I can't decide if I should rate Bloomsgiving as a coffee shop or florist or nursery... So, I'll rate all parts of this business Nursery/Gardening - I love their plants collection personally being a plant mom myself. Love the variety of house plants they carry especially all the aesthetic patterns of a house plant family Presentation is outstanding as well! Florist - Love their bouquets and pastel colors. You can tell that the craft is unique and aesthetic. I haven't paid attention to the price though Coffee shop - Loved their coffee, pink sleeve and the little flowers they add to the to go mug. Totally fell in love. I ordered a rose latte with oat milk and it kept up to the standards. However, their pastries aren't the best and they didn't seem freshly baked. Also, note that the indoor seating is limited. However there's plenty of outdoor seating on Castro Street
Coffee and flower shop all in one. This is a great place to hang out with some girlfriends. I like looking at all the interesting things in the store and I also grabbed a latte. Street parking was relatively easy to find. Indoor seating. Please come and create your own adventure.
This is probably my favorite drop-in coffee spot on Castro Street! The staff is always very friendly and the coffee has a consistent quality that we continue to return for. We really enjoy the foam art and that you get a flower with each cup! It's fun that they also offer plants, which we have picked up and had success with, they also have a solid selection of ceramic pots to purchase for your plants. Overall, the vibe of this coffee shop is top notch, the drinks are always made well, and the staff create an inviting experience. I would highly recommend you give them a chance!
Such cute vibes!! People were making wreaths when I stopped by since it was early Dec. Lots of cool plants with neat descriptions that I really appreciated, e.g., species, preferred atmosphere, not safe for children or pets, etc. Coffee was also delicious! Got a baby cappuccino!
Bloomsgiving is such a darling concept, I swear I've thought about creating one just like it... in my head.... 10 years ago. Haha. It's combining some of my favorite things: plants, coffee, shopping, pastries, a beautiful place to hang out or study/read. This is a store I stop by every time I was in the area. Every. Time! I don't even need anymore plants or want a drink, but this store has like a giant magnet that always draws me in. Bloomsgiving is a relatively small, boutique-y place with 'just the right amount' of variety of plants. You won't be wandering through aisles upon aisles of plants like in box store garden centers. I always find something interesting to buy, oogle over or gift at Bloomsgiving. At my last visit, I bought my favorite tree here! It was one I had been wanting for....get this... 2 YEARS. It was a rare species to locate in NorCal, and if I ever did find one, the only sizes were tiny 4" pots or giant 6'+ trees. This store had a medium-size tree! The staff member who was on shift that day worked hard: she paid a lot of attention, listened to what I wanted, and carefully wrapped my tree since it had delicate branches that stuck out so it could be safely transported in my car ride home. I can't speak to the drinks and food since I didn't order any. I noticed many people studying inside had ordered coffee drinks, and there was an actual espresso machine so the coffee looked legit! The food selection was very very small though and didn't look as appealing as the food-shaped plushies that sat above it. Prices are on the high side at Bloomsgiving, but that's to be expected in this downtown location and for a boutique plant store. I think this dual concept of serving coffee and selling plants is genius, and it is worth a visit - at least it has been for me!
Been wanting to check out Bloomsgiving for a while now! I always walk past their flower-adorned storefront around dinner time when they're already closed, so I finally made it out on a Sunday afternoon. When you walk in, it almost feels like you've stepped into a greenhouse -- surrounded by leafy plants and floral touches. They offer a wide range of classic and specialty drinks, and I went straight for their mixed matcha options: - Blueberry Matcha -- light and well-balanced between blueberry and matcha; not overly syrupy like most blueberry drinks - Pandan Coconut Latte -- one of their specialty lattes; both pandan and coconut flavors came through clearly and it was perfectly sweetened A fun detail I loved: they tape a tiny flower to your drink -- such a thoughtful and fitting touch given the shop's theme. There are a few seats and tables in the center if you want to hang out or study. The atmosphere is peaceful and not too crowded, with tons of natural daylight for both you and the plants. Service was kind and quick. They also do half-off pastries after 2pm, which is a great bonus. I was surprised they close later than most cafes -- 8pm daily, except Sundays at 5pm. Bloomsgiving also sells bouquets, houseplants, and floral arrangements for weddings and events, so it's a one-stop shop for plant lovers and tea drinkers alike. Definitely worth a visit.
