When he was done, the repair person dropped off the computer to my house. The printing from the computer still would not work. Among other charges I now question, was $199.99 to back up services. My back up service was current, already. I called the store and complained about the PRICE AND SERVICE. The price was $1099.96. I ended up fixing the computer myself. After speaking to the store manager, I was sent two different invoices with no explaination why. They did agreed to deduct $299.00 from the bill which would come off my credit card. This has not been done. I'm very disappointed in the service I recently received.
