Another great bouquet from Fleur de lis! Their bouquets are breathtaking. I ordered this the night before for a Sunday morning and it was ready right on time. My friend loved it and couldn't stop talking about how beautiful it was! l
Some friends sent me a get well floral arrangement. The design is nice but I feel that the shop did not use the flowers that were fresh -- the petals on the roses were already wrinkled and turning brown, like crepe paper. After 24 hours, the bouquet looked sad, like it was a week old. I called the shop to let them know about the issues and to my surprise, they offered to come by and take a look and replace it if necessary. They did so the next day so I appreciate that they took immediate steps to make things right. The picture shows the new arrangement.
What an absolutely gorgeous bouquet I just received for my birthday! Delivered by a a really nice guy too.
Ordered flowers that would drop into vase and look gorgeous. They did it with 360 degrees of beautiful! Will definitely use them again. They also accommodated my request to refrain from filler.
Thank you Fleur De Lis Florist for the amazing flower arrangement today sent to surprise and cheer up a friend recovering from a fall. It was received on time and delivered with excellence! Steve, the owner, was so helpful and has a very cute pup too in case you love both dogs and flowers. I definitely recommend this florist you will not be disappointed. I rate this business 5 stars for sure! PS they even sent a photo of the flowers delivered to the residence too with a beautiful note card. Thank you again Fleur De Lis! A. Scott, Los Altos
Walked in the shop this morning and wanted to get a nice flower arrangement for my friend. The florist charged me 70 for this arrangement. I could have done better myself. In the end, I couldn't give this to my friend. I ordered online. I keep this flower with me to remind myself of walking away from bad delivery next time lol
The flowers were absolutely beautiful, lush, and were a great price! Would highly recommend and would definitely order from here again!
What a responsive and amazing florist Fleur De Lis is! Ordered two different arrangements for my wife for Valentine's Day because I wasn't going to be in town. I wanted a bouquet to be delivered on 2/13 and another on 2/14 (we typically celebrate Galentine's Day because I think V-day is an overrated and overcharged day, and we should be giving flowers on regular days and not just hallmark holidays). Ordering through the website was easy enough, but the order looked a bit confused because it didn't clearly state that the two bouquets would be delivered on two different days. I called in and spoke directly to the owner who said that the best way to do this was to submit two separate orders, but because I called in, he would correct the orders himself. The updated orders were emailed to me and when the delivery was complete, I got an email notification as well. It turns out that my order was duplicated on the florists' end because she ended up getting two bouquets on v-day anyway, but of course my wife loved it. The arrangements were exquisite, the service was excellent, and the communication was amazing. Support local businesses! (just remember that if you are going to order multiple arrangements for delivery on different days, run them as separate orders).
Great value compared to other local flower shops for corsage and boutonnière, perfect for a formal event. 24 hour turn around with great results! Online ordering through the website was simple and lets you add comments. We also called and they were quite friendly.
My mother recently passed away and as we were planning her memorial service, we were recommended to order our flowers from Fleur de Lis. My sister and I visited the store roughly 1.5 weeks before the service. We met May, the owner of the shop, and she walked us through the steps on how to order funeral flowers. We decided to order 10 flower sprays, an urn flower arrangement, and a picture frame arrangement. As my sister and I do not really know much about flowers, we left the flower choices to May. We did choose what colors we would like the sprays to be, and May did amazing with how every arrangement came out. She was very accomodating to our friends and family that also wanted to order flowers for the same event. Even with so many orders, she was able to deliver all of them on time. On the day before the service, half of the ordered flowers arrived at our service venue. On the day of the service, the other half arrived. All of the flowers arrived before the service started. The employees of Fleur de Lis were very professional and moved the arrangements with carefulness and ease. May really exceeded our expectations and we were incredibly impressed with every arrangement. We also asked to have ribbons hanging from each spray (as is done in traditional asian funerals). May handwrote all the ribbons and attached them the day of the service (which was great because some of the messages were not finalized til the day before!). We noticed a minor error on one of the ribbons, and May was quick to return to the venue and correct the error. Overall, we are incredibly thankful to May and the employees of Fleur de Lis. Our mother's service had many many beautiful flowers and I highly recommend ordering flowers for any ocassion from Fleur de Lis!
Spectacular flowers for my Mom's service!! Fleur de Lis was her favorite florist, and she loved flowers. We showed them her favorite painting and a bouquet they had made that she loved, and they created gorgeous arrangements with perfect color and floral selections. They honored her and brought extra beauty to a difficult day. They also lasted a long time for us to enjoy afterward and share with medical staff. Truly amazing. Thank you!!
Dane M 5/02/24 I ordered flowers from my home state of Florida to be delivered to my cousin in Calif. The flowers were delivered on time but there was no acknowledgement from my cousin so I called shop owner Steven to verify to me what happened. Owner Steven followed-up with me stating that my cousin was actually on vacation and would not return home for another week and so the flowers left at the doorstep apparently were abducted by a needy soul. Owner Steven stated he would re-deliver complimentary additional flowers to my cousin when she returns home. No fault of Steven but he went above and beyond communicating to me and my cousin via phone. 5 Stars!!

