When my daughter picked her phone up, she noticed the quality of the screen was very poor. The front facing camera was visually grainy which affected FaceTime, videos, and camera quality. My daughter ended up going back to have it looked at and Raj and Adeel let her know that it was her screen protector. They removed the screen protector which doesn't make sense at all, but my daughter left thinking that everything was resolved. Wrong, the quality of the front camera was still an issue with no change or improvement. She also purchased the screen protector from the store and never received a refund. She came back a third time and they ended up replacing the screen. Usually, second time's the charm right? Not this time. The quality was exactly the same. My daughter tried messaging through Yelp to find a resolution, but her messages were completely ignored. I'm disappointed in the customer service this store provided although having a good rating. My daughter had to find a more reliable and dependable store to have her screen replaced. So far, it's as new as the day we bought it. Not to mention that the new store we went to was very friendly, fast, and provided a warranty. Having to pay for another store's failure is unpleasant.

Fiber at my location, speed is good. EVERYTHING else, off the charts bad. The AT&T…read moremodem/router/switch/WiFi device reaches into your local network, and modifies DHCP packets to modify who the DNS is. This is an AT&T "feature", its a non-starter is what it is. No way to disable it. Their device has no "bridge" mode. (EVERYONE has a bridge mode, except AT&T). So, actually going back to either SLOWER cable, with real options, and (can't believe I am saying this, BETTER support than AT&T), or perhaps off to Mobile Carrier pure mobile at the house for internet. Tragically awful. Only AT&T can take the absolute best hardware, and then make the product absolutely unusable. (Evil geniuses thinking up revenue off bad DNS lookups, with no regard for local DNS at EVERY SOHO, at every small business. This is the heart of Fiber business, and AT&T just wrecks it. In the end the value is not there. I have the "best" product the BGW320-505, and its the slowest pile of garbage I have EVER seen. I think my Netgear N600 from 1998 out performs this thing.

I confirmed twice, both at this store and calling the call center, that indeed cancelling a line would drop the total bill. The moment I cancelled my $35/month line, my monthly service package cost went up from $120 to $150/month. Basically, this is a scam. They lead you to believe that cancelling a line would save you money, and when I did so they completely increased the price of the package to $150/month. No wonder T-mobile has been getting a lot of heat recently for how they mislead customers.... good luck trying to grow revenue at all costs!

I have had repeated great service and attention from the folks here. And for that reason, I have returned here, when my contract with them ended. I think that the reason for the nasty reviews has to do with the fact that they are so busy all the time, especially on the weekends as the agents there do not get a break with folks always coming in by the masses. I'm not kidding. It takes literally an average of 15 minutes for one of them to be done with a client and for your turn. I have no problems with that. Haven't had it on the many occasions that I have been there in the past several years. Excellent service, especially if you speak in either Cantonese or Mandarin. Luckily, I do. While looking over things, she was soon joined by her manager, Samhhriddi. The text was a spam, so all was right with world. Be wary, there are tons of ATT spam texts. We ended up dropping Verizon and bundling with ATT as they gave us an offer we couldn't refuse, plus we've had an account with ATT for 24 years and it just made since and saved some $'s. Replaced our Verizon cells, and I like my new cell better with its larger screen. The ladies were supremely patient with the duchess who had a yard long list of questions. I will add we were there at 10 AM, so we the first in the door with no wait.

This year, I experimented with AT&T wireless business internet as a potential cost savings measure. The AT&T internet was advertised at $65 per month. This would have been a decent monthly savings if it worked as well as Comcast. I gave it a few months but the AT&T internet did not work as well as Comcast. Additionally, it was not $65 per month, it was $77. The extra $12 per month was equipment fees and taxes. So I cancelled AT&T, and immediately sent the router equipment back. However I was charged $237 for the equipment, despite the fact that we returned it in perfect condition. I was also charged an additional month, for a total of $314. When I called AT&T, I was told that I had a 30 day grace period from the time I started the account in order to return the equipment. Since I evaluated it a few months, apparently I missed my opportunity to send it back for a refund. This was NOT explained when I started the account. Beware of these scam artist. If you sign up for AT&T business internet, you are not renting the equipment, you are buying it.