I love stopping here when I'm in downtown Mountain View. DRINKS: Every drink I've had here has been spectacular. Not too sweet but not flavorless. They do lots of fun seasonal mixes too so there's always something new to try. SPACE: Plants and garden tools are such cute additions to this shop. However my personal favorite is the greeting card rack! There are so many cute prints from local artists, I always stop and get something. PRICE: Ranges from $6 - $8.50 per drink, pretty average for the area. PARKING: Park in any of the public downtown Mountain View lots and walk on over.
I visited on Saturday around 4pm. There was only one table in the shop. It wasn't very busy that day. The shop itself is very pretty with flowers and plants. I love the fact that you can purchase bouquets here. It felt like being in a lovely greenhouse. I ordered the iced vanilla latte which came with regular milk. The total was $6.35. My drink was ready in around three minutes, which was so quick. I love how they put a cute little flower taped on the side of the cup. It came in one size which was a 16 ounce cup. The drink was milky, sweet, and smooth. With lattes, they tend to be milkier rather than coffee forward. I can taste the coffee, but it's more like sweet milk with coffee. As someone who typically enjoys drinks at 25% sweetness, this is probably comparable to 50% sweetness. One con I have about this place is the use of the paper cup. As I'm slowly sipping the drink, the ice/coldness of the drink is causing the cup to soften and lose some structure. The cup isn't falling apart, but if you were to squish the cup a little, it becomes kind of soft. The staff were friendly, and I had a great experience visiting here. I do wish that they had more seating. This place is definitely more for grab and go orders. There are some parking lots and street parking around the area that is just a short walking distance to the shop.
I finally visited this original location after bookmarking it for over a year. The floral cafe shop may be small with a shared table, but their matcha is better than their specialty lattes. Their Matcha Sparkler was so refreshing and remained fizzy. I also tried their seasonal Orange Oat Latte, but it had a more coffee taste with less orange essence, just a dried blood orange that I didn't want to eat. There was a nice selection of indoor plants, mini handcrafted home decor, and beautiful bouquets. They were more beautiful to stare at than a bunch of cute guys who came in to check out for succulents. I even took my time to read my favorite book while I shared a table with a few girls who were studying with their laptops. It can be a bit noisy with other customers (mostly couples on a date) having conversations and baristas shaking and stirring drinks, so it's best to bring your noise-canceling headphones if you get distracted easily. I love how the baristas add mini flowers to each cup. It made it very memorable that I deserve self-love and care. I would come back for more matcha and hojicha lattes than their seasonal drinks even purchase a bouquet or plant for special occasions.
Bloomsgiving floral shop with beverage menu has been around for years on Castro Street in Mountain View. It's always gorgeous with all the colorful flowers and green house plants everywhere. Customer service is mostly excellent and welcoming. People like taking photos of their flowers and beverages here. Not bad for a quick tea beverage stop. I just wish they would have tables and chairs inside for customers to sit and chat though. It's a neighborhood flower shop/plant shop. If it were a cafe, then more foot traffic would stop by to view beautiful flowers and plants. They sell note cards, teacups, vases, pottery, and other gift items too. Organized and clean inside. Smaller bouquets for $20 each would make someone special. $80-$120 bouquet selections are plentiful. You can always pick up something special here. All flowers and plants look healthy too. It's a pet friendly environment. Staffs are helpful. They can wrap up gifts as needed. Bloomsgiving is one of a kind for this location. Not cheap for beautiful items. Grab a beverage and look around.
Came in here after taking a lagree class cus it's right next door with some friends at around 3 pm, there was no line. We walked in and ordered with the barista, she was super friendly and answered all our questions! I ordered the lavender matcha latte with oat milk, it came out super quick. My drink had bits of lavender in the drink so I kept having to spit it out haha. But the drink itself was super good and tasty! The shop is cute to walk around in and look at the plants. Either way I loved the vibe in here and will come back!
This place is located in the corner of a busy area! Lots of fun flowers and plants to look at while waiting and there is one sitting area inside the place! The drinks also come with a little flower on the side!
After landing in San Jose to meet with a friend, this was our first stop of the day! The shop is such a. cute concept with all the plants. We ordered the matcha latte and hoijicha latte. The drinks were pretty good. There are some places that can't bail hoijicha, but it's actually pretty good here! I would order it again. I absolutely adore the little flower that comes with it. Love the presentation, very on theme with the shop!

