If you are a small business (like me) and cannot afford to be without your computer and your data & files, you will want to touch base with these folks. For a small monthly fee, they take total responsibility for your computer being up and running. They helped me recover from a crash, set up a new computer, back it up and sign up for ongoing back up, local and online. A week ago my main office computer started randomly restarting. It would work for a few minutes, then shut off on its own. Over time it would stay on for less and less time. It was frustrating because all of our product photos for the our showroom were on this computer. I called the guys at Onsite PC Solution based on a referral and Arash showed up that same afternoon. After some checking it turned out one of the brackets holding a fan in place inside the case had warped and broken off causing the machine to overheat. I ran into an issue when I got attacked with ransomware and was referred to Arash and his team by a family member who had been at a conference where Arash was a speaker. I couldn't of been luckier to find these guys!
