This is an updated review! I've been to Fasthuma iT a couple times before in the past for computer repair so I've already experienced Mustafah's highly professional services. This time was no different! My 6 month brand new ibuypower pc was having issues overheating and was shutting down when the temperature was hitting 90c. Mustafah was able to diagnose this problem quickly and came to the conclusion that my motherboard was the issue. He was also able to diagnose that my cooling system was also malfunctioning because of a weird little noise it was creating on startup. In the end both had to be replaced and now my computer is running at a smooth 50c while gaming. I think what makes Mustafah stand out is the fact that he takes time to explain what the issue is, even if your not exactly tech savvy. He told me the back of my motherboard has a thermometer(sorry don't remember the correct term) and that it was reporting the incorrect temperature which was resulting in my computer crashing. Mustafah was able to do a quick diagnosis , and reboot my PC from the state that it just wouldn't start. All in all, Mustafah has been very patient, professional and knowledgeable.
