Excellent service while I visited in person. The displays in the store also helped me decide what to get. Online, there were a decent number of pictures, but the selection increased by going to the store. It was also easier to find the right thing for an inexperienced buy to talk to a person in the store before ordering. Parking was easy, there is some in the front, on the side, and even in the back. The delivered flowers were truly fantastic. Thank you! read more

Received the most beautiful arrangement at work today from my mom. The delivery person texted me to make sure I was available which I appreciated. My mom mentioned she worked with Tony and he was so helpful and accommodating to get those put together quickly to turn my rough day around! Beautiful product and great customer service, can't beat it! read more

This florist is my favorite. They are so reliable and just magic makers. I needed a very last minute bouquet for someone undergoing surgery at the hospital nearby. They were willing to deliver so close to end of business day for me at such a last minute request. They just asked me what my budget was and specific requested flowers (nothing that can be harmful in the hospital like pollen). I am truly grateful for this shop for bringing a smile to my colleague's face after overcoming a trying surgery. read more

My second time already ordering from this flower shop just in a month. Steven knows his customers and he asked very thoughtful questions, he just made the flowers I gave to my girlfriend even more special. On top of that, the delivery was fast. read more

The owner and employees are very sweet and friendly. But their flower options (early/mid January timeframe) we're super boring. I just wanted a nice bouquet to bring to a friend for her birthday, and I was a bit disappointed. I paid $80 and it was just ok. The flower varieties used were on the cheapier side, and I would have loved more greens, maybe some green-ish hydrangeas and other light green flowers, and whites, something more on the unique and special side, and I would've paid more for that (or been happier with a less full bouquet). So, perhaps next time, I'll pick a more high-end florist in the area. read more

worst service ever! do not buy from this company!!!!! i purchased flowers for delivery, they left the flowers outside to be stolen; they were not delivered. don't waste your money with this business!!!!!! read more

What a pleasant surprise, and one that thrilled my sister-in-law. We are really particular about flowers and flower design. But I was in a rush and wanted to say a big thank you. I've never tried this florist and just grabbed it. The flowers were lush, unusual, fresh and designed perfectly. They looked better than the picture and honestly the price was reasonable especially in the area in California, where I was sending them. I stick with florists I know and the one I know is very pricey, but always delivers sizzling designs. I'll use FLEUR De Lis without hesitation again. read more

So impressed. I own a business and found out hours before the funeral that a client of ours had passed away. We wanted to send flowers but with just 2 hours to go, I thought we would be out of luck. The mortuary suggested trying this place and they totally came through. They made it happen and were super friendly during all of it. Thank you guys so much! read more

I had ordered Valentine's Day Flowers and my flowers did not come exactly how I asked. After voicing my concerns to May, the problem was fixed. Many thanks to May for her excellent customer service. Not only did they make my Valentine's Day super difficult they damn near made my valentine cry due to unprofessionalism and how unpunctual they were while my significant other was sitting outside looking at the window for her delivery and never received it; in addition there was no communication from anyone as far as management and I find that to be extremely disrespectful. I would not spend my money here ever again if it depended on my life because God knows I would rather die then go to that experience again. read more

You made my birthday today, with beautiful sunflowers, which are my favorite. It was a ray of sunshine on a rainy birthday. You also made my mother so happy because of how you went out of your way to get sunflowers for her to send to me. The arrangements are beautiful and you really made us feel special. I just got married yesterday 10.10.20 and we couldn't be happier that Fleur De Lis was our florist for our big day. May came with us to our venue (a friend's backyard due to the pandemic) and did a walkthrough with us brainstorming floral arrangements and placements. She was very responsive in communicating and would send us sample photos when requested. Come the day of she and her staff did an amazing job with the setup for our wedding. Just received beautiful flowers today delivered by the nicest flower delivery person EVER!

We had a great experience working with Fleur de Lis for our wedding. May is very friendly and easy to work with. In fact, May responded to us in a variety of different ways: phone, text, email, etc. Her quote was very reasonable and she was also very flexible when we had to make changes to our order last minute. She also personally came to the site to oversee the installation of the flowers and the arch. Most importantly, the flowers were beautiful and perfectly matched the color scheme we wanted! Fleur de Lis definitely exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend them. read more

I needed a bouquet delivered on short notice and Fleur de Lis made it happen. The person I spoke to responded to my concerns, delivered a beautiful bouquet of tulips quickly and then sent me a photo of the bouquet sitting on the front steps of the residence. The recipient called to tell me how beautiful the flowers were. Everything turned out terrifically well. When I next need flowers, and there will be a next time, I will certainly call Fleur de Lis. read more

I come here every year for my valentine's flowers. I call them before hand to reserve a single rose and pay them over the phone. On valentines day, i love the convenience of just being able to walk in, tell them my name and walk out with the rose all within a few minutes. Roses are high quality and they do a fantastic job of arranging it with other plants to create a beautiful bouquet. read more

First time ordered from this store because saw a lot of good reviews. Paid more than $120 (including tax/delivery) for my friend's birthday, but didn't feel very confident after placed my order, since online shopping experience were not good at other stores before - most were rip-off. Surprisingly, this florist delivered as good as advertised. My friend sent me the flowers picture and I think I should give the 5 stars as usually I am just a yelp looker. read more

I came in on a Monday to request a bouquet for Thursday. I wanted a specific look for my bouquet and was afraid that it was too short notice to get exactly what I wanted. However, the florist was super helpful, had me email a photo of what I wanted to him, and assured me that it wasn't a problem. When I picked up my bouquet I was so impressed. It looked exactly like the photo I provided. I couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend! read more

I called to order flowers for my mother-in-law and the man that I spoke to was very kind. He talked me through what they offered and after I felt confident in him and I chose to let him pick the flowers and do the daily special. When they were delivered she was thrilled!! She saw the truck from her window and saw that He was wearing a mask and he made sure the vase was full of water before he handed her the flowers. He was very courteous! And the arrangement was stunning!!! I felt the delivery fee was a bit high, but all in all it was a great experience! read more

I wanted to send flowers to the honoree of an virtual baby shower and since I live in Tennessee, I am unfamiliar with the florists near her home. I chose Fleur de Lis, and am so happy that I did. When I told them my story and some of the story of the mother to be, they seemed anxious to help. The result was a beautiful arrangement with which I am very pleased as was the recipient, who sent me an email with these words: "I got the flowers!! They are absolutely gorgeous!!! Thank you so much." The people in the shop even went to the trouble to search for requested flowers and to send me a picture of the finished arrangement. I tried to upload a picture, but can't figure it out. Sorry! read more

May is wonderful to work with. She responds to emails quickly and effectively. If you take a look around in her shop and her photos, you can see that she does lovely work. And her flowers last quite some time, unlike the flowers you buy online. I love online and their prices and such, but May's flowers are bigger, more beautiful, and last longer. I love supporting local businesses, especially ones owned and operated by awesome people like May. If you value your time and quality of your flowers, then give May a try! read more

We ordered potted flowers a inside wood planter to be delivered for Mother's Day. What I saw online was 100% what the recipient received, down to the vibrancy of the flowers and the accents in the arrangement. Even the script in the notecard was very beautiful.