Came here to quickly grab a bouquet to celebrate a graduate of Stanford University. It was a Sunday at around 11:00am and there were not much cut flowers I was told. So I chose among wrapped bouquets. She was very kind to change the wrap from pink to blue without extra charge for me. I love the inside. It's a coffee shop / florist / nursery. It gives a very relaxed feel inside. I love this place. read more
This is an adorable matcha spot on Castro street. First off, it's a beautiful plant shop. Second off, they make really great matcha drinks with unique flavors. We tried the matcha cold foam with pandan and the iced matcha latte ($6-8 a drink) with lemon poppy foam. They tape a little fresh flower on your drink too. read more
Bloomsgiving is such a cute concept - part coffee shop, part flower/plant store - and I usually come more for the ambiance than the actual coffee. The space itself is beautiful and aesthetic, and I love browsing the floral arrangements while hanging out. The coffee itself is just okay in my opinion. It tends to taste a little watered down or slightly bitter, though they do have fun and unique flavors like pandan if you're into specialty drinks. They also make the drinks look really cute with a flower on the side. I actually think their matcha drinks are much better than the coffee. The floral arrangements are definitely on the pricier side (around $50-$120), but they're high quality and stunning to look at. read more

I went on a weekday morning to grab a latte in the morning. I ordered an iced hojicha latte. I think personally there was more milk in the drink than I would have liked just because the hojicha flavor was mild. The small flower attached to the cup is a cute addition. This places also sells flowers and other plants which definitely adds to the comfy atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive. read more
Was really craving matcha, so I went to go try this place out. It's located in downtown Mountain View and it's a really nice place to walk around with your drink. Lavender Matcha (5/5): I really loved the fluorescent taste of the drink. Really recommend if you like the taste of floral. read more
I love the concept of this place! Is it a coffee shop that also sells florals or is it a florist that also sells coffee? Either way it's delightful - just as delightful as being greeted with a smile. You can tell that everyone who works here is 'happy' to be here. And why not? You're surrounded by the beauty of flowers and the aroma of coffee! What a combination! Prices are decent (for coffee). I didn't get to purchase a bouquet but I did browse the space a bit and they offer an array of succulents as well as other plant species (sorry, I don't know the plant lingo LOL). Beautiful shop in a great location. Tough to find parking but downtown is a great place to spend some time, sit ... or stroll (with coffee in hand, of course). Check em out. read more
How can you not love the service and ambience of Bloomsgiving? Exploring the variety of flowers and plants they have with a good drink in hand is such a great mood booster! I got the Hojicha Latte which was a bit too watered down for my liking - the drink got better over time as maybe the hojicha powder had collected at the bottom. Nevertheless I'm looking forward to coming back here again soon! read more

The interior was really cute and nicely decorated. A nice plant atmosphere but the drink was absolutely awful! I ordered the Pandan matcha soy latte but it literally tasted like nothing. No pandan, no matcha flavor. It felt like I was drinking straight watery milk. I like how they give flowers and attach it to the cup though. read more

Super nice interior and vibe. It wasn't super crowded as I came close to closing, but the worker was very nice and served me promptly. I got a latte with pandan, but the pandan flavor was a bit lost. I wish I was able to taste the pandan more since I paid extra to add it. The latte was good, just wished my flavor came through. read more
Coffee shop meets flower/plant shop, this combo works 100%! Stopped by while at the Mountain View Art & Wine Festival. They have an amazing selection of plants as well as flower bouquets and even greeting cards. They also have coffee and pastries. I got the Coconut pandan latte which is one of the specialty lattes and it came beautifully decorated with a little flower. It was delicious, not overly sweet but I could definitely taste the pandan and coconut. Will definitely be back again! read more

A florist/nursery and cafe?! I love this little shop, the ambiance is so fresh and inviting. After seeing in other photos that they add a little flower taped to the side of your cup, I was sold since I think that is such a sweet and unique gesture. I ordered an iced spiced vanilla/lavender oatmilk latte, it was heavenly. I'm not always a fan of floral syrups, however this one was not overpowering and was the perfect ratio of flavors. Yay! Price point was also reasonable. Besides flowers/plants, they have flower-themed crochet products, greeting cards, etc for sale inside. I'm happy to have found this little gem. :) read more
I accidentally bumped into this place, and I am so glad I did. I love sweet little coffee shops, and while this place isn't technically a coffee shop, it's a floral/plant boutique store with a cafe inside. Nevertheless, I loved the vibe inside. You are surrounded by wonderful plants and flowers and generally a very pleasant vibe overall. I ordered a mocha and was not expecting my drink to be beautifully presented with a flower twig. That was just the added bonus. The mocha tasted good, and there's something about a beautifully presented drink that made me instantly happy. Will come back here for sure. read more

01.08.2026. hot matcha latte. super duper cute that they put a little flower with each drink. The ambiance was nice, think flower warehouse. The matcha tho was not strong enough in matcha flavor for me. I loved the latte art, and presentation but would probably try something else if I were to return (or try the ceremonial matcha). read more

There's not really any seating inside other than like 1 table as they do sell plants, but don't let that deter you from trying this place. They have a great variety of different flavors such as pandan which isn't common to find. The pandan is slightly sweet with a subtle nuttiness and is excellent. The Pumpkin Dulce sounds like it's super sweet but it really isn't, Service is nice and will gladly alter the coffee to your preferences if that's what you need. It is on Castro can be a little difficult on the weekends, but overall, it's a great place to get coffee. I know I'll return to try some other flavors. read more
Very cute shop. We always drop in to look around whenever are at in downtown mountain view. The staff always seem so happy and nice. Finally got a drink here - matcha soy latte - hot. Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed by the taste. It was just okay. The presentation is very cute though - they tape a small flower on your cup. read more

Cutest little coffee shop where you can also get plants and bouquets of flowers. The coffee is amazing and always comes with a little flower on the cup. Today we got the cherry blossom iced oat latte and it was delicious! I can't wait to go back for their summer specialties! read more
