He told me that if I bought an APPLE product that he would do it (presumably due to high resale possibility but NOT on Samsung). So ALL SAMSUNG products will NOT waive any sort of fee if it is returned. I confronted him, told him that it's BS that he was 'unable' to waive my fee. He helped me choose a clear ZAGG case for my phone (about $54.99), and explained the lifetime warranty and how to activate it so I'm covered. Honestly, I haven't had the best experiences at some other T-Mobile stores lately, so this level of service was really refreshing. KT was knowledgeable, professional, and made the whole process easy. I looked up the closest Metro store and decided to drive there so that I could activate her phone. Abdul was able to help activate my mom's phone and I am truly grateful. He was friendly and attentive. This location doubles as a water store. You can activate, buy or pay for your phone bill and get water. Will definitely be back if ever my mom needs help in the future.
