You can call the phone number listed and she has availability for the next day usually. She will ask you what your price range is and work around that. For phone orders, you will need to give her your credit card number over the phone, and she assured me every time she would delete it right away (which I had no problem with)! For the past 3 years, my boyfriend has been sending me, flowers by Sophia. They have always been absolutely beautiful. However, the last 3 times have been disappointing. They come late in the day when I have gone home or they come the next morning. (a day after the special event) The arrangements have been ugly. The delivery driver called me directly to ask if I was still in the office because I had a flower delivery. When I told him I had gone home, He asked what I wanted to do with them? For one he ruined my surprise and two you don't ask the customer what they want to do with flowers you are late to delivery & three, they are ugly. This place is really going downhill. I live in Seattle and my mentor/friend/boss (wow, she's a lot of things to me!) works in Sunnyvale, so the other day I decided to surprise her with some lovely birthday flowers. I did a quick Yelp search and immediately learned that I should probably go with Flowers By Sophia. The reviews I looked at made me think I had to pick up the flowers (hard to do when I'm in Seattle), but the website actually made it easy to schedule the delivery (which cost $10... much cheaper than me flying to Sunnyvale!). The one issue I had was that I could pick a delivery day ("tomorrow" was thankfully an option!), but had no idea when exactly the flowers would arrive. Thankfully my friend sent me a photo and a message when they arrived (around 2pm). :) The flowers are definitely more expensive than the flowers I find at grocery stores and even a bit more than the flowers I've purchased from a small Seattle florist, but the bouquets are way more interesting/beautiful and the whole experience was great... and totally worth it. I don't normally send flowers to people in Sunnyvale so this may be my only Flowers By Sophia experience, but I'm very happy to say it was worth 5 stars. read more
