I was recommended by an employee from Geek Squad on 2/26 when I went to stop by to get my HP laptop checked. So I drove right after to Johnson's Computer and met Jane. At first impression she was so friendly, accommodating, and explained to me the options of what they can help to fix my laptop. My issue with my laptop was the fan error as the fan was overheating and no longer working. I dropped off the laptop to Jane on 2/27 and tonight 2/28 she called me letting me know that they were able to repair the fan within the 24 hour turn around. Recently I had a USB stick that was accidentally formatted, with tons of previous family photos getting wiped off it.
