I have reached out to him several times to work with me on fixing my screen and correctly replacing it. He has told me I would have to order a new screen on my own, and that he cannot do it. Overall, I felt scammed out of my money and extremely disappointed. I sent it in and they repaired it in 2-3 days with everything there, it was as if the laptop was never damaged. All the data was kept and everything works perfectly.
