They make sure all our data is backed up each night and can be restored if something bad happens. They make sure we can print to our printers and log in on our computers and access our network - when something is not working, they will fix it so I don't have to spend hours trying to figure it out. They can investigate suspicious looking emails to verify it's legit so I don't click on it and expose all our computers to malware. They set us up with secure email so we can send confidential patient information without violating HIPAA. This is just what I see on a day to day basis. In all seriousness, I know they're also doing SO MUCH MORE behind the scenes to ensure the safety and security of our data and our equipment. They are constantly monitoring our data and equipment to make sure everything is working properly (we receive weekly and monthly reports, and get a check in call with Arash each year to review everything and get recommendations). Arash and his team are very knowledgeable. They are also all very nice, very patient, very persistent when trying to figure out how to solve a problem that isn't so straightforward. They respond quickly when we have urgent issues, and respond relatively quickly even when the issues are not as urgent. I highly recommend Ophtek - you will not be disappointed!

Legitimately go take your computer to Silicon Valley to have it looked at or a custom one made. Found someone who actually talks to you face to face, is passionate about computer builds, and likes their job. Also respectful to customers.
