I had a very frustrating experience at this Verizon store, and unfortunately it's not the first…read moretime. I ordered an iPhone online, and the order stayed "processing" for three days with no updates. I finally went to the store to ask what was going on, and they literally had the phone in their hands with the receipt already printed. However, they told me they couldn't give it to me because "the system had canceled the order." What made it worse is that they said they couldn't cancel it from their side and that I had to call customer service myself to fix the issue. This is extremely poor service and a complete waste of a customer's time. This isn't the first problem I've had at this location. A few months ago, they convinced me to switch my regular account to a business account, promising that I would pay less. They had me purchase Verizon Home Internet, but they never transferred my phone lines because they said I might lose my promotions and they weren't sure if it would work. At the end, nothing was resolved and I was left dealing with the consequences. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and disorganization at this store is unacceptable. I would not recommend this location if you expect reliable service or honest assistance.

This year, I experimented with AT&T wireless business internet as a potential cost savings measure. The AT&T internet was advertised at $65 per month. This would have been a decent monthly savings if it worked as well as Comcast. I gave it a few months but the AT&T internet did not work as well as Comcast. Additionally, it was not $65 per month, it was $77. The extra $12 per month was equipment fees and taxes. So I cancelled AT&T, and immediately sent the router equipment back. However I was charged $237 for the equipment, despite the fact that we returned it in perfect condition. I was also charged an additional month, for a total of $314. When I called AT&T, I was told that I had a 30 day grace period from the time I started the account in order to return the equipment. Since I evaluated it a few months, apparently I missed my opportunity to send it back for a refund. This was NOT explained when I started the account. Beware of these scam artist. If you sign up for AT&T business internet, you are not renting the equipment, you are buying it.

After switching to Verizon with my family, my phone would not receive text. I tried dealing with…read morethe tech team for over 8 hours thought multiple calls and there was no fix for me. After a week of trying to get it work, it was determined by the tech team that I would need to change my provider for it to work properly. I was told that because it wasn't our fault my phone didn't get texts that we could have the fees waived. I informed the service team that we need to change services and what has happened, we mailed back in the phones and paid off my wife's phone as she had been there for 2 years prior through work. After moving to T-Mobile and a month later we then get a bill for over $1200 saying that they don't have the phones and we need to pay for the service. After providing the tracking number they gave me, they saw the phones were delivered over 2 weeks ago and were in their wearhouse. After another week they call me back saying they found the phones, but I still have to pay for the service. Even though I was told over a month prior I wouldn't need to and refunded $16 for over payments, I now owe $100 for the service and have to pay back the $16. This is not how you should do business and definitely not a provider you should go with.

If it says something is Excellent or in A condition, it is truthful. One tip - it is easier to get in touch with them through the chat feature on the website than on the telephone. While I wish they'd answer the phone, they don't. That's why they get 4 starts instead of 5.

Even a very simple, direct question, such as 'why am I being charged different amounts for consecutive activation actions?', got surly, grumbling, unhelpful responses... I think it is time for me to consider a different phone provider.

Said it'll end up being just 120$ total with it included. At the end she whispers to my mom ill give you it for free dont tell anyone. Ends up pricing everything at 120$ anyways. I went over the receipt with her and she claimed the screen protector is free and that she hid the discount in the price of the phone. I did the math in my head and told her this is wrong. She said "no trust me its in there" i didnt want to argue with someone who thought they could coerce me and trick me into thinking she gave me a deal. I worked sales for 5 years and understand the game. Hope you can get more trust worthy employees here
