Here is another company that lied and mislead for $308. Before surgery, the doctor will tell you the risks. You would think this company would tell you the risks of having your phone repaired by them before taking your money. And lying to you. I miss leading you. This is how it went: I took my phone in to be fixed, the front screen was broken and the back screen broken. I was told it would be $308 for authentic pieces. I was really excited to just have phone working again because I didn't think it could be repaired. The employee that gave me the estimate said "yes we can fix it." When I picked up my phone, the person fixing my phone at that time (different guy) told me "we fixed phones that has falling off of a roller coaster." I was just really excited to have my phone back and I had planned on using this store in the future. When I tried to use my phone, I couldn't, face ID wasn't working (didn't remember my passwords), I couldn't get into Apple account, I couldn't make any app purchases. No bank account access, nothing. I've been dealing with this for 11 days because I was told I had a one-year warranty and I had planned on going back before I traveled for Christmas. I called the store and told them they put an inauthentic piece on my phone and I paid for an authentic piece. I was told, I had to go to Apple and pay more money. Why they didn't tell me that in the beginning, maybe it was for $308? He didn't ask to look at the or if there's anyway he can resolve it. Nothing, I was simply told go pay more money somewhere else. Do not use this store. They will lie to you. Not tell you the risk. Had they told me, I would have just gone to Apple and bought a new phone. All for $308. Do hard working people out there a favor and warn all potential customers about the risks of doing business with your company. Warn us that you many not fix the phone completely as promised, warn us that you are not putting authentic pieces on our phones, warn us we my still have to go to the apple stores, warn us the 1 year warranty means nothing because your employees won't help if the phone is still not working. I called or emailed 3 local businesses that repair iPhones. This is the only one that answered. The other 2 never got back to me. The store is small, super clean and looks really nice. The employee, whose name I didn't get, was really friendly. I had a cracked display and needed a new battery, which he said would take about half an hour. I left my phone there while I went grocery shopping. When I returned it was done. The price quoted was the price charged for the work. I thought the screen had a green tint to the display, but I think it was just different lighting because I didn't notice it after I got home. My battery is giving me a lot more battery life so I'll keep my phone a while longer. I would return to this business if I needed more work. I'd also refer anyone here. read more

Came here a few months back to get a minor repair on my iPhone 7+ camera glass which had evenly cracked straight through the middle of the lense area after a drop. The repair was quoted cheaper than the place downtown and so I went with this repair. At this point I wish I had paid the $40 extra because the repair ended up making the camera quality go from refraction on the crack to a halo effect from what looked like a finger print on the inside of the glass cover. After bringing up the issue of a halo effect, I was blown off with the excuse of "it must be the actual camera then" even though the camera didn't have any issue prior to the repair. The glass that was used to replace the previous cracked one ended up being lower quality and actually shattered in my pocket. Which I can't tell is good or bad because while the protective lense is no longer there, the camera quality has gone up!! Pictures look as though nothing ever happened, but the actual camera isn't protected. Overall if you're looking for cheaper service, go here but you get what you pay for. I'm currently looking for another replacement now that I had to remove the shattered glass from my camera. Tape it is until then. read more

Zero stars is not an option on Yelp this is what I repair 831 gets from me. Took my phone in for the convenience of not having to go through my insurance thinking it would be a quick fix for them to repair my cracked screen and I ended up leaving with even more damage phone with the screen half black and half normal damage to mother board. I should've been given some kind of warning that there could be possible damage to my phone if the screen is being repaired never once did anyone address this with me before leaving my phone or when I called to see if I could take my phone in, if that was the case I could've just dealt with my cracked phone for a while until I got a claim going through my insurance. It should be common courtesy for a business to provide a customer with the possibility of what could happen to your phone when you simply want to get a cracked screen repaired... like damage to the motherboard common sense to me atleast. When I went in to pick my damaged phone the owner instead of assisting with the damage they had made to my phone he was happy dandy playing xbox while I was trying to figure out what happened to my phone instead he had a what seemed like a new employee deal with the mess they ultimately caused to my phone and I still had to pay them to mess up the mother screen on my phone. Be aware when you think your simply going in to get your cracked screen you might be leaving with mother board damage with No warning given to customer bad customer service. Covid note: if there is sign upon entering building wear masks before entering why cant we as customers expect the same that iRepair staff would be wearing masks at least when customers are in shop. None of the staff were wearing masks. If you expect your customers to wear masks you should do the same for the health and safety of everyone these are covid times and Its a CDC guideline. read more
