I chose a prearranged arrangement but customized it which the owner kindly offered to change a few things for me. Definitely recommend getting your flowers from a local florist! came on a friday afternoon, very close to 5pm, right before the Vday weekend. they store had so many beautiful floral arrangements/bouquets - i was excited about buying here. I was looking for something simple for a HS senior as it's was her sports senior night. When the owner put it together, she literally just put the two sets of flowers together without arranging them, so one side is one color the other side is another color, wrapped it (but not the stems at the bottom so they were still a little wet) and charged me $35. Felt like I could have done better at a Whole Foods/super market. Perhaps it was too late on long week, heading into a very busy weekend / week ahead with V-day around the corner. I love that this shop has such a large amount (maybe 20-30?) of beautiful, ready-to-purchase floral arrangements in vases in-shop to choose from. In a good range of sizes and prices at that. A day before my mother's birthday I stopped by to purchase a bouquet and a BEAUTIFUL arrangement in a basket that was set to be shipped off to someone else caught my eye. I asked the woman if she could replicate that exact arrangement for me. She said sure, come back in an hour. An hour later I was as back and the flowers were absolutely perfect. Always beautiful. only complaint is that the person likes to use tape on the arrangements so at the end you have to take off all the tape. I called a few florists to see if they could possibly find yellow freesias this time of year, for a special Christmas Eve dinner bouquet. Jean really stood out as helpful and she contacted a bunch of her suppliers. Even though it just wasn't possible to get hold of the freesias, she made an amazing bouquet of the other flowers I'd requested: red roses, fragrant white Casablanca lilies, bright green mums and large white mums. I asked her to include some other things to make the bouquet Christmas themed and most importantly, keep in mind that even though I was picking up on Friday flowers should be fresh and at their best Sunday. When I arrived to get the bouquet the fragrance of the lilies filled the air! And the bouquet is beautiful. The quality of each flower was perfect so that not even one rose got droopy. The greens and Christmas trim Jean included were perfect, and I had to take pictures so that I can enjoy the bouquet long after it's gone. No call back until the next day which I initiated the call. I was told by them that the driver had delivered it to the person at the address given. Was told that the driver took a picture of the sign with the recipients name on it. Was told that they took picture of the address. Granted I live in an apartment (not gated) and these flowers were delivered to a church. My fiance and I had to drive to the church to get our flowers back because no one was calling us back. When I finally did get to talk to them they said "someone came and took the flowers" which is true we did. But I did not appreciate being lied to by whoever was on the phone with me. read more

Super disappointed in this family-owned company. I chose them based on their family-owned status, yet I should have heeded the other reviews because my experience agrees with many of the less-favorable ones. I called in the order - hoping for a delivery that would be a little more special than the cookie-cutter teleflora bouquets I could have ordered directly through their website. I went with a colorful dozen roses, and was quoted $75. Since this price was more than the teleflora generic prices listed on the website, I assumed that delivery would be included with the higher fee. Nope. By the time I spent ten minutes placing the order and came to check-out on the phone, the total was more than $100-- and I assumed they would really make this one special. The order was technically what I asked for, but the presentation was completely lackluster - devoid of artistry. For $100, delivery of something that looks like a $12 Trader Joe's bouquet plopped directly in water, that's insane. I guess they're taking advantage of the location in San Jose, but I would never use this company again after this experience. Paid way too much for what was delivered. On the plus side, they get two stars because the woman taking the order was fine, and they got the order there within a couple hours of my call. read more
