No stars. When I went to pickup my flowers that I ordered the day before, the shop didn't see my order and asked for a receipt. They clearly forgot my order. So they started making the flower bouquet when I went to pickup the flowers. This is not professional at all. Some of the flowers look wilted but they said it's fresh. The final arrangement looked unbalanced, unfinished, and lopsided from all angles. The price for the bouquet was way overpriced. I would not have paid so much upfront had I gotten a chance to see preview of the flower arrangement. The business owner seems to have changed. The quality of flower arrangements has gone down. I had SUCH a positive experience working with Sholeh at Cupertino Florist. She helped us develop two beautiful arrangements, a large bouquet and a spray for an easel. Both were stunning and she went above and beyond by doing some creative engineering to stick the spray arrangement to the easel and then graciously delivering it to the final location (Lima & Campagna Mortuary which I also recommend for a funeral service btw). When I tried to order over the phone, it appears the number got transferred, and then was told they would text me shortly to gather the details from me, because they were busy and also their English wasn't good. After making the Zelle payment, they told me they didn't receive it. They then realized they gave me the wrong phone number and then told me not to worry, that I should be able to get the money back. But that's not how Zelle works. I have filed a dispute with my bank now. I still don't have flowers to send to a memorial service. read more

The Chinese characters used in the banners was not easy to align, but Sai and his team were able to get it done beautifully, sending us updates throughout the process. He even waited for us on his day off on Memorial Day to clarify potential issues! We wanted the flower wreaths to be delivered at 10 am. Sai said he would notify us: the text notification came at 10:02 am! The flowers were very fresh, the white roses with a subtle green tint were wonderful.
