I must say, the knowledge and honesty I experienced were top shelf! After I explained my concerns with my flat screen, rather than try to set me up with a "well we'll look at it and see that's going on" usually for a fee of course, I was advised my best most logical and affordable action would be to go shop for a new one. I am very concerned that my elderly mother was treated unfairly and that an attempt was made to take advantage of her. During this situation, Mike made statements directly to us that were different from what he later reported to the company. When I contacted the company to address the matter and provide clarification, I was extremely disappointed by the way my concerns were handled. I specifically informed the representative that I have camera footage that supports what I am saying and provides evidence of the comments that were made. Despite this, the representative refused to acknowledge or seriously consider the evidence. Instead of listening to my concerns and reviewing the facts, she was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to properly address the situation. I called specifically to make a complaint and speak with a manager because I believe my mother deserves to be treated with honesty, respect, and fairness. It is unacceptable for an elderly customer to be treated this way, particularly when there is evidence available that could help establish what actually occurred. I am requesting that management take this complaint seriously, review the circumstances, and investigate the conflicting statements and the conduct of the employees involved. I am also prepared to provide the camera footage as evidence. I expect a response explaining how this matter will be addressed. Charges for service depends on who you talk to. Time frame for repair is way longer than quoted, warranty for repair is only 30 days, be sure to ask for repaired parts if possible as the "repair guy" may say he replaced the part knowing well he has not done so. Once the issue gets worse they will try to blame it on something completely different. Luckily found another place that actually fixed my tablet. Wish I could give negative stars.

He's knowledgeable, patient, and extremely consultative. He explained everything to my parents and sister without drowning them in technical jargon and made sure they actually understood how everything worked. The best example: we live about 16 miles from the closest Best Buy. During the installation, Abisal realized we needed a better Wi-Fi router to get everything working properly and avoid latency on one of the cameras. A lot of people would have shrugged, gotten the cameras mostly working, and called it a day. Not Abisal. This bloke drove 16 miles to Best Buy, got the router, came back, and finished the job properly. He absolutely clutched up. And with Gavin Newsom apparently committed to keeping the home-security industry in business, I'm glad we have the cameras. Jokes aside, Abisal is the epitome of customer centricity.
