I needed flowers for a friend's memorial service and went to Bee's Flowers when I found them in the Yelp app. They're 3/4 miles from our house. It's a small no frills flower shop with no display. I rang the bell and someone came. When I described what I needed, she showed pictures and I selected one. The flowers were ready for pick up in less than 24 hours the next day. Their flowers were beautiful! read more

I ordered very last-minute prom rangement, including a corsage and a boutonnière. Bee's Flowers did an amazing job. The bouquet is beautiful. What's more, I didn't realize they were closing at 2 PM and they stayed up and waited for me to pick up the flowers. The shop is beautiful and they did wonderful arrangements. The staff is extremely professional and courteous, and really provided the above and beyond service, beyond what I could expect. Going forward I'll be ordering all my flowers from them. read more

I had the Flowers of Love Basket delivered to my best friend's house for her birthday. They looked beautiful in the pictures online, but when my friend sent me a photo of what she actually received, it was honestly disappointing. It felt more like a copy-but-don't-make-it-obvious situation rather than a true replica. Maybe I've been spoiled by the beautiful flowers my partner usually gives me, but in my opinion, the final result didn't come close to what I saw online. read more

Beautiful bouquet arrangement that was just like the photo. Absolutely loved the shape of the arrangement. I appreciated that it was not just a typical bunch thrown in a vase, but rather all of the the flowers and plants were arranged in a creative and artistic way. They delivered "on time" on the day we requested but recipient told us delivery was super late at night. My advice to customers is maybe choose delivery a day early. Will order again in the future! read more

I was looking for floral arrangements for a funeral when I stumbled on Bee's online. I'm glad I did because their flowers were very affordable and great quality. I chose a standard standing spray and it comes with 2 banners. As for delivery, I ordered the day before the funeral with no issues. All the flowers looked so beautiful and the banner was a great touch. I believe this is also a Vietnamese owned business so they can write Vietnamese banners as well. read more

The 3 recent arrangements I've ordered in the last month and a half have been sadly disappointing. They have either been missing flowers shown in pictures without similar substitutions (2) and the other was a completely different arrangement. I reached out on the third arrangement I ordered yesterday and was offered a 20% credit. I'll be taking my business back to Bloomsters, they care about customer feedback and satisfaction. read more

Conveniently located in Cambrian Plaza and friendly staff. They custom made some smaller corsages for a father/daughter dance which were perfect. Also ordered flowers for Valentine's Day and picked them up. Reasons for not five stars: the roses had some black edges on petals (I would expect pristine flowers for the price), there was blue dye/coloring on some petals that I cleaned off with a cloth, and I got the right arrangement but with someone else's note. read more

I ordered a sunflower bouquet on Monday to be available for pickup at 10-11AM on Tuesday. I drove an hour (this shop happened to be on my route for my hour and a half drive in the morning) and arrived at 10:53. I stood in the shop for 20 minutes and no one ever came out. They had a sign saying that they were in the back and if they didn't come out to call the number. I called four times during my time standing there and no one answered. I'd recommend choosing anywhere else. read more

I understand that today is Valentine's Day, and there might be substitutions in the flowers, but I feel like the overall image should still look like what was originally ordered (i.e, the colors). I ordered the premium classy (pink & white) and I got mostly white flowers. The flowers seem fresh, but how does this match what I ordered? It would have been better if they asked or even notified me of any changes. read more

Needed a flower arrangement delivered for a funeral service. Decided to drop by the store at 11:00am (store hours are 10am-5pm) instead of ordering online. To my great surprise, the brick and mortar store was not only NOT open but looked deserted. Could have potentially wasted money by ordering online. Lovely flower store. Good pricing. Great at last minute orders. Convenient location for pick ups and I think they use door dash, too.

I have never been this disappointed with a business -- ever. My experience with Bee's Flowers in San Jose 14398 Union Ave San Jose, CA 95124 was an absolute disappointment, and I want to make sure no one else wastes their money the way I did. I ordered two holiday arrangements totalling $158.48 one being a DELUXE arrangement (We Need a Little Christmas) and the other a Standard. (Jingle Bells) What my colleagues received fell short of the deluxe - We Need a Little Christmas. The arrangement looked rather small and incomplete -- missing flowers and what they put in the arrangement did not make it a DELUXE arrangement. The second arrangement was missing items shown in their own product photo. I contacted the shop, explained everything, and they told me a replacement arrangement would be delivered - which would be the DELUXE - We Need a Little Christmas. I had said I did not need a refund, but a replacement of the WE NEED A LITTLE CHRISTMAS would be great and it was agreed it would be delivered on 9 December 2025. That replacement NEVER showed up. I followed up again, and the response I received was: nothing. Silence. No update. No explanation. No effort. In my opinion, the lack of professionalism, the lack of follow-through, and the complete disappearance after promising a replacement says everything, I need to know about how they handle customers. After spending good money and giving them the chance to fix the situation, I was left with subpar arrangements, no replacement, and absolutely no customer service. Needless to say my disappointment was huge as I had picked Bee's Flowers from the reviews I read... Based on my experience, this is not a business I would recommend to anyone. ________________________________________ read more

