Each friend who has received a birthday arrangement was in love/awe with their gift. --Timeless Bouquet-- (Perfect for someone is is classy, elegant, love neutrals, and beautiful things) In July 2022, Urban Flora texted me once the flowers were dropped off; I had the flowers dropped off outside as my friend was quarantining and was the point of main point of contact while keeping this a surprise. --Pink Sorbet Bouquet-- (Perfect for a lover of pink, someone with a vibrant personality, maybe someone into anime). In March 2025, Urban Flora will e-mail the purchaser that it has 'shipped' once it's about to be delivered and will e-mail the purchaser once delivered. It would also be my first choice for my man -- if only they delivered to his city which they do not -- might have to do a pick-up one of these days. I would not recommend Urban Flora for last minute custom for like a Condolence arrangement - I did reach out in 2023 but was not able to get a hold of them at the time. Otherwise whether you order the day prior (within a reasonable window frame - they can get the job done, orders prior to noon would be best for those situations -- and the more time you give in advance, the better the delivery experience and outcome. You definitely get what you pay for and 'the best bouquet' is the experience you are providing.

The biggest ask of Ruby was to execute the arch of flowers and I can't believe how stunning it turned out to be. She completely understood what I wanted and made it happen. We also ordered two aisle markers, which got reused in front of the sweet heart table. All the round tables had candles, bud vases, and a wreath of Italian ruscus. My bouquet was colorful and vibrant. All my bridesmaids were given a singular bouquet that featured a flower from my bouquet. As they all have a piece of my heart. My husband had a pocket square boutonniere. The groomsmen had boutonnieres on their lapels. We also did a boutonniere for my grandparents and officiant. She was mindful of my budget and recommended multiple options when it came to what I could do for arrangements and set up. She was on site for set up and was such a trooper for setting everything up a bit of venue chaos. I genuinely don't like leaving negative reviews, but this experience was too important not to share. I'm writing this in hopes that the business reflects on how crucial reliability and communication are during meaningful moments that cannot be recreated. I've been a repeat La Floriya customer for years now, and I've always loved their arrangements. The quality of their work has never been in question in fact, even these arrangements were absolutely stunning when they finally arrived. However, I ordered two flower arrangements for a celebration of life, flowers that were meant to help honor someone incredibly special, and they were never delivered as promised. We eventually had to call the shop ourselves to find out what happened, and we were told that the Uber service they rely on had delivered them to the wrong address. After tracking down the arrangements the manager eventually ended up delivering them personally, but unfortunately it was well after the event had already started. While I appreciated his effort, the damage had already been done. We were unable to use the arrangements in the way we had planned, and it took away from what was meant to be a special, irreplaceable moment. Additionally, we were charged twice for the delivery fee, even though both arrangements were scheduled for the same address at the same time. We were never offered a refund for that charge, and the 20% discount we were offered felt disappointing considering the significance of the occasion and how heavily we were relying on these arrangements. My honest advice to the business is to reconsider using Uber delivery for something as delicate and meaningful as floral arrangements. I'm sharing this not to tear the business down, but to warn others of this possible outcome during important occasions. I truly hope this feedback is taken seriously so no one else has to experience something like this during such a meaningful time. I chanced upon La Floriya and saw that they had amazing reviews (and rightfully so!) so I went to there website. I quickly realized this was NOT something I could fix myself. So I walked into the flower shop and said, "I need help, and this might be a strange request." The guy at the desk immediately said, "Let me guess... you ordered flowers, they came in a box, and now you don't know what to do with them?" He was absolutely right. He opened the box, took a look, and told me to come back in 15 minutes. When I returned, he had beautifully arranged the roses in a vase, added baby's breath and other touches, and completely elevated the whole look. And the best part? He only charged me $25. Totally worth it. Amazing service, quick turnaround, and they truly saved the day. Lesson learned...no more online flower orders for me. I'll definitely be coming here from now on!

They texted back but informed me I didn't pay tax yet. It was confusing so I contacted Bloomnation to work things out because I know I already paid for it weeks ago. The situation was solved within a day. The day before pick up I received another text saying the white basket in the photo isn't available. I was offered a few options and I requested for another basket instead of a vase. My mom and sister went to pick up the flowers today. It doesn't look exactly like the photo on the website but it's still very pretty and the flowers are bigger than I expected. My mom is very happy to receive this for her birthday. Thank you very much for arranging this for her. We will be back to order more flowers in the future. Now that I know about this shop I can order directly to avoid confusion on payment issue.

At that point, I had already gone to several places looking for the flowers my daughter really wanted to have in the bouquet, pink lilies. It was really difficult to find in the big box stores, like Costco, Wholefoods, Trader Joe's, or Safeway, so my husband suggested Fleur de Lis, a small business near our home in Mountain View. He said he had great experience in the past and the owner was very nice. Steven was attentive and patient and listened to what I was trying to describe, which was not easy on the phone. I also asked him to make some suggestions. Even though he said he rarely works with lilies in his arrangement (because a lot of people are allergic to them), he was still willing to put together what I wanted for my daughter. After about half an hour on the phone with him, he seemed to know exactly what I wanted and what he was going to do. Pickup was on the day after, but the next day, I was a bit nervous and anxious about how everything turned out and thought if there is the slightest chance that it didn't come out right, I still had time to get something off the shelf even if it wasn't ideal. I reached out to Steven and he sent me a picture. The bouquet looked so elegant! I only asked him to make a slight change and he immediately accommodated. My daughter loved the bouquet and it matched her outfit so elegantly and beautifully! Thank you Steven!

After 24 hours, the bouquet looked sad, like it was a week old. I called the shop to let them know about the issues and to my surprise, they offered to come by and take a look and replace it if necessary.
