Robert had us come down to the shop, took the time to really listen to what we were envisioning, and then built an example arrangement right in front of us. We were able to make changes live, adjust colors and textures, and watch the design come together until it felt exactly right. That process was so helpful and immediately made us feel comfortable. The final arrangements were absolutely beautiful and fit the overall look of our event perfectly. We received compliment after compliment from our guests throughout the day. When we told people that we had only found Cupertino Florist that Monday, they were genuinely shocked because everything looked so polished and thoughtfully put together. Robert was patient, kind, flexible, and very easy to work with, especially considering how quickly everything had to come together.
