I found this place last minute on yelp. The owner was extremely accommodating and very welcoming. They have pre arranged floral arrangements but they could also make one for you. I chose a prearranged arrangement but customized it which the owner kindly offered to change a few things for me. Definitely recommend getting your flowers from a local florist! The only downside is that they don't accept Apple Pay. read more

Was hesitant about ordering flower delivery as I'd never done so before and really wanted high quality flowers for my mom... Even better than I could have imagined! I ordered flowers for my daughter's 25th birthday and chose an arrangement from their photos on line. The actual arrangement delivered to my daughter was so much more STUNNING than the photo! Absolutely pleased with Bloomers! came on a friday afternoon, very close to 5pm, right before the Vday weekend. they store had so many beautiful floral arrangements/bouquets - i was excited about buying here. I was looking for something simple for a HS senior as it's was her sports senior night. When the owner put it together, she literally just put the two sets of flowers together without arranging them, so one side is one color the other side is another color, wrapped it (but not the stems at the bottom so they were still a little wet) and charged me $35. Felt like I could have done better at a Whole Foods/super market. Perhaps it was too late on long week, heading into a very busy weekend / week ahead with V-day around the corner. I will say the flowers on display were gorgeous and well arranged. read more

I love that this shop has such a large amount (maybe 20-30?) of beautiful, ready-to-purchase floral arrangements in vases in-shop to choose from. In a good range of sizes and prices at that. A day before my mother's birthday I stopped by to purchase a bouquet and a BEAUTIFUL arrangement in a basket that was set to be shipped off to someone else caught my eye. I asked the woman if she could replicate that exact arrangement for me. She said sure, come back in an hour. An hour later I was as back and the flowers were absolutely perfect. I've ordered multiple times from this florist, and in the past I have been really impressed with the arrangements they've created. In each case what I ordered online was very similar to, even nicer than, what was delivered. This past week, however, I was vastly underwhelmed, actually disappointed with what was delivered to my good friend. For a $109 arrangement plus delivery, the "deluxe" sized arrangement shown on their website is nothing like what was actually delivered. Wow. have I never written a review? This is my go to flower place for anyone in San Jose, Sunnyvale, and Los Altos. Always beautiful. only complaint is that the person likes to use tape on the arrangements so at the end you have to take off all the tape. BUT the flowers are gorgeous and last long and they are able to accommodate same day delivery often. read more

My friend ordered me flowers and balloons for my birthday this past Tuesday, loved the flowers but the balloons seem like they were blown up weeks ago it's only been 3 days since I received these and the balloons are already dying Anyways we all know these can get pretty pricey, question is when your getting so much money from the customers then why not provide your best quality of work??? I tried calling two other florists whose store was closer but got such lousy customer service that I kept calling looking for better service. I called a few florists to see if they could possibly find yellow freesias this time of year, for a special Christmas Eve dinner bouquet. Jean really stood out as helpful and she contacted a bunch of her suppliers. Even though it just wasn't possible to get hold of the freesias, she made an amazing bouquet of the other flowers I'd requested: red roses, fragrant white Casablanca lilies, bright green mums and large white mums. I asked her to include some other things to make the bouquet Christmas themed and most importantly, keep in mind that even though I was picking up on Friday flowers should be fresh and at their best Sunday. When I arrived to get the bouquet the fragrance of the lilies filled the air! And the bouquet is beautiful. The quality of each flower was perfect so that not even one rose got droopy. The greens and Christmas trim Jean included were perfect, and I had to take pictures so that I can enjoy the bouquet long after it's gone. I will definitely contact Jean whenever I need an arrangement! read more

Ordered from them before and had no issues. Ordered recently and was told that the flowers were delivered. When I called and asked about it. I was told if they can call me back. No call back until the next day which I initiated the call. I was told by them that the driver had delivered it to the person at the address given. Was told that the driver took a picture of the sign with the recipients name on it. Was told that they took picture of the address. Granted I live in an apartment (not gated) and these flowers were delivered to a church. My fiance and I had to drive to the church to get our flowers back because no one was calling us back. When I finally did get to talk to them they said "someone came and took the flowers" which is true we did. But I did not appreciate being lied to by whoever was on the phone with me. read more

