Xfinity kept telling me the "new" box was going to easily pump wifi through my whole house. It never worked and we had multiple dead spots in our house, where wifi never reached. We ended up trying several things, included a second network setup using Google Nest routers. That also didn't work great and we suffered for years. So finally got fed up, and I called BATH and told Ari what the issue was. He gave me a budget, which I bristled at, at first. Then he walked me through a likely fix, which involved a couple routers networked so that I had independent wifi running on both floors of the house but on the same network. The tech came by and was super nice, and walked me through what they were going to do. I was cautiously optimistic. When they were done? I almost cried at how well everything ran through my house. They even set me up so I had ethernet directly to my gaming PC, and direct into my TV and Xbox. I have not had a single issue since (beside Comcast caused outages), and have blazing fast wifi throughout the house (I pay for the gigaspeed Xfinity). I'm finally utilizing the speed as sold to me by Xfinity. Thanks so much BATH. I really appreciate it. I was super impressed with the emails, the invoices, techs being on time, and just the overall professionalism. It was worth the extra few bucks.

Zencom was recommended by my security camera company to come in and replace the fiber so I could get my cameras back up and running. Adam came out from Zencom and quickly assessed the situation, spoke the language of my security company and developed a plan to replace the fire damaged cabling. Within a very short time, he obtained the necessary supplies and had the replacement installed in less than a day. More impressively, he came back and spent hours making sure all the cameras were back up, correcting minor issues he came across with my initial installation and left me in a much better situation than I was in even before the fire. I honestly hope to not need Zencom again, but if you need them, I highly recommend Adam and the Zencom team.

Felt like they simply did not want to do their job. I came in to buy full price for a phone, i was told it was in stock but if i wanted to buy it flat out why wouldnt I go to best buy or apple store to save myself money because of XYZ. I was told they carried unlocked iphone 16 pros. That was a lie! I called the next closet tmobile and they were out of stock and so was the nearest apple store. So I made my way back, only for her to come out laughing saying they no longer had the iphone 16 pro in stock either. I was there not 15mins prior when she said they had several of the sand color available. She either did not check when she told me that, or just simply did not want to do her job. The whole time she chuckled while telling me I should just wait for the 17. Wasting over an hour of my time. Gave me misinformation time after time.

I confirmed twice, both at this store and calling the call center, that indeed cancelling a line would drop the total bill. The moment I cancelled my $35/month line, my monthly service package cost went up from $120 to $150/month. Basically, this is a scam. They lead you to believe that cancelling a line would save you money, and when I did so they completely increased the price of the package to $150/month. No wonder T-mobile has been getting a lot of heat recently for how they mislead customers.... good luck trying to grow revenue at all costs!

I WAS soo satisfied with their service which was a big reason I decided to want to work there. UNTIL NOW!!! I have always had device protection on my phones, tablet and some watches! I broke my phone back in Dec/Jan... I made my claim, paid my deductible and received my new device. I returned my damaged device AND received an email from Assurant thanking me for returning my damaged device. The next months bill (March) had a no return fee for the device that had been returned. I called to clear up this $700 or $800 billing error. T-Mobile said Assurant reported to them the device had been unreturned. Assurant told me they never reported that and gave me the date three damaged device was scanned into their warehouse. I have called about 75 times since March trying to resolve this issue to no avail!!! As well as notifying them and trying to resolve my issue with bad connection, dropped calls as well as nonreceived calls and messages! After about the 50th time calling I demanded this issue with the unreturned damaged device fee be escalated!!! For MONTHS... being ping-ponged from T-Mobile to Assurant and back and forth over again! I was assured when escalated it was going to be resolved in days! It still has NOT!!!!! I went into the store and a VERY NICE AND PATIENT Mobile Expert Gredys C. took about 2+ hrs looking into this and seeing that there's no reason this should have been an issue! Nonetheless am issue I'm still having to be dealing with!!! My account has now been closed and due for collections because I can't and should DEFINITELY NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR A DEVICE THAT WAS WITH EMAIL PROOF RETURNED!!!! And I SHOULDN'T BE LOSING MY PHONE NUMBERS THAT HAVE BEEN OWNED BY MY MOTHER AND MYSELF FOR OVER 20 YEARS!!! I went back to the store when the manager would be there in hopes to rectify this NIGHTMARE FIASCO!!! Gredys again spent 2-3 hrs being ping-ponged back and forth just like I had to no resolution except in the end being told I have to pay THE REFORMED PHONE, ALL REACTIVATION FEES AND PAY BILL FEES before they can reopen my account and credit me back!!!! I started to get upset stating this shouldn't been an issue at all to be an issue to still since March be dealing with!!! Then I was told to be quiet or they wouldn't help me! The manager Ashley was VERY VERY RUDE and at NO TIME during this interaction attempted to help resolve this NIGHTMARE SITUATION!!!! In the end, I was told to contact the Executive Response Team and that it would take up to 20 days for them to follow up to potentially find a resolve!!! I DO NOT HAVE THE $$$ TO PAY FOR A PHONE I HAVE EMAIL PROOF THAT WAS RETURNED!!!! HENCE MY ACCOUNT BEING CLOSED! On top of that... WHY SHOULD I BE PAYING RESTORATION FEES ($20/ line and i have 9 lines)!!!! And how is right that i have made about 75 calls and spent DAYS AND HOURS OF MY TIME TO STILL BE HAVING TO TRY TO RESOLVE A SITUATION THAT SHOULD NEVER HAVE OCCURRED UNINTENTIONALLY THE FIRST PLACE!?! 24 YEARS BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER!!! IT SICKENS ME, THE TREATMENT I RECEIVED, THE LACK OF HELP TO COME TO A RESOLVE, LOSING MY PHONE NUMBERS I'VE HAD SOOO LONG, THE COUNTLESS HOURS SPENT TRYING TO FIX THIS MISCOMMUNICATION (which I'm told is not because Assurant said they never told T-Mobile I didn't return device for Assurant to have to tell them to take it off my bill),THE DOCTORS CALLS I'VE MISSED that were EXTREMELY IMPORTANT due to my disability. As well as ALL THIS STRESS THAT HAS ADDED TO MY DISABILITY TO MAKE IT WORSE!!! AND STILL HAVING TO GO ANOTHER AVENUE TO WAIT 20 DAYS TO MAYBE... FINALLY GET A RESOLUTION!?! HOW IS THIS RIGHT?! HOW IS THIS SHOWING YOU CARE AND VALUE YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS?! ESPECIALLY A COSTUMER THAT'S STUCK BY THE COMPANY THRU THE BUGS OF GROWTH FOR THE LAST 24 YEARS?! I'm hurt, stressed, disappointed and deeply saddened!!! SOO MUCH IN FACT... THAT'S WHY I'm sharing!!! Still waiting and hoping for a resolution with a positive outcome!
