    Big shout out to Francesca at the Apple Store in Monterey! I came in needing help with my iPhone 17 Pro screen protector and didn't even realize I had to register it through the warranty process. She went above and beyond and took care of everything for me right there in the store. Super helpful, professional, and made the whole experience easy. Appreciate you, Francesca!

    Our saga begins LAST YEAR March 2010. I took my macbook to these guys to replace my fried hard…read moredrive & re-install my OS after doing so. It took them 2 weeks to do so & in the process they broke my keyboard & my OS wasn't fully re-installed causing my system to run improperly, but running basic tasks.. I asked them to replace it. They supposedly ordered the keyboard & said it would take 1 to 2 weeks. More than a month later i called to see what the problem was & they said "sorry it's been back ordered & would be another week. After hearing nothing from them for 2 more weeks I went to the shop & demanded to know what was going on. The guy says " sorry we're willing to pay you for a new keyboard.. I say Fine.. Fast forward to a month ago when my system starts running horribly & i decide to give these guys a chance to redeem themselves. I take the computer in to have the OS re-installed. they backed my files up & said they didn't have the disc for my OS & would have to order it. Today (3 weeks later) I call to check on the status & the disc still is "not in" & there's nothing he can do to speed up the process. REALLY ? !! I'm taking my computer elsewhere for the proper repairs & will be taking these hacks to court for the cost of the repairs & all the trouble & stress they've caused me.. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID !

    I signed up for Verizon 5G Home Internet in San Francisco in 2022. I later attempted to use the…read moreservice here in Monterey in 2023 when I moved here. The service was ineffective in Monterey, so I contacted Verizon to close the account. I made multiple attempts to return the modem after cancellation. I was told I needed a return box but never received one despite repeated requests. I was also never informed I could have returned the equipment via UPS. After continued efforts to return the equipment (including attempting to return it in person at several different stores), I was eventually instructed by a Verizon representative at 1680 Del Monte Center Suite 12G, Monterey, CA 93940 that since the account was closed and there was no further need for the device, I could dispose of the modem as I saw fit. I disposed of it as e-waste. I relied on Verizon's instructions in good faith. I have tried to contest the charges with both Verizon and their collection agency. As recently as last week, I was sent a bill for approximately $220 from a collections agency. This charge is improper because Verizon failed to provide return materials and expressly instructed disposal. I visited the store one last time today to avoid formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the FCC to no avail.
