I'm the office manager at a small dental practice. I seriously don't know what we would do without Ophtek. To explain this in my simple, not tech-y way: they coordinate set up and troubleshooting with our vendors to ensure our patient database, claims clearinghouse, and x-ray software are all working together and working properly (we would not be able to see patients if this wasn't working!). They make sure all our data is backed up each night and can be restored if something bad happens. They make sure we can print to our printers and log in on our computers and access our network - when something is not working, they will fix it so I don't have to spend hours trying to figure it out. They can investigate suspicious looking emails to verify it's legit so I don't click on it and expose all our computers to malware. They set us up with secure email so we can send confidential patient information without violating HIPAA. This is just what I see on a day to day basis. In all seriousness, I know they're also doing SO MUCH MORE behind the scenes to ensure the safety and security of our data and our equipment. They are constantly monitoring our data and equipment to make sure everything is working properly (we receive weekly and monthly reports, and get a check in call with Arash each year to review everything and get recommendations). Arash and his team are very knowledgeable. They are also all very nice, very patient, very persistent when trying to figure out how to solve a problem that isn't so straightforward. They respond quickly when we have urgent issues, and respond relatively quickly even when the issues are not as urgent. I highly recommend Ophtek - you will not be disappointed! read more

I recently reached out to Arash Shokouh with Ophtek, for an audit/review of our managed IT services at my business. Although we didn't have any major pain points, I thought it was a good idea to revisit our company's IT set up after six years with the same IT company. Arash went line-by-line through a current invoice, explaining what my company was paying for and identifying any overpayments or recommended services. This exercise helped me identify discrepancies in our current needs and expenses. Arash was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his explanations, and he provided me with clear opportunities to ask questions. I left the consultation feeling more informed and equipped to make better decisions for our IT services, whether that means switching to Ophtek or optimizing our current provider. Overall, I highly recommend Arash and Ophtek for their reliability, expertise, and outstanding customer service. Regenerate response read more

It's not very often that I write reviews. However, I am so impressed with this company, Arash and his team are wonderful support. They are prompt to respond to any issues that may arise. They are professional, efficient, knowledgeable and patient to help those of us that are older and need extra help with technology. They are absolutely the best IT support company I have ever dealt with in over 25 years. I highly recommend this company. We have been working with them for 5 months now and nothing but good to say about this company. read more

My 3 issues grew to be complex the past couple weeks. With one phone call, they were able to explain the situation in detail. Complexity evolved to routine fixes, providing an education during the process. read more

When starting my dental practice I interviewed several other IT companies that were recommended by colleagues and I just felt underwhelmed. They made me feel like they were too busy and/or too disinterested in my small beans start up business. I then got a referral for Ophtek and the owner, Arash, came out to meet with us and talk us through the process. I was so impressed! Arash is knowledgeable, super-duper smart, a great communicator and always gets back to us quickly. He is great to work with and I feel SO lucky that we found him! Not only that, but his prices were also very competitive! I would NEVER look anywhere else for IT solutions. Arash and his team (including Josh) are extremely professional, sharp, hard-working, responsive and trust-worthy. I am recommending Ophtek to all my dentist friends for their existing and start-up offices. Thank you Ophtek! read more

As a small business owner without an IT Department it's sometimes difficult to find qualified help on the odd occasion when one needs tech support. I had a difficult situation arise the other day (thought I lost my data from my RAID array after a reset) and called Arash of Ophtek for some advice. His calm and thorough approach was perfect and the advice greatly appreciated. He graciously advised me how to proceed and I was able to quickly resolve the problem the next day. If you're looking for great IT support give these guys a call; they are well worth it. Oh, and he periodically runs informational webinars for small business IT issues. They're excellent to keep you on top of current issues like backups, security, etc. read more

You can rely on these folks for your business network / I.T. needs. If you are a small business (like me) and cannot afford to be without your computer and your data & files, you will want to touch base with these folks. For a small monthly fee, they take total responsibility for your computer being up and running. They helped me recover from a crash, set up a new computer, back it up and sign up for ongoing back up, local and online. I'm in San Jose, and since I signed up as an ongoing client, they come TO MY HOUSE when I have a computer problem. Woo hoo! Very service oriented and knowledgeable! Highly recommend. read more

A week ago my main office computer started randomly restarting. It would work for a few minutes, then shut off on its own. Over time it would stay on for less and less time. It was frustrating because all of our product photos for the our showroom were on this computer. I called the guys at Onsite PC Solution based on a referral and Arash showed up that same afternoon. After some checking it turned out one of the brackets holding a fan in place inside the case had warped and broken off causing the machine to overheat. Arash switched out the bracket and the system hasn't had an unwanted restart since. They were quick, courteous and are definitely our new IT support team! read more

The Onsite PC Solution team has been managing and supporting our office computers for 6 months now. We haven't had a single technical crisis during that time. I wrote a review on Google so I thought I should write one on Yelp as well. These guys at Ophtek are great! I have used Ophtek now for many years. This is one of the best referrals I ever received. The Ophtek team knows their stuff and they respond quickly. They keep my computers and network up to date and safe. What I additionally like is that they try to help me understand what is going on and how to help myself by presenting the information at my level. They "fix" things without fuss, give good suggestions and they are very patient" I am never stressed about my computers or network now. read more

I ran into an issue when I got attacked with ransomware and was referred to Arash and his team by a family member who had been at a conference where Arash was a speaker. I couldn't of been luckier to find these guys! Not only did Arash, himself, reply within an hour of my frantic email, they were able to get my office set up and in time were able to recover all of my files that had been held for ransom! Their customer service team is AMAZING. Special kudos shout out to Josh who has been my rock of support the entire time I have been with them (about a year now!) and I can only say the experience has been amazing. I know they've got my back and have me covered against future problems. Arash, Josh....thank you for going out of your way to address all of my frantic needs! You guys are just simply AMAZING! read more

Very professional. Arash has great attention to detail and really knows his stuff!

Onsite PC Solutions has been supremely helpful in setting up a fully functional computer lab at our community center. Arash was very kind and helpful from beginning to end in planning, deployment and support. Onsite PC Solutions donated six outdated machines and their time in setting them up with open-source operating systems and all their periphery needs- including a networked printer. Our non-profit is very grateful for this deployment of computers. We work with low income and unemployed individuals to help they work their way back to self-sufficiency. The access to these computers will help those less fortunate in our communities. Onsite PC Solutions is amazingly helpful and Arash is very helpful and knowledgeable IT specialist. read more

On site PC Solution set me up on a maintenance plan and I haven't had any issues since! Highly recommended.

After weeks of having issues with a new wireless network in our dental office, Arash from OnSite PC Solution dropped in and troubleshooted our problem within a matter of minutes.  He understood how important it was for us to have a solution to our problem in a reasonable amount of time, something our wireless company was not providing.  We continued to have other issues with our wireless provider and Arash was persistent in helping us find a permanent fix to the issue we were experiencing.  He was always available when we needed help and was quick to answer our emails.  We will definitely be keeping OnSite PC Solution on our speed dial in case of any future issues. read more

My insurance agency was always struggling to keep efficient and productive. We were lost in the trends of technology. My staff and I always contemplating to change or stay the same and use our current tools. Onsite PC Solution helped us revamp our internal tools. We moved aways from unreliable Yahoo Small Business to business Gmail and GApp. Arash and his staff patiently held our hand in the process and made our date migration and transition super smooth. They IT service has been second to none. Anything from configuring your network to safer and more reliable format to check and troubleshoot our PCs. In few events they remotely fixed our system in the San Diego office. Also, they are really good at hardware upgrades (inexpensive and fast).
