My store experience was VERY positive, unfortunately when they handed me off to Apple assistance for the next steps Apple was unable to help it took 45 minutes of chatting and 45 minutes on the phone to realize that they were unable to help me what they said was not consistent with what the website said and unfortunately didn't work. Basically I spend 5 hours including traveling, time in the store and dealing with customer service. Then they said sorry you were given incorrect info and it's not gonna work. What it says online is not correct. I'd love it if they just reached out and helped out it seems like the store and the customer service aren't talking.
