Bloomster's created several absolutely gorgeous, large floral arrangements for my daughter's baby shower at Sanborn Park, and they were truly breathtaking! The beautiful pastel colors of the different flowers were outstanding -- soft lavenders, blush pinks, delicate purples, and other beautiful pastel shades that blended together perfectly with our mermaid and ocean theme. The arrangements were lush, elegant, and incredibly beautiful, and you could see the thought and artistry that went into every detail. One of my favorite touches was the gorgeous seashells and sea glass along the bottom of each vase. The service here is so incredibly, once one of the owners saw me getting there after they were closed, he opened the back door, let me pick any arrangement and told me to call later and pay for it because the registers were closed. Who does that nowadays?! Awesome service. The quality of their flowers is always good, they have a nice wide selection. Their prices are reasonable, not the cheapest compared to grocery stores but you don't come here for that you come for quality! read more

My issue with Bloomster is that what you see isn't what you get. Although the company sent replacement floral arrangements, the point that what they delivered wasn't even close to pictured bouquet to begin with is upsetting. I dropped in for a simple bouquet for my wife. They said, the most basic arrangment was $40 which was fine and that I could have "whatever I wanted" so I chose roses. They then limited it to 3 roses only, which was fine but when the arrangment came there was ONLY 3 short stem roses and no other flowers. Beautiful bouquets! I'm by surprised by the vast and varied selection of blossoms all year-round. I recently ordered a bouquet from their website called "Rosy Radiance" and asked for pinks and purples to cheer my daughter up (Her favorite colors) It was short notice but they said they could make it, "We have it!" . Yet what was delivered was a dark red bouquet. It looked more like a romantic Valentine's Day bouquet. Beautiful, but not pinks and purples. Bloomster's caught my eye when I was searching for a florist, as they had photos of weddings they had done previously at our venue. I sent an inquiry and received a very prompt reply from Jamie, their Marketing Manager & Event Coordinator. We scheduled a call and I got such a good vibe from her! I was so impressed at the questions she asked to determine what kind of look we were going for, especially since, until being on that call, *I* didn't even know what look I was going for (plus my knowledge of the different flower names is woefully pathetic). After receiving a quote from her with all of the things we had discussed, we immediately decided to hire Bloomster's for our wedding. We never even bothered contacting any other florists, as we felt we'd already found the right one. Working with Jamie throughout the process was a pleasure. She was always prompt with responding to emails, very considerate of our budget and keeping our costs down, and was a delight in-person when we met for our mock up appointment a couple of months before the wedding. On our wedding day, all of our florals (i.e., centerpieces, bouquets, boutonnieres) were even more beautiful than we had envisioned.
