My iPhone 14 was broken and I took it to JB Fix. The owner wasn't there, just a regular guy who doesn't actually work on repairs. He told me I'd have to leave it for them to look at and they would call me. I left it, and I had to call them twice just to ask for a timeframe. When I called, they told me they still hadn't looked at it. They said once it was looked at they would call me back -- they didn't. I had to call again and this time made sure to mention I've called twice now and haven't heard back for a phone I left a week ago. Only then was I taken seriously after I went out of my way. I don't recall the name of who I spoke to but in order to proceed they provided the quote of $200 and if I agreed they would move forward so I agreed and I explained I wanted the cracks fixed (it was cracked front and back) and he said "got it." Upon picking it up, it was already in the phone case. I was so excited when I saw the front screen lit up and on that I didn't think to take off the case. The guy who handed it to me noticed it because he did make a funny face but he didn't bring it to my attention andI didn't think anything of it because he asked what I was here for when he was literally the guy I left my phone with , I wouldn't consider customer service one of there strong suits. Once I got home I tried powering it on and then I noticed it's a little fuzzy the appearance of the screen isn't what it used to be and when I finally took off the case I realized the back portion wasn't even acknowledged. I'm not the confrontational type, but this was a joke of a job , customer service 3/10 , the actual service itself was. 0/10 . Their technician went above and beyond on the repair but he is not part of JB. I got my computer back and it was cracked and they said it was cracked before. when I picked up my computer they didn't even say thanks or anything and they were going to give it back to me without my power chord until I asked for it. read more

I paid for a screen to be repaired and a month after it had an issue which caused the phone to basically be unusable. After bringing back the owner said they wouldn't cover a replacement. Stating that the manufacturer of the screen would not cover him so if I wanted to fix I needed to pay again. Juan is a great person to work with, he is very efficient in texting and responding back to you. I came in today for a screen replacement for my One Plus 8 Pro. He was able to replace the screen in under 40 minutes. However the screen that he bought from his supplier was defective. He went above and beyond try to resolve this issue before I return to the shop.......he went ahead to order a better parts this time from a more reliable supplier, and he ordered 2 with 2 different shipping (UPS and FedEx) to make sure that the screen will arrive in the next 24 hours so that I can use my phone ASAP. I contacted Juan to get an estimate to fix my speaker and replace my battery. He responded via email with a price. When I attempted to make an appointment to bring it in that is where the communication broke down. I called and he said he would call back in 10 mins, no call back received. My husband called the next day and was able to speak to him and tentative appointment schedule for the following morning at 10am, if the battery was shipped by then. Great service at an affordable price! Last week my iPhone 11 fell off my car (yes, left it on the roof and I drove off!). The screen was shattered but it recognized incoming calls and charged up just fine so I called JB Fix the next day. Dropped it off at 3:30 pm and picked it up at 5:30 pm just before they closed. Didn't notice until later that night that neither camera was working and when I got an incoming call, I had to use the speaker because the I couldn't hear anything when I held it up to my ear. I was hoping that maybe it was a connector issue so I took it back to see if they could check. John stopped what he was doing and did some quick diagnosing. Turns out both front and rear cameras AND the audio needed to be replaced...but he did didn't charge me since I'd just had the screen replaced and they didn't discover it during that repair call. They have always taken care of me and never disappoints how good of a job he does and how quick it's done as well as how fairly priced he is.