Wanted something new, beautiful and local. Price wise Bee's sits at a higher price point and I think buyer get's their money's worth. With that said I will go to anyplace for flowers that's local; grocery store, flower store, Target, Walmart, liquor store, 7-11..... As long as I have a beautiful flower piece on my table I am one happy baby! I wanted roses and new flowers for my place to add color, a dash of inspiration and good luck and of course charm. With the Carnival bouquet I found what I needed in my space and will gladly return to bees over and again. Thank you so much! +- Delivery. Many flowers online. Love. I ordered a white roses wrist corsage for a prom and sent my teenage son to pick it up. Upon inspection at home we noticed one of the roses had brown petals. The shop is small but quaint. Plenty of parking since it's located in the Cambrian Park Plaza. I walked in on a Monday morning and was greeted by the person behind the desk. I've ordered flowers for delivery from Bee's a few times now! The recipients have commented on how beautiful the arrangements are each time. On top of the beautiful flowers, Thy and the team were really communicative this last order -- they called asking which flowers I'd like to use in an arrangement since they ran out of the default listed ones, and they confirmed delivery upon my request. My husband got me some flowers for Mother's Day from this place, and they are stunning! Sunflowers and roses, and just....wowza. They definitely know "mothers" because they delivered the flowers at 7:45 AM, which to normal non-parents is an insane time, but for moms of 1-2 year olds, it's like noon time :). One weird thing to note, but is totally normal, was that there were a couple small green bugs that seemed to hop down from the flowers into my sister's coffee, when we were having coffee by the bouquet. But, what do you expect? They are real flowers! Would definitely request that my husband keep ordering from this place :). Plus, it's great to support local business! read more

As a gift of sympathy for the loss of our long time family pet, friends, very thoughtful friends, sent us one of the most beautiful floral arrangement I have ever seen. That is no exaggeration! A beautiful arrangement of white roses, hydrangeas and other lovely white flowers! The flowers lasted a nice long time so we were able to enjoy them for a while. I received a beautiful floral arrangement from my daughter in honor of my birthday. Two weeks later, I was able to pull out some of the roses that were fading and add a few new flowers to use the arrangement for my Easter table. I have used Bee's as my go-to florist for over a year now. The beautiful arrangements on their website are exactly what arrives when you order (with maybe a few handful of flowers that are yet to bloom - which to me, makes it even better). I am never disappointed when I send flowers to folks because Bee's doesn't mess around. They get it right the first time, and they deliver quickly and earlier in the day, so the person receiving this gift will enjoy the arrangement more of the day on their special day. read more

I ordered from Bee's Flowers the evening before I needed a flower arrangement delivered as a birthday gift, and I was very pleased to see how quick their response was and how soon they were able to deliver the flowers the following day. Aside from that, they have such a beautiful variety of arrangements online, all for a reasonable range of prices (compared to other floral shops that I researched & who also do delivery in the bay). The arrangement that I ended up picking looks so much better & fresher in person, so I was quite pleased and impressed. They are also open during covid-19/shelter in place via online orders only, so it's a great option for social distancing, & especially to support a local family business. I definitely recommend this florist! read more

My sister ordered flowers from Bee's Flowers for our baby shower. She handled all of the details: the specific flowers, colors, vases, ribbons, etc. My sister was very happy with her experience and said Bee's was extremely accommodating of her requests. They made sure she was happy with the design before the day of the event and delivered all of the arrangements on time. She also mentioned they were flexible in making bouquets that were within her price range. From my perspective, I was impressed with the quality of the floral arrangements. They were beautiful and such a wonderful addition to the decorations for the baby shower. I appreciated how we were able to keep the vases afterwards so our hosts and guests could enjoy the flowers after the event. 5 stars- I would definitely order from Bee's in the future for special events! read more

I sent some flowers to thank a friend for their thoughtfulness. While I did get a notice that they had been "hand delivered", it did not tell me that the recipient was not home, so they were left on the doorstep. When the recipient didn't contact me, I tried to call the florist, but their business hours are short, so I guess they didn't answer--their voicemail is full. I emailed, and they responded the next day. Once I requested it, I did receive a picture of the delivery location and the arrangement, which had a little different esthetic, but looked good to me. This flower shop uses a service, whose published service guidelines are to let the sender know if the recipient is not home, so the delivery note should have said this. All in all, it got resolved and the owner was helpful, so all's well that ends well. read more

I was very happy with Bee's flowers. Their delivery schedule was not easy because we scheduled during the weekend and many entrances to the hospital were closed due to COVID19. They attempted to hand deliver on time which was very important to me. I also noticed their page description was pretty accurate and flowers were delivered as described. Over all, I would say my experience with this shop was easy and satisfactory. I was very impressed with their unique flower color combination. They had blue flowers with exotic orange roses. The bright color was really reflective of my excitement and enthusiasm and those roses were highlighted in a light blue background- very cute!
