Incredible service at this small local florist off El Camino. I walked in looking for a bouquet of white flowers as a last minute sympathy gift. The lady working there asked my budget ($40) and made a large custom bouquet on the spot with beautiful wrapping paper and bow in about 5-7 minutes. I could tell she went above and beyond to add extra florals beyond retail value so I ended up asking if I could pay a little extra. She hesitantly accepted an extra $5. Interactions like these remind me why it's important to shop locally and support our small businesses. There are a million online floral vendors, but seeing all the love she put into this gift for my friend who is going through a tough time made my day. My friend loved the florals as well. I had very high hopes for this florist due to their ratings. I placed an order on 4/12/26, to be delivered on Mother's Day, 5/10. I have chronic medical conditions and did not want to forget. I included a box of chocolates with my order. This was to be a pricy surprise, as I ordered a premium bouquet at the largest size. To my shock and dismay, the order was delivered that same afternoon, without the chocolates. The whole reason I picked that arrangement was because of the cute pink flowers, which were missing from the arrangement entirely. Everything that could have gone wrong, did. I immediately wrote to the florist with no response. I called the next day and they shrugged it off, saying they'll just redeliver on 5/10. The surprise has been ruined and I don't want flowers again in a month. I demanded a full refund. We'll see how soon I get it. read more

I walked in and the store owner tried to sell me some pre-made flowers which I personally didn't like too much. I address my needs and told her my budget. She told me to hang tight as she arrange the flowers to my liking. She does a really beautiful job in arranging the flowers and even threw some extra to give it that nice finishing touch. I need both corsage and boutonniere for prom. I called and ordered over the phone for efficiency. Best part is I paid ahead so it could easily be picked up by anyone in my family. In the end I picked it up . it was not too far away from our place and the corsage and the boutonniere were so beautiful. tiny tiny roses and ribbon adorned the corsage and a larger red rose for the boutonniere. All the staff that I interacted with were great when I called and ordered, when I called to double check their address and location and that my order was ready on my way over and even the person handed the flowers to me at pick up time. Same exact experience, except $130+ was wasted. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE - after calling them and expressing my disappointment, they admitted they utilize stock photos from Teleflora and barely offered any compromise. They blamed it on flower availability, transportation related shifting of the bouquet, blah blah. Listen, I've worked with plenty of florists in my life and I've never had a disappointment until now. I thought I ordered a lovely bouquet of flowers for someone's upcoming wedding, BUT I effectively got flowers for someone's funeral! They were legit blanched white, void of any lushness or texture.
