As a photographer, I sometimes photograph female models who might be skimpily dressed. My computer is very important to me, as it is a vital tool in my business. I have a Lenovo desktop computer that after a year, windows 7 would crash on me constantly. For a low monthly fee, I would call Lenovo customer support and had them remotely work on my computer. Finally they decided that they could do no more over the phone or Internet, and they told me to take it to the nearest repair shop to be further diagnosed. Since AB was close by, that is where I went. They took their time greeting me at the counter, and they DID NOT do a diagnostic check in front of me as they've evidently done for others writing reviews here. It was a Friday, and they were too busy, which I understood that they needed to keep my computer over the weekend. I was stressed out and perhaps seemed out of sorts to them, as I made mistake in writing down the password for them. Within minutes, I came back in flustered and told them that I had given them the wrong password. I then gave them the correct one and left. So Monday I call and ask what they found, and that person at AB Computer told me that they are unable to repair my computer and to come pick it up. It seemed odd to me, but he also wanted to know how soon I would be there. Sure enough, a sheriff meets me at the entrance. He tells me that he has my computer and wants to talk with me about it. Apparently someone who works at AB Computer saw some images that disturbed them. The sheriff was quite nice, and showed me some of the images found of females in bikinis or lingerie that looked "young" to an untrained eye, but they are all over 18. He wanted to take the computer to the station and search some more. I gave him permission to do so. A short time later, he calls me to pick up the computer. The models were all over 18. However, there wasn't even any nudity, nor was there any pornography (adult or otherwise) to be found. That quickly became a closed investigation the same day. The sheriff told me never to use AB Computer again, and I am complying with his strong advice in that regard. Then I went back to getting remote servicing with Lenovo tech support, and they determined that the harddrive in my computer was going out. I'm proud to say that I replaced the harddrive myself, putting a new one I bought for far less than if I had my computer repaired at that AB Computer. I am writing this review on that very same computer. I'll never go back there!

So I came to this location because they had the one I wanted. Once I saw the TV on display in the store I was blown away by the picture quality. The sales associates in the entertainemt department were great in helping me, they even honored the online price and I got $100 off, that's a win! I couldn't wait to get home to unbox my new 65" Sony 4K tv and connect to my Sony Dolby atmos sound bar. Overall best buy never disappoints. I am happy with my new TV - thank you from a loyal customer.

I wanted a Lenovo because my current laptop is a Lenovo and I've had it for 6 years and it still works perfectly. The only reason I need a new one is because mine has Windows 10 and Windows 11 can't be installed on it and Microsoft is ending the updates for Windows 10 this year. I told them I would by it if they transferred the files from my old computer to the new one on a flash drive. The salesman said they charge $180 for that. $180 for some $20 an hour employee to spend a few minutes to do it is ridiculous. I can watch a YouTube video on how to do it for free. Since Best Buy opened up in Salinas, I have bought two sets of washers and dryers, a refrigerator, and a stove. They delivered them and installed them for free. I have also bought 4 TVs. I can buy a Lenovo laptop from Amazon and have at least a dozen in my price range to choose from. Best Buy had only one. Best Buy, and many other brick and mortar stores don't seem to realize the one thing they have to offer that online stores can't. Service! Which is one of the reasons they are in serious financial trouble like many other brick and mortar stores. I'll willing pay a little more for service, but if you can't offer that, I'll just start buying online more than I already do.
