They did! This florist is located in a strip mall, so we easily found parking. Upon walking in, I was soon greeted and asked what I was looking for. They showed me their prepared bouquets, which were beautifully arranged and displayed in vases: ready to gift! I selected a cheerful bouquet in a rectangular vase. The arrangement was well-priced. I had very high hopes for this florist due to their ratings. I placed an order on 4/12/26, to be delivered on Mother's Day, 5/10. I have chronic medical conditions and did not want to forget. I included a box of chocolates with my order. This was to be a pricy surprise, as I ordered a premium bouquet at the largest size. To my shock and dismay, the order was delivered that same afternoon, without the chocolates. The whole reason I picked that arrangement was because of the cute pink flowers, which were missing from the arrangement entirely. Everything that could have gone wrong, did. I immediately wrote to the florist with no response. I called the next day and they shrugged it off, saying they'll just redeliver on 5/10. The surprise has been ruined and I don't want flowers again in a month. I demanded a full refund. We'll see how soon I get it. read more

I walked in and the store owner tried to sell me some pre-made flowers which I personally didn't like too much. I address my needs and told her my budget. I need both corsage and boutonniere for prom. I called and ordered over the phone for efficiency. Best part is I paid ahead so it could easily be picked up by anyone in my family. In the end I picked it up . it was not too far away from our place and the corsage and the boutonniere were so beautiful. tiny tiny roses and ribbon adorned the corsage and a larger red rose for the boutonniere. All the staff that I interacted with were great when I called and ordered, when I called to double check their address and location and that my order was ready on my way over and even the person handed the flowers to me at pick up time. Same exact experience, except $130+ was wasted. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE - after calling them and expressing my disappointment, they admitted they utilize stock photos from Teleflora and barely offered any compromise. They blamed it on flower availability, transportation related shifting of the bouquet, blah blah. Listen, I've worked with plenty of florists in my life and I've never had a disappointment until now.