I ordered online "blue horizon" for my mother in law's birthday because blue is her favorite color and she loved it! Unfortunately I can't see it myself but based on the picture the flowers look so pretty and fresh. Super disappointed in this family-owned company. I chose them based on their family-owned status, yet I should have heeded the other reviews because my experience agrees with many of the less-favorable ones. I called in the order - hoping for a delivery that would be a little more special than the cookie-cutter teleflora bouquets I could have ordered directly through their website. I went with a colorful dozen roses, and was quoted $75. Since this price was more than the teleflora generic prices listed on the website, I assumed that delivery would be included with the higher fee. Nope. By the time I spent ten minutes placing the order and came to check-out on the phone, the total was more than $100-- and I assumed they would really make this one special. The order was technically what I asked for, but the presentation was completely lackluster - devoid of artistry. For $100, delivery of something that looks like a $12 Trader Joe's bouquet plopped directly in water, that's insane. I guess they're taking advantage of the location in San Jose, but I would never use this company again after this experience. Paid way too much for what was delivered. On the plus side, they get two stars because the woman taking the order was fine, and they got the order there within a couple hours of my call. read more

I want to take thus opportunity to say thank you to Bloomers Flowers. My neighbor's father passed away and the burial was held the very next day. I was informed at 8 pm in the evening and called Bloomers when they opened (day of the burial!) and they got this gorgeous arrangement done and delivered before the 10 am burial! Incredible!! Since there is no email address to send a complaint, I guess I will send it here. Sent a bouquet of flowers and paid for an additional upgrade. Client sent me a photo today of the flowers she received and to say the least I am disappointed. I understand that the arrangement will not be exact, but what was sent looks nothing like I ordered. It looks smaller, different flowers, and not arranged as full looking. Will not be ordering from here again, as the price was too much for the outcome. read more

Last minute, I needed 20 corsages in 24 hours. I called a dozen florists and Bloomers was not only able to do it (and at the BEST PRICED too), but they were the most kindest on the phone. The corsages were beautiful, compliments all night, and they were not only finished on time, but early! I have a regular florist, but I am switching over to bloomers for ALL OCCASIONS!!! read more

I called to order a local, same day delivery fairly late in the afternoon and Bloomers went out of their way to make a beautiful arrangement and get it delivered within a couple of hours! Called for a last min order to be delivered to Los Gatos, and while most florists wouldn't take the order this late in the day (it's 4pm), Bloomers said they would squeeze it in and send something special to my dear friend who is having a bad week. This is top tier gold; essentially the place one would think to gatekeep. My brother got my mom, a Mother's day bouquet and the quality was superb and different. Total gem. My brother might know the owners or something - can't recall. I believe he got her the -- Love You to the Moon Bouquet -- looking at the sample photo anyways. I've been purchasing their arrangements since 2022. Each friend who has received a birthday arrangement was in love/awe with their gift. --Timeless Bouquet-- (Perfect for someone is is classy, elegant, love neutrals, and beautiful things) In July 2022, Urban Flora texted me once the flowers were dropped off; I had the flowers dropped off outside as my friend was quarantining and was the point of main point of contact while keeping this a surprise. --Pink Sorbet Bouquet-- (Perfect for a lover of pink, someone with a vibrant personality, maybe someone into anime). In March 2025, Urban Flora will e-mail the purchaser that it has 'shipped' once it's about to be delivered and will e-mail the purchaser once delivered. It would also be my first choice for my man -- if only they delivered to his city which they do not -- might have to do a pick-up one of these days. I would not recommend Urban Flora for last minute custom for like a Condolence arrangement - I did reach out in 2023 but was not able to get a hold of them at the time. Otherwise whether you order the day prior (within a reasonable window frame - they can get the job done, orders prior to noon would be best for those situations -- and the more time you give in advance, the better the delivery experience and outcome. You definitely get what you pay for and 'the best bouquet' is the experience you are providing.

On the delivery day, they failed to bring everything they were supposed to. After what felt like over 30 calls, we finally reached them, and they delivered the remaining items late in the evening. Fortunately, this was the day before the wedding. When we spoke to the vendor days later to understand the disconnect and the unnecessary stress they caused, we provided feedback about the pickup day when their driver threatened to charge us because the tablecloths weren't ready. The venue intervened to avoid additional fees. Seriously? We tried to understand why the vendor would treat a customer this way. When we finally got on a call, instead of being sympathetic, they simply said, "That's not what the driver said, that's incorrect." Essentially, they called us and the venue liars. We didn't want to argue after just wrapping up our special day. I hoped the vendor would offer some sort of reimbursement, but we got nothing. All they offered was a discount for next time. Next time? Why would we ever book again after being accused of lying and enduring such stress? I would never recommend this place. They are absolutely unprofessional and need serious customer service training. I hope the owner sees this and has the compassion to do something about it.
