a much better situation than I was in even before the fire. I bought a case today and there was a very nice man (the one near express) that said that just for me the case was $10. I went to a different vendor and they tried to sell me the same case for $15. Obviously I went back to the other vendor and bought it for $10. I like the variety of cases that they have. One thing though is that sometimes, when you try to ask someone for the price, they might not even be sitting there! Overall, I had a good experience here and I would definitely buy another case :)

Personally, I found all of this as an unusual phone ownership experience. Tiara verified to make sure it wasn't my T-Mobile phone monthly plan causing the problems, and she was correct. She went above and beyond to guarantee that my dilemma had nothing to do with my mobile provider. It turns out that my Samsung phone was defective. Tiara had to go out of her way to insert my physical SIM card into another of the store's phone models on display during my in-person visit with her. She was a really patient staff member with me. She then had to explain to me about what could be my possible next steps. I was eventually persuaded to activate an IPhone 17e phone model through their store location because I previously purchased my Samsung mobile phone from a different T-Mobile store location in the local San Jose city area (which I am now realizing I have very strange suspicions about other T-Mobile locations when compared to this dependable Milpitas Great Mall location). I had to return another day to get my recently purchased IPhone and have the eSIM for it to be activated in-person at their store. Aaron handled everything for me and made the activation process go smoothly. Of course, my authorized user/owner for the family plan under which I am enrolled had to be present in person. During my second visit in the store with Aaron, my owner asked Aaron questions unrelated to my IPhone activation process, and Aaron was incredibly informed and prepared to answer them all.
