Don't hesitate for a second!! Bloomster's is the place. My family has been ordering from Bloomster's for years. This last time we had a mix up (the address we copied in the address box had two cities); ideally, we would have caught this at the time of order but unfortunately we didn't. What's more unfortunate is that the shop at no point questioned or called to confirm the delivery address. Ironically, we called to ask for a picture of the order and even then, there was no call out re: the 2 cities on the order (northern & southern CA). Very long story short: although Scott said he couldn't do much to help at first, he ended up coming around and went over and beyond. He stayed in touch until the order was resolved. Called to have some roses delivered to a restaurant prior to us arriving. I wanted 20 red long stem roses (for our 20th anniversary). Was pretty easy to order until the girl taking the order said that she recommended she make the roses short so it doesn't block us from being able to see each other. She said the roses are extremely long. I told her I didn't want them too short and said maybe medium length would do because we could just move them to the side. To my surprise, the total came to over $250!! I figured, screw it, 20th Anniversary's only happen once. Well we show up to the restaurant and find an arrangement of 20 roses only like 6 inches tall!!! The wife laughed and said they look like something that would be at a funeral, I was not as amused. Ruined my night. How do you screw up a vase of red roses?!?!?!?! In my picture, put the small rose the restaurant had on the table for comparison. Also one of the brown spots on the bunch. HORRIBLE!! The gal who took my order was very kind and professional and as you can see from the picture, the plant basket is really beautiful and the recipient loved it. However, I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because it's not entirely what I asked for. I said I wanted ferns, begonias or azaleas...or other plants that could be transplanted outside in a shady garden planter. Those pictured are all houseplants. Pricey but well worth it! We were looking for a florist to provide arrangements for a small wedding and reception in Mountain View. From start to finish Bloomsters was a joy to work with. The wedding staff is knowledgeable and quick to grasp how to make your vision a reality while staying within your stated budget. There was never any pressure to go outside the budget. Before the event, you are given an opportunity to view and critique a sample centerpiece created according to your specifications. On the event day delivery, setup and take down went without a hitch.
