I needed a bouquet for today and my friend recommended this florist. I never realized how close I lived to this place! The store is part of a house and the entrance is on the side of the house facing the main road. I turned onto the neighborhood and parked next to the sidewalk in front of the house. There are clear signs and arrows pointing you to the other face of the house. The entry way had a lot of greenery and I soon saw the sliding glass door where it clearly shows the store hours and a number to call. There is a small doorbell to the left which I pushed and I was quickly greeted by the florist. She is a very sweet Vietnamese lady who has been part of the industry for 21 years! The store is quite small but certainly has its charms. I believe most of her customers order custom arrangements in advance but I was here for a ready-to-go prepared classic bouquet. She asked me what I was looking for, which was a bouquet for my boyfriend's mom, and showed me two ready arrangements from the flower fridge. I chose a $40 arrangement and she left to replace the current flowers with fresher ones. I sat in the lobby for maybe 5 minutes and she then had it done. I didn't realize the flowers would come with the designed vase! The final product was perfect. She threw in some extra purple flowers for that weren't originally included in the arrangement's that brought the whole look together! She laid out some floral cellophane to wrap around the bottom of the vase and gave me a box to hold the vase in for the drive. I think the value of the flowers were perfect, you can tell she puts in a lot of care. I'm much too used to supermarket flowers that I'm just in awe of the quality here. I've found a new go-to local spot for flowers and my boyfriend's mom who received the flowers is quite happy. Goal!!! read more

I was trying to find a flower arrangement for my friend's birthday and stumbled across Forever Elegant Flowers. I live in the area and I would notice their floral arrangements driving around Aborn Road. After looking at ProFlowers, 1-800-Flowers, FTD, Teleflora... none of the services offer delivery for Mondays, which is my friend's birthday. When I called Diana, she was easy to talk to and knows her flowers well as her career. She would help any way possible for you to be satisfied with her service. My friend's favorite color is yellow and her favorite flowers is gerber daisies. I was afraid one solid color of yellow daisies would be plain and wouldn't be eye-catching. Diana was able to decorate with baby's breath and with a sheer white decor around the vase to enhance the arrangement. I was able to customize my love note with my handwriting for my friend. On the day of delivery, there was a miscommunication. I thought the flowers would be delivered between 10am-11am, since I told Diana to not deliver during lunch hour. I also found out that my friend was only working half day. I panicked and called Diana and they were able to deliver the flowers ASAP. Forever Elegant Flowers is a residential business, but the entrance would be on the side of the house. Pricing is fairly reasonable, similar to the pricing that I could find on floral arrangements online. The major plus is Diana being able to accommodate you in many ways. It's nice to walk into a floral shop to know what you're actually ordering and choosing the delivery time, not just the date. She does many other occasions for funerals, weddings, graduation leis, and prom boutonniere and corsages. The outcome? My friend loves it.
