They also specialize in selling phones, screen repair for smartphones and tablets, console repair, laptop and data recovery. Norbert was super professional, friendly, and immensely helpful. I appreciated his recommendations and suggestions for my situation and was impressed with his ability to diagnose my issue over the phone. He was extremely upfront about their pricing and their reasons for being in business. It's clear they have a community initiative, for which I give them major kudos. The biggest surprise was the owner, Gabe who was not only extremely responsive but also went the extra mile in offering a discount for rapid shipping due to my timeliness. He was also offering tips and maintenance advice, which was completely unsolicited and generous. This is an example of going above and beyond and it certainly has not gone unnoticed.
