I went in going on two weeks and asked that they fix my iPad. They didn't have the parts and said it would take at least three business days. It's now been ten days and no call . This to me is not good service. At least a phone call notifying me of a delay. I'll try calling them today after they open. More to report in future Went back turns out their supplier did not get their delivery but was informed should be in this week. I asked that they call me but will be checking again anyway . I had a very positive experience having a iPad battery replaced. The part was ordered, and three working days later it was in. Went in a few months ago to replace the screen on my iPhone 5, thought the price was a little high, asked if they could fix my home button as it had began to move recently as well... found the prices to be a little high... total charged was about $180 total I wish they would of told me that Apple would replace the device and give me warranty on a new device for $220... probably would of just done that... well anyways back to the store, service was quick they told me it would be ready in about a hour... upon inspecting it phone looked fine, the home button was however off center almost angled something I'm sure they noticed... wouldn't of said anything but my wife say it and was like hey fix this... after another 5 minutes they handed me the phone back.... everything was fine the screen was almost too responsive after a while, buttons would push when I was on a call, and after a while I grew very tiresome of the issue... eventually I just ended up selling the iPhone wish I hadn't spent the money I had here but other than that I guess its a business, I read higher quality parts aren't as responsive and work like the real deal iPhone parts so who knows anyways, I would recommend looking around big stores like this gotta cover overhead and their prices reflect that... read more

Great initial service. That's it. Spend the extra 3 hours and extra $40-$50 and go to the Apple store in Monterey for your screen replacement, and Amazon or Verizon for your screen protector. A couple of months ago, Hong (the owner), did an amazing job selling me on not going to the Apple Store to replace my screen. I was amazed at his knowledge and efficiency. I was in and out in less than 20 min. I trusted the guy. I then purchased a $25-$30 protector the same day to go with my newly replaced screen. Knowing that I could have purchased a protector at Verizon with guarantees against scratches, rips, or any type of damage I decided to buy it here because he promised the same guarantees. Once again he was amazing. I go in on 4/29/16 (Hong will remember me and may even reply to this comment with another one of his smart ass remarks that he gave me over the phone), wanting to replace the protector per the replacement guarantee I was initially sold on but Hong just made my girlfriend and I feel unwelcome. I then call the same day wanting to make sure we were on the same page of what I talked about and I could not even get a sentence through to him. He was a typical know it all and would not let me talk. I asked him many times to let me finish a sentence and he would just reply with "there is nothing for you to say I already know what you want. You just want a free screen protector". We sounded like dogs barking at each other as the conversation went nowhere. I say we because I raised my voice as I was pretty pissed and I could not get my sentences through to him. We finally got to saying something and we agreed that I would stop by to pick up paper work. He offered me a free screen protector because, again, that's "what I wanted". Supposedly. And Hong when you read this, you really did sell me a screen where the whites look yellow. I will post a pic soon so you could see what I mean. That's another thing I did want to say but you never really heard me although you kept repeating that you did. If you're wondering why I didn't come back sooner, although I don't owe anyone an explanation, I did live 3 hours away and recently moved back. BTW, Hong, There is no reason for me to want to get anything for free free from you. Trust me. Hint: I paid more for a protector that's sells for $3-$5 on Amazon. I respect quality and service. Be careful, employees have been known to look through personal data of their clients. And sometimes they "break" your device and don't "phix" it. In the past, their liability waiver actually used to sign complete ownership of your device over to the owner of the company without clients' knowledge unless you read the fine print. I'm not too sure if this still holds true or not, just be cautious. read more

Bad enough but then he made something up when I addressed the discrepency - he tried to tell me apple would give me a replacement phone rather than fix the screen. Edit: he called me back, verified Apple does the repair cheaper and told me uBreak iPhix uses new apple screens. Don't go there! Learn how to fix your own phones! It is not the most complicated thing to do! I've shown elementary school children how to fix their phones. Also, fyi to anyone apple does not sell their screen parts why would they do that when they could just charge you 200$ 300$ at a time. Mistakes happen I would rather have a mistake happen with my hand and know where it was my mistake than have someone tell me glass got into the screen or that a impact made it die out completely. Apple does put multiple screws to safegard their own mother boards so they will not move on any impact! Stop feeding people lies and making them take their phone to Apple to get out of the responsibility of paying for the product. About a month ago I called and they didn't have the IPhone 7 screen yet. I asked how much it was and he said $115. So I decided since they were cheaper then Apple, I would wait it out. I had been in contact with the owner for weeks. Finally today I went in and after he fixed my phone, he charged me $179 plus tax. When I had brought up what he told me on the phone, he said I was wrong and that was for the IPhone 6. We had a long conversation on the phone about the IPhone 7 screens and how he has been waiting for them. He knew exactly what I was talking about. Terrible service... The owner claims to be "The best" but when my iPhone 4 started having problems from the screen repair he tried to say it was not related to his work. I then went down to Monterey and had it repaired there for less than what I was charged here. The other shop also mentioned there were screws missing and no adhesive under the glass... It seems like they are just in it for the money and do not care about customers.. Go elsewhere! They are less expensive and more experienced and friendly.. I do not recommend this company. read more

I wish I had checked the yelp reviews before walking in today. I went in to have the power button on my iPhone 4 replaced. I was told it would take 30 minutes and cost me $50. After 40 minutes of waiting around I decided to go into the store to check on the progress. Upon seeing me walk in the woman yelled across the room at me that the phone was not ready. Her tone was not apologetic, but actually rude and annoyed by my presence. It was a very good thing I then sat and waiting until my phone was ready because I witnessed the guy who was working on my phone actually break something. Instead of talking to me about my phone, it was then passed around to different employees in the back and whispered about. As if I couldn't hear that they were talking about how something was broken and they had to try to fix it. They also failed to think that I could see them in the feed of their own security cameras. After an hour and a half, I was given my phone and told it was all fixed. The guy was not going to tell me about what he had broken or why it had taken so long. I had to ask him in order to get any information and he very hesitantly gave me very little. I was told that I had 30 days to come back if something was not working. Do not waste your time or money at this place. In my opinion, their service is terrible and all they care about it making a profit. read more
