I tried out Jeannette's due to the solid reviews and it's local. Customer service was excellent. I was called when flowers were delivered. Easy to order online and selection was large compared to other shops I previewed before I placed my order. The only thing is my order I don't think it was the exact match to what I found online similar but I thought they would get those exact flowers. That's the only downside to the outcome of my order. I thought the prices were good. I'm not sure if I missed anything that indicated the flowers would look differently but my recipient was happy with the delivery. read more

I ordered a birthday bouquet for my wife on short notice. Jeanettes Flowers, run by a very nice couple, did a beautiful job. They let me bring my own vase, so the money went just to the flowers, not yet another vase, and arranged the bouquet in such a way that it was also perfect match for the vase, with colors etc to specification. Wayne and Linda are the friendliest and most caring florists I have ever met. I have been the recipient of beautifully stunning arrangements (my MIL even compliments them when she sees them at my house!) and have ordered arrangements for others. This place hits the ball out of the park and gets my arrangements perfectly every time. They work quickly and their flowers are extremely fresh. They stay perky and wonderfully scented for a while! I can't recommend this place enough. Since I had them help out at my wedding, I have recommended them many times to my friends, for which they did amazing work also! Linda and Wayne are just too good at their craft, a dynamic duo, if I must say. They are goals when it comes to being the cutest couple, not a power couple, but a flower couple a ha ha. We will always be appreciative that they were able to provide their expertise for our wedding. They shed a lot of light on all of the questions that we had for them, and more importantly, the questions that we were not thinking about, thankfully. Jeannette and her husband are so wonderful. I placed an order for a floral arrangement via phone about a week in advance due to Safeway not having the template I wanted. I chose one of jeannette's standard designs but asked her to modify the color from pink to yellow. The outcome was absolutely gorgeous. Jeanette provided excellent customer service and even laid down a tarp in my car so none of the water from the flowers would Leak on my seat. We got so many compliments and she really made my uncle's urn special. Besides all the other great things I've mentioned, her prices are amazing! read more

Following that, I trusted Linda & Wayne (the owners/operators) to produce my wedding party florals, and I couldn't have asked for a smoother, more stress-free experience. Shout out to Jeannette's Flowers! I live out of state and needed to send flowers to a local funeral service. Often times what you see online doesn't translate to what gets delivered! But not with Jeannettes Flowers! Flowers delivered were just as nice (if not better) than what I saw online. They were beautiful! They even called back to take care of a few details that I neglected to include - signature on the card, sending the flowers in time for viewing etc! A+ service!! What a lovely shop!!! Called in two hours before they were closing and asked if they'd be able to make a bouquet for us. Provided them with a price range, color scheme, and assured them we'd be by before they closed. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The bouquet was stunning and easily could have been more than double of what they were charging. Very sweet couple with gorgeous arrangements. What's even more reason to stop by here (besides the reasonably priced, fresh bouquets)?!? While we were there, their neighbor stopped by to drop off food for them! I received the loveliest light pink roses from Jeannettes Flowers for my birthday this year. Not only were they beautiful, but they stayed fresh for much longer than the other flowers that I received on the same day! I did take extra care to ensure that they lasted as long as possible. Every couple of days I would change the water and trim the end of the stems at an angle. I couldn't be happier with the roses. I found Jeanette's flowers on Yelp, and am grateful I did. I called ahead about my Valentine's Day order to see how late I could come in, and they had me add the time to the notes when I placed the order online. They said they would be open until 4:30, so I was relieved when I got there at 4:25 and they were still there. They were incredibly sweet and even decorated the box they gave me to help transport the bouquet. The bouquet: it's impossible to not feel ripped off when buying flowers on Valentine's Day, but this is as close as you'll get to not feeling that way. The long stem roses literally have 3 foot stems. It is beautifully arranged, perfectly spaced and balanced, and every non rose filled gap is filled with baby's breath. The flowers are stunning. They are also incredibly fresh, and smell amazing. The bouquet is so big (I got the smallest size) barely fits on our island under our pendant lights. Between the customer service and the amazing product I couldn't have had a better experience. I never thought I'd say this but I got my money's worth on Valentine's Day flowers. read more

Every year my dad sends me the most beautiful flowers from Citti's florist for my birthday. This year he had a hard time getting through to them on the phone and decided to try another local florist, trying to support local business. Don't waste your money here!!! He requested a colorful bouquet of orange and purple and yellow and what I got was a childish pink mess with white daisies. Totally ruined my birthday and our tradition. I am the blessed recipient of literally the most beautiful flower arrangement I have ever received! 37" tall, each stem is perfection! The vase is beautifully wrapped. It's GORGEOUS!! I cannot emphasize the quality enough. As a very picky consumer, this meets the mark in so many ways. It's my favorite color, more greens then blooms and just the right amount. Design is very pleasing and the attention to detail is A+!! So many elements and layers draw my eye, foliage I've never seen before. ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! It arrived chilled and fresh. This is top tier gold; essentially the place one would think to gatekeep. My brother got my mom, a Mother's day bouquet and the quality was superb and different. Total gem. My brother might know the owners or something - can't recall. I believe he got her the -- Love You to the Moon Bouquet -- looking at the sample photo anyways. I've been purchasing their arrangements since 2022. Each friend who has received a birthday arrangement was in love/awe with their gift. --Timeless Bouquet-- (Perfect for someone is is classy, elegant, love neutrals, and beautiful things) In July 2022, Urban Flora texted me once the flowers were dropped off; I had the flowers dropped off outside as my friend was quarantining and was the point of main point of contact while keeping this a surprise. --Pink Sorbet Bouquet-- (Perfect for a lover of pink, someone with a vibrant personality, maybe someone into anime). In March 2025, Urban Flora will e-mail the purchaser that it has 'shipped' once it's about to be delivered and will e-mail the purchaser once delivered. It would also be my first choice for my man -- if only they delivered to his city which they do not -- might have to do a pick-up one of these days. I would not recommend Urban Flora for last minute custom for like a Condolence arrangement - I did reach out in 2023 but was not able to get a hold of them at the time. Otherwise whether you order the day prior (within a reasonable window frame - they can get the job done, orders prior to noon would be best for those situations -- and the more time you give in advance, the better the delivery experience and outcome. You definitely get what you pay for and 'the best bouquet' is the experience you are providing.

At the end of the day, I was simply told, "Sorry, we are sold out." As a result, I wasted time, and more importantly, the person I wanted to surprise was left without flowers. Because of the lack of communication, I was left in uncertainty and couldn't implement an alternative plan in time. This level of communication and organization is unprofessional. Situations like this can seriously disrupt customers' plans.

What's more, I didn't realize they were closing at 2 PM and they stayed up and waited for me to pick up the flowers. The shop is beautiful and they did wonderful arrangements. The staff is extremely professional and courteous, and really provided the above and beyond service, beyond what I could expect. Going forward I'll be ordering all my flowers from them.

I saw a photo of flowers in a white basket and placed the order for pick up weeks in advance. A few days before then pick up date I called to confirm the order. They texted back but informed me I didn't pay tax yet. It was confusing so I contacted Bloomnation to work things out because I know I already paid for it weeks ago. The situation was solved within a day. The day before pick up I received another text saying the white basket in the photo isn't available. I was offered a few options and I requested for another basket instead of a vase. My mom and sister went to pick up the flowers today. It doesn't look exactly like the photo on the website but it's still very pretty and the flowers are bigger than I expected. My mom is very happy to receive this for her birthday. Thank you very much for arranging this for her. We will be back to order more flowers in the future. Now that I know about this shop I can order directly to avoid confusion on payment issue.