I had a wonderful experience talking to Steven over the phone when trying to put together a bouquet for my daughter's graduation. At that point, I had already gone to several places looking for the flowers my daughter really wanted to have in the bouquet, pink lilies. It was really difficult to find in the big box stores, like Costco, Wholefoods, Trader Joe's, or Safeway, so my husband suggested Fleur de Lis, a small business near our home in Mountain View. He said he had great experience in the past and the owner was very nice. Steven was attentive and patient and listened to what I was trying to describe, which was not easy on the phone. I also asked him to make some suggestions. Even though he said he rarely works with lilies in his arrangement (because a lot of people are allergic to them), he was still willing to put together what I wanted for my daughter. After about half an hour on the phone with him, he seemed to know exactly what I wanted and what he was going to do. Pickup was on the day after, but the next day, I was a bit nervous and anxious about how everything turned out and thought if there is the slightest chance that it didn't come out right, I still had time to get something off the shelf even if it wasn't ideal. I reached out to Steven and he sent me a picture. The bouquet looked so elegant! I only asked him to make a slight change and he immediately accommodated. My daughter loved the bouquet and it matched her outfit so elegantly and beautifully! Thank you Steven! read more

I ordered a floral arrangement for a very special occasion: my friend's engagement after seven years with her partner. I didn't spare any expense and selected the most beautiful whimsical bouquet. When she sent me a photo after it arrived, I noticed that some of the flowers had bruised, weathered-looking outer petals. For such a meaningful occasion, I was concerned that the arrangement didn't look quite as beautiful as I had hoped. I reached out to the shop and had the pleasure of speaking with the owner, Steven. He explained that he usually tries to the flower mart multiple times a day to source the freshest flowers and takes tremendous pride in his creations. He completely understood my concern and agreed that some of the outer petals should have been removed by the designer before the arrangement went out. What really impressed me was how genuinely Steven cared. He was surprised I had called because he thought the arrangement was stunning, and he wanted to make sure I was happy. We had such a pleasant and sincere conversation, and when he asked what he could do, I told him to do whatever he thought was appropriate. He was more than fair. I started the conversation feeling let down, but I ended it feeling genuinely heard and valued, not like just another customer or dollar sign. Customer service like this feels like a lost art these days. Steven's pride in his work and commitment to his customers really stood out. My only regret is that I don't live locally, because I would absolutely make him my regular florist. If you're fortunate enough to have this shop nearby, you're in very good hands. read more

Found Fleur de Lis through Yelp... looked at their arrangements on their website and found a nice and reasonably priced arrangement and ordered it for a special event. Picked up the order today and it was gorgeous and done exactly as I'd asked for - in pinks and whites and greens. Took a quick picture on the way to the surprise party - my godmother loved the arrangement! Customer service was great - both when I called and also at time of pickup. Loved how he even spritzed the flowers before handing them to me to keep them fresh during transit. Will definitely use again when I'm in need of some flowers! Thank you! read more

Thank you so much Michelle for ordering with us , and taking the time…
Beautiful arrangement with a nice mix of flowers. I really like how diverse the arrangements are that they offer, from types of flowers and fillers, to shape and color. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I asked for a certain type of flower that they didn't have in the store, but they said they could get some and add it to my arrangement within a day. I will definitely be coming back for more flowers. read more

I found myself in need of a next-day floral arrangement and I couldn't be happier to have found Fleur De Lis. Steven created the most exquisite, chic, modern, stunning centerpiece for the dinner I was hosting, brought it to my car and even threw in some rose petals for additional table adornment. Professionalism and top-notch service at it's best. I ordered online and was able to access an online discount as well! All the guests were impressed with the artistry of the floral arrangement and I was happy to pass along the recommendation. As an added bonus, it's a Black-owned business! If I could give 10 stars, I would! Thanks so much, Steven :) read more

Hello Betty,…
I was in need of some birthday flowers for a friend and Fleur De Lis was easy to work with. We discussed possible arrangements over the phone, budget, payment and delivery (same day was needed) and everything went smoothly. Hours later I heard from the recipient that the delivery was a success and the bouquet looked fantastic. Wonderful treat that sending flowers is possible (and apparently reliable) during these crazy pandemic times, thank you! read more

We found this florist on yelp when we were looking for a couple of flower arrangements for my parents 50th vow renewal this last June. We're from LA and they were able to work with us from being out of town. After showing just a couple pictures, Megan was able to re-create what we wanted for a very great price. I highly recommend them and I'm thankful they were part of our monumental celebration! read more

I was beyond thrilled with the flower arrangement, delivery, and service. I sent flowers to my friend who is a teacher at a East Palo Alto middle school today. I especially loved how Fleur de Lis sent me a photo of the flower arrangement and the exact location of where the flowers were delivered. In my case, it was on the reception counter of the school. I love supporting this hard-working, family-owned business and getting exceptional service. I highly recommend them! read more
