Amazing job!! These guys charged me a real price. I seriously got quoted 540.00 at a place in San Jose. I emailed around and got 150.00 from a different place in gilroy and low and behold JB Fix comes through with a 80.00 quote!!! Noah was the gentlemen today that worked with me. Do yourself a favor and look for another spot to fix your electronics. Had two IPads "fixed" here. Brought both home after the fix. I touched the screen on my mini iPad and the screen broke again after being fixed. I was told they would take care of it by one person only to be told I would get charged from another guy who I have never seen in there before (I went multiple times to get my issues resolved) My iPad Air had an issue with the touch functionality, brought it back waited 3 weeks to get fixed. Took it home and now it doesn't work properly. I asked for a call back from the person I thought owned the place and never got that call. read more

Juan at JB fix has fixed multiple iphones for us. From a cracked screen to low noise issues he's covered it. He is super quick and very affordable. In fact I found out about him from our local Verizon store! I was purchasing a new iphone and they said (after my purchase of course) you should take the old one to JB Fix to see if he'll buy it for parts or just fix the cracked glass. A little after the fact but OK. Anyways glad I found Juan, we won't go anywhere else and with all the phones we have, company and personal we see him often. Ok, I am going to start off by saying that I gave this company multiple times before writing this review. JB Fix is really close to my house and I thought I'd try it out since Robot Shark couldn't help me. That was not the case. I broke my screen to my smartphone about a month ago. Since then, I have been calling JB Fix to see if they can help fix it. The man that answered told me he was going to call me back later that day. He didn't so I called again the next day. He said that he had to order the part and would get back to me in a couple of days. So I waited a week.. didn't call me back. So therefore I called him again. He said the part was somewhere but couldn't get shipped because if the government shutdown... Okay?? He said it should get sent by Wednesday. That he would call me. Again, day came and no call. I called again, he said the part would for sure get there by Thursday and he will call me no later than 12pm. Never happened. I called twice since that call and it has definitely passed Thursday... I would get if he couldn't fix the screen but why wasn't he honest about it. Instead of getting my hopes up and waiting when I could have looked for another place to fix my screen. read more

I'v been here before & I remember having the same issue back then. I decided to give them another try & I was still let down. Spoke to Micheal after calling 6 times from no answer, I asked for a quote on an iPhone screen repair. He mentioned come on down & we'll take care of you. Very helpful & friendly, but when I show up at opening times like Micheal said, no one was there. I'v been waiting 30min outside their shop & Nothing. Irritating & bad customer service to tell customers we're open from this time to that time & they're not. Great phone repairs but not truthful on opening times or ready time/pick up times. Other customers have came & left due to open hours not being followed. Don't waist your time waiting, unless you have nothing but time. =] read more

I seemingly cracked my iPhone screen and asked a couple friends if they knew a repair shop in Gilroy. I had 2 different people refer me to JB Fix so I stopped by. I was convinced the actual screen was damaged but I was told by JB Fix that it was simply me screen shield. He replaced the screen shield in a matter of minutes and I was out the door for $15! LIFE SAVER! I replaced my phone screen at home and ran into some issues. My phone would not turn back on. I started panicking that I'd lost EVERYTHING on my phone. Keep in mind that I have a 2 year old and pets so there's thousands and thousands of pictures of all of them so I panicked and thought I'd never retrieve them. I called JB Fix and he literally talked me off the cliff and helped me fix my phone and get my precious baby/ animal pictures. I'm so freakin' grateful! He joked that I owed him $49.99 but I'd actually have no problem paying that for his superb service. I really don't do these things very often but these gentlemen are worth it. I've used them now twice a couple years apart and they have consistently been honest and truly caring to someone who knows absolutely nothing about electronics but he's trying to live in a world full of it. Within 10 minutes I had unlocked my iPad and cleaned up my old laptop to where I could live out in the middle of nowhere with no Wi-Fi and still be connected on a small budget I spent hours on end on the phone with Apple trying to do it with no luck. I wish I could've gotten that time back and just gone into JB fix.
