Citti's florist is the absolute best! I host many large events every year and I often need arrangements of different sizes, colors, and themes. They always get it right. Every time I order from them, they help to get my desired look for each event. I recently hosted a gala with almost 800 people. Absolutely Awesome!! Was greeted by a nice gentleman who directed me to the front desk and was in and out in a matter of minutes. Adriana placed the order for us for two sets of wristlet corsages and I cannot speak highly enough of her and the entire experience!! The store is beautiful, clean, smells amazing and has an impressive little wine selection available to go with flowers, plants for a lovely impromptu gift on the go! I received a beautiful arrangement as a gift from Citti's over a month ago, my first experience with them. It's really lasting a very long time, considering my previous experiences with arrangements I've had over the years . The orchids in the arrangement are full of blooms and haven't dropped a single flower yet, and the other plants in the arrangement are easy to water and holding up well too. I love how the arrangement has evolved over the time I've had it, and was a great gift to receive. I look forward to opportunities to send gifts from them in the future! read more

I worked with Cittis to do the florals for my wedding which was in late October. I showed them an idea of what I wanted for my wedding ceremony and they showed me some options of what they could do for me. Their pricing is very reasonable and their quality was great. I requested simple florals from them, medium sized bridal bouquet of ivory roses and babies breath, a groom's boutonnière of 2 ivory roses, and then a floral arch centerpiece for the ceremony gazebo which was a mix of white florals and babies breath. We picked up the florals the morning of the wedding, there was a mix up with the items, (a single rose instead of a double rose for the boutonnière), however, that problem was fixed quickly and we received all the items we payed for. We met with Adrianna from Citti's Florist to help with all the flowers for my wedding ceremony. She was incredibly kind, very knowledgeable about all the florals we would need, and open to hearing exactly what we wanted. We showed her pictures from pinterest of what we were looking for and she was able to match it almost exactly. Another thing I really appreciated was the cost transparency. Adrianna was upfront about how much things would cost as we discussed them, unlike my reception florist who didn't say anything until the end. Adrianna was very thorough with schedule, timing, and even asked for the dimensions of my wedding sign to ensure she would have the correct size flowers for it! GREAT SERVICE I wanted to order flowers for a friend's father's service but called on short notice. The service was to be held on a Monday and almost all florists were closed on Sunday except for Citti's. I called and spoke w what I later discovered was their answering service, a woman who discussed the options (sizes, flower colors, message on the card, etc.) and took my order. Fortunately Adrianna called me on the day of the service to confirm my order and we changed the flower colors from red/white/blue to assorted bright colors - see the photo, I was very pleased w the arrangement and many guests commented on how beautiful it was. And it was delivered to the correct location (Mission church on the campus of Santa Clara University) before the ceremony, and they texted me photos upon delivery which I appreciated. My husband and I hired Citti's for our wedding. They were so sweet and made the whole ordering process very easy. They made great suggestions and were very communicative about our options. The delivery was on time and there were no hitches along the way (except for my husband and I getting hitched...bah dum bum). :) The flowers we received were absolutely gorgeous and the colors were incredible. Customer service, looks should not have a roll in lack of help, my wife and I walked in looking around for a few minutes,someone said they would be with us shortly, mind you only two customers before us, another customer walked in and was helped immediately. We still waiting to see if we would get help but no one showed initiative to help . I worked mainly with Judith (pronounced Yudith) and she was amazing, helping me decide on a which rose bouquet to go with for my wedding anniversary. I'm giving 4 stars because we were rescheduled 4 times! Luckily, we made it work and Adrianna did a fabulous job making our vision and colors in flowers happen! I have to leave a review when service goes above and beyond. My godmother passed away just last week and we were notified the service details just a few days before the services. I called the funeral home and asked if they had a florist they worked with since my family does not live in the Bay Area. She gave me cittis information. I called at 7pm and they have 24 hour answering service. A representative named Ivano took my order confirmed delivery the next morning to arrive before the 9:00am viewing and rosary. I was not able to attend but my mother confirmed the flowers were there and looked very nice. Great customer service!!! read more

There is a difference between getting flowers at a grocery store versus a florist. Citti's is great. I was celebrating special occasion and needed to impress. The employee who helped me was super helpful. She asked me some questions and guided me to the right set of flowers. The target was very impressed...mission accomplished. The shop helped me order the ideal set of flowers for my wedding anniversary and they showed up on a Saturday exactly during the window they were promised. My wife thought they were beautiful. Unfortunately many of the bulbs never bloomed and the flowers died after just a few days. The pictures here are the day after delivery (with my wife and I in the photo) and then on day 9 (delivered August 1, photo August 10). Of course flowers don't last forever but they really started to die quickly and it was definitely a bummer that some didn't even open up. At this price point, I was expecting perfection so although they were beautiful I have to say I'm disappointed. read more

Order 76511 This emai was sent directly to Adrianna Citti and I am posting it here, as my review (slightly edited): I ordered the large lavender orchid and Garret the Goat for my dad's 85th birthday.  This is what he said:  "That is the most gorgeous arrangement I've ever seen!" I ordered a beautiful arrangement for my daughter in law after having a baby and the arrangement looked identical to the picture online. It was Ina cute ceramic gray polka dot elephant base. It was ready when promised. They were friendly on the phone and when I came in. And I'll be honest, despite that I had always thought Citti Florist was expensive, they were actually $20 cheaper than another local florist I checked. Plus, they had an online promo code so I got an additional $5 off. The ONLY reason I took off one star is that they will not deliver flowers to any hospital. They said it's to keep their workers safe, but other florists are delivering to hospitals. So I needed to drive across town to pick them up and deliver them myself. Good Samaritan hospital has it set up that florists simply leave the flowers at the front desk and the receptionist will deliver them. As long as the delivery driver is wearing a mask, I don't see how it's any different leaving them with a receptionist at a business or a receptionist at a hospital. But that aside, I give top marks for their quality, accuracy, selection and friendly employees. I would definitely order again from them! read more

I am not happy with the substitution that was delivered today for Mother's Day tomorrow. I expected that if there is any substitution, there will be no doubt in any ones mind, that the substitution is just as nice, if not nicer, than what was ordered. My Mom just moved to Campbell 1.5 miles away from Citti's so I placed an order directly from their website on Wednesday. Some things you might want to know: they jack their prices way up for special occasions like Valentines Day, Mothers Day, Weddings, Funerals. Basically anything that you would typically purchase flowers for. Oh and Funerals they use older flowers because they're usually left at the grave site so they don't need to last. So you're paying extra for flowers that won't last more than a day or so. Employee's have to work on certain holidays without getting OT. No PTO, no sick pay. Terrible base pay so if you're not in a position to earn tips you're not going to make enough to live on. Even then there's soooo much competition and BS that won't allow newbie's to get those tips. read more

I stopped in to grab a bouquet for my in laws' anniversary. I was told that Citti's has been around for a long time, and it shows that their style is more old school and hasn't evolved much with the times. Not many flower options to pick out for a bouquet. It's more of a place that you order something in advance for pick up or delivery. I ended up finding a relatively generic bouquet and added a few orchids, which at least were available to add. Service was pleasant and helpful, but it's clear that their business is in volume and not as much artistry or innovation. Prices were very reasonable though, and parking (private lot) was very convenient. So, if you're looking for a no frills flower shop, Citti's is not a bad choice. read more
