He helped me choose a clear ZAGG case for my phone (about $54.99), and explained the lifetime warranty and how to activate it so I'm covered. Honestly, I haven't had the best experiences at some other T-Mobile stores lately, so this level of service was really refreshing. KT was knowledgeable, professional, and made the whole process easy. Because of this visit, I'll definitely be coming back to the Milpitas location in the future. Great customer service like that makes a big difference.

I talked to store manager, she denied and she claimed she never said such a thing! Why would I want to pay $65 for $20 worthy accessories on Amazon if there is no rebate? I should have her to write down all terms, not just trust her words! Not only that, the store manager claimed she credited me by waiving the activation fee, but I talked to AT&T, AT&T waived my activation fee because of the corporate contract between my company and AT&T. It has nothing to do with this store. Impact Communications didn't pay a penny for that but she claimed she paied for that. What a lie again !!! At last Dec, Tmobile and Frys all offer $149 deal on Galaxy SIII and iPhone5 unlike Impact communicaiton deal $199 with $50 rebate if you buy 3 supper expensive accessories. Personally, I found all of this as an unusual phone ownership experience. Tiara verified to make sure it wasn't my T-Mobile phone monthly plan causing the problems, and she was correct. She went above and beyond to guarantee that my dilemma had nothing to do with my mobile provider. It turns out that my Samsung phone was defective. Tiara had to go out of her way to insert my physical SIM card into another of the store's phone models on display during my in-person visit with her. She was a really patient staff member with me. She then had to explain to me about what could be my possible next steps. I was eventually persuaded to activate an IPhone 17e phone model through their store location because I previously purchased my Samsung mobile phone from a different T-Mobile store location in the local San Jose city area (which I am now realizing I have very strange suspicions about other T-Mobile locations when compared to this dependable Milpitas Great Mall location). I had to return another day to get my recently purchased IPhone and have the eSIM for it to be activated in-person at their store. Aaron handled everything for me and made the activation process go smoothly. Of course, my authorized user/owner for the family plan under which I am enrolled had to be present in person. During my second visit in the store with Aaron, my owner asked Aaron questions unrelated to my IPhone activation process, and Aaron was incredibly informed and prepared to answer them all.
